Abstract

Pada divisi Unit Fixed Broadband Access & Service Operation (FBB ASO) di witel Jakarta Barat PT Telkom Indonesia menggunakan Customer Operational Center (COC) sebagai salah satu sistem informasi. Sistem Customer Operational Center (COC) sebagai platform web yang terintegrasi dengan Telegram, memiliki peran penting dalam memantau dan menyelesaikan masalah operasional, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi secara keseluruhan. Evaluasi kinerja sistem informasi COC sangat krusial karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan operasional perusahaan. Studi memiliki goals akhir untuk mengetahui hasil performa atau evaluasi COC untuk menentukan sejauh mana sistem tersebut mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini memakai empat sudut pandang dari IT Balanced Scorecard: kontribusi organisasi, orientasi pengguna, keunggulan operasional, dan orientasi masa depan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan kuesioner yang diisi oleh teknisi dan staf sistem COC. Metode ini memungkinkan penilaian yang komprehensif terhadap kinerja sistem dari berbagai sudut pandang. Namun, hanya aspek kontribusi organisasi, orientasi pengguna, dan orientasi masa depan yang dinilai baik oleh sistem informasi COC. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa sistem COC secara umum efektif dalam mencapai tujuannya, namun keunggulan operasional masih memerlukan perbaikan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa IT Balanced Scorecard efektif dalam mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi, serta menyediakan kerangka kerja yang bermanfaat untuk evaluasi serupa di organisasi lain.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology makes business organizations face major challenges in managing and securing sensitive data. The development of information technology has changed data storage systems from local media to cloud computing, enabling data access and processing via the internet. Services like Google Drive and OneDrive offer security, accessibility, and data backup, but pose challenges for business organizations, especially in terms of security of sensitive data and operational costs that increase as users grow. This research aims to design a local cloud as a private cloud to improve data management and security in the organization. With a private cloud, companies can control data access more tightly, increase privacy, and enable employees to access applications and data from various locations more safely and efficiently. The results of this research are in the form of a private cloud based on a private server which was developed as a file server with access rights based on departments, across departments, projects or work groups. This system utilizes open-source technology and is equipped with an encrypted Virtual Private Network (VPN) to support remote work models (Work From Home, WFH) and work flexibility from anywhere (Work From Anywhere, WFA). With this solution, organizations can increase operational efficiency, reduce the risk of data leaks, optimize more affordable technology resources, and maintain full control of sensitive company data.

Abstract

Organisasi mahasiswa memegang peranan penting sebagai elemen kunci dalam manajemen perguruan tinggi. Aktivitas kreatif dan prestasi yang diraih oleh organisasi mahasiswa menjadi salah satu komponen dalam penilaian akreditasi program studi dan institusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi survei yang dapat mengevaluasi preferensi mahasiswa terhadap berbagai lembaga pendidikan di Universitas Esa Unggul Kampus Bekasi.Aplikasi ini dirancang agar mudah digunakan dan efektif. Pengguna, mahasiswa mengisi survey yang telah dibuat sesuai minat mahasiswa terkait deskripsi data yang disediakan. Survei dilakukan pengumpulan data yang efisien, umpan balik mahasiswa, dan laporan statistik yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, menjadikannya alat yang berharga bagi universitas dalam mengumpulkan data mahasiswa, meningkatkan relevansi, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa di lembaga pendidikan. Aplikasi ini tidak hanya menyederhanakan pengumpulan dan analisis data tetapi juga mendukung pengembangan lembaga pendidikan dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan produktif. Sistem yang dikembangkan dirancang agar ramah pengguna dan mudah diakses oleh semua pemangku kepentingan, sehingga dapat menjadi alat yang bermanfaat bagi universitas dalam mengelola data mahasiswa dan merancang kegiatan yang lebih relevan dan efektif.Kemahasiswaan, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Organisasi.

