Abstract

The seminar “Generation Z's Concern for Mental Health as the Key to Success in Facing the World of Work in the Era of Revolution 4.0” was held at STIE Ekadharma Indonesia with the aim of increasing awareness and understanding of generation Z regarding the importance of mental health in the world of work. This activity was attended by 36 participants from the SMA / SMK level and the general public. Through the presentation of material by resource persons, participants were given insights on how to maintain mental health and strategies to deal with pressure in the world of work. The seminar evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of mental health. Indicators of pre-test and post-test results recorded an average increase in the level of understanding of participants by 82.25%. This increase reflects the effectiveness of the seminar in delivering information and equipping participants with the necessary knowledge to face challenges in the Revolution 4.0 era.

Abstract

Public speaking is one of the essential interpersonal skills that must be possessed to compete in both the professional and entrepreneurial world, especially for the younger generation. Based on observations, many students still lack confidence when speaking in public, including students of SMK Saintek Nurul Muslimin. The seminar and training activity themed "Enhancing Understanding of Public Speaking as an Interpersonal Skill for the Young Generation Entering the Workforce and Entrepreneurship" aims to improve participants' understanding of the importance of public speaking as an interpersonal skill and equip them with effective public speaking techniques. The implementation method includes a seminar and training on the significance of interpersonal skills and how to become a good public speaker. Beyond theory, participants also have the opportunity to directly practice basic public speaking techniques and engage in role-playing with the speakers. This activity was conducted at SMK Saintek Nurul Muslimin and attended by 76 participants, comprising 12th-grade students from several schools in Batujaya Subdistrict and members of the general public. The results of this seminar and training indicate that participants were able to enhance their confidence in applying public speaking skills

Abstract

The Community Service (PKM) activity with the theme "Improving Self-Potential to Become an Inspiring Young Leader" is one of the implementations of the Tridharma of Higher Education program implemented by STIE Ekadharma Indonesia. The main objective of this activity is to provide a real contribution to the community, especially students, in efforts to develop self-potential and leadership from an early age. This activity targets grade XII IPS 4 students at SMA Negeri 1 Cabangbungin with a total of 33 participants. In this activity, participants are given a deep understanding of the importance of recognizing and developing their potential, including abilities, talents, interests, creativity, and superior character that can be the foundation for becoming an inspiring and competitive young leader. The material presented in the seminar is designed to equip participants with applicable strategies and insights, such as how to recognize their strengths, build self-confidence, and improve communication and leadership skills. The material delivery process is carried out interactively to encourage active student participation and create a fun and meaningful learning atmosphere. This activity also reflects the spirit of collaboration between higher education institutions and schools in preparing young people who are ready to face future challenges. Evaluation results indicate that this activity was highly effective, demonstrated by the high level of participant enthusiasm, a strong understanding of the material presented, and a positive response to the speakers. This activity is expected to inspire and motivate young people to continue developing themselves and making positive contributions, both within the school environment, on campus, and in the wider community.

Abstract

Kaizen merupakan filosofi perbaikan berkelanjutan yang telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas, tidak hanya di dunia industri tetapi juga dalam konteks pendidikan. Seminar ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan prinsip dasar Kaizen kepada siswa SMK Bina Industri sebagai strategi dalam membentuk karakter unggul dan kompetitif. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengertian dan sejarah Kaizen, prinsip-prinsip dasar, penerapan Kaizen dalam dunia pendidikan, serta elemen penting seperti siklus PDCA dan metode 5S/5R. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas XII sebanyak 100 peserta dari berbagai jurusan teknik elektronika industri (TEI) dan teknik bisnis sepeda motor (TBSM), dengan pendekatan penyampaian interaktif, dan studi edukatif. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mendapatkan wawasan baru dalam mengembangkan potensi diri dibuktikan dengan kenaikan pemahaman yang dihitung dengan grafik yang menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 93%.

Abstract

Performance is an assessment of the work of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Under-optimal performance can be caused by conflict factors and work stress experienced by employees. This study analyzes the influence of conflict and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. I.C. Varistor Division Bekasi. The population is 86 Varistor employees, with saturated sampling techniques. The method used is an associative quantitative approach with data collection including observation, filling out questionnaires and documentation, and data is analyzed using SPSS V. 25.  The results of the multiple linear analysis test produced regression equations: Y = 135.487 - 0.392(X1) - 0.693(X2). The results of the partial T test of the conflict had a negative and significant effect with t count (-6.559) > t table 1.989, sig 0.000 < 0.05. Work stress had a negative and significant effect with t count (–12.111) > t table 1.989, sig 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous tests showed both negative and significant variables (F count 262.129 > F table 3.11, sig 0.000 < 0.05). The determination coefficient showed that 86% of performance was influenced by conflict and work stress and the rest was influenced by other variables. Companies are advised to conduct periodic evaluations to manage conflicts and work stress in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbucks di Bekasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 pelanggan dengan menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling. Kuesioner digunakan untuk memperoleh jawaban responden tentang variabel X1 Kualitas Produk, variabel X2 Kualitas Pelayanan dan variabel Y keputusan pembelian. Data dinalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPPS versi 2.5 untuk menjawasb hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian dapat menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan terhadapa keputusan pembelian pada Starbuck di Bekasi dengan memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai r sebesar 0.82 terhadap keputusan pembelian Starbuck serta memiliki kontribusi sebesar 67% terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbuck di Bekasi sedang