Abstract

CPU OS Simulator merupakan aplikasi simulator yang mendukung proses pembelajaran yang mensinergikan dari sisi perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Dalam aplikasi ini terdapat modul penjadualan First Come First Serve (FCFS) merupakan algoritma penjadwalan sistem operasi yang secara otomatis mengeksekusi permintaan (request by priority) dan proses antrian sesuai urutan kedatangannya (arrival). Algoritma scheduling untuk proses (assembly dan visualisasi) dengan menggunakan CPU OS Simulator, aplikasi ini lebih mudah dioperasikan dan user-friendly bagi pengguna. Dalam algoritma jenis ini, proses yang me-request CPU terlebih dahulu mendapatkan alokasi CPU terlebih dahulu. Proses penjadualan dikelola dengan metode antrian First-In First-Out (FIFO), dalam ruang lingkup sistem operasi dengan fokus penjadualan algoritma FCFS (First Come First Serve). Metode workshop dilaksanakan secara daring menggunakan zoom cloud meeting, dengan peserta dosen yang berminat akan aplikasi tersebut dan para anak didik yang mau mengenal memahami konsep dari sistem operasi. Aplikasi CPU OS simulator merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang bersifat free-ware sehingga dapat di unduh secara gratis bagi para pengguna (dosen dan atau mahasiswa). Hasil akhir dari pelatihan bagi pengguna akan melihat dan mengerti tahapan demi tahapan dari proses intruksi hingga compile yang disajikan bentuk simulasi dan visualisasi (histogram) serta beberapa parameter dari proses tersebut (average waiting time, average burst time, tick count dan instruction count).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu dosen dalam mengatasitantangan pemetaan topik riset di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah integrasi tiga aplikasiopen-source: Carrot2 untuk clustering topik riset, Dillinger untuk penulisan kolaboratif, danXMind untuk visualisasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, pemahamanmendalam tentang lanskap penelitian, dan kolaborasi yang lebih efektif dalam penulisan dokumenriset. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansipenelitian dosen, serta mendorong inovasi dan kolaborasi di lingkungan akademik.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has increased the demand for information delivery systems that are accurate and contextually relevant. This study aims to design and evaluate the performance of a LLaMA3-based chatbot integrated with the Telegram platform using the Flask framework. The development is driven by the need for digital information services capable of providing fast, relevant, and context-aware responses in the Indonesian language. The research methodology includes system configuration, API integration, and performance testing through measurements of Average Response Time (ART) and response quality assessment based on relevance, clarity, and completeness. Experimental results show that the chatbot achieves an average response time of 49.15 seconds and an average response quality score of 14.10 out of 15, indicating strong contextual understanding and high response relevance. These findings suggest that the chatbot system is feasible for use as an automated Indonesian-language information service. However, further optimization is necessary to improve processing speed for broader and more dynamic implementation scenarios.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged companies to transform toward digitalization, including in document management. PT XYZ, a company engaged in car showroom and workshop services, still relies on conventional archiving systems that lead to several issues, such as difficulties in retrieving documents, risks of losing physical archives, and lack of integration across departments. This study aims to design a web-based e-Archive application to support the document digitalization process, enabling more structured, faster, and efficient archive management. The research method adopts the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, prototype implementation using the Next.js framework and MySQL database, and system evaluation. Data were collected through observations of the archiving process at PT XYZ and questionnaires distributed to employees as potential users of the system. The results show that the e-Archive application provides essential features such as digital archive management, fast document retrieval, categorization, and automatic report generation. Based on the questionnaire analysis, most respondents indicated that the application is user-friendly, improves the speed of document retrieval, and enhances work efficiency. In conclusion, the designed e-Archive prototype has proven to minimize the risk of document loss, improve document management, and support data-driven decision-making. The implementation of this application is expected to serve as a strategic step toward sustainable digital archive management at PT XYZ.

Abstract

This research focuses on the design of a web-based sales information system aimed at assisting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the food and beverage sector, in managing their sales activities more effectively. The utilization of information technology is expected to improve operational efficiency and support the digitalization process, which is essential for business growth and sustainability. The proposed system includes key features such as an activity dashboard, modules for managing sales and purchase transactions, user account management, and product stock monitoring. The development method applied in this research is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which consists of several stages: requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results demonstrate that the system is capable of automating administrative processes that were previously managed manually. This leads to significant improvements in accuracy, speed, and accessibility of sales and purchase data With the implementation of this information system, MSMEs can manage transactions in a more structured manner, minimize recording errors, and support better business decision-making based on available data. This research is expected to provide a solution for MSMEs in adapting to digital transformation while contributing to the acceleration of digitalization in the food and beverage sector

Abstract

This research aims to design a website-based information system to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Shella Beauty Salon. The development process uses the prototype method, including communication, quick planning, modeling, building the prototype, and evaluation. Testing was conducted using black box testing to ensure system functionality. The system was built using HTML, PHP, and MySQL database with features such as service management, online ordering, automatic reporting, and home service booking. The results show that the system helps streamline services, reduce recording errors, and assist both customers and administrators in managing transactions efficiently. The system is expected to strengthen Shella Beauty Salon’s competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Efficient inventory management plays a crucial role in store operations to prevent issues such as overstock, shortages, or product losses caused by expiration. Camille Beauty Store has faced challenges in handling stock manually, which is often inefficient and prone to human error. To address this problem, this study aims to design and implement a website-based inventory information system using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to optimize stock management processes. The system was developed using PHP for the programming language and MySQL for database management, while the development stages followed the waterfall model, consisting of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out through direct observations, interviews with the store owner, and literature studies to ensure system requirements were well-defined. The results demonstrate that the developed system successfully automates stock recording for both incoming and outgoing goods while applying the FIFO principle, ensuring older items are sold first to minimize the risk of expiration. In addition, the system provides real-time stock reporting, which supports management in making accurate and timely inventory- related decisions. The implementation of this system has proven to enhance efficiency, reduce manual errors, and accelerate reporting processes, although stable internet connectivity remains limitation.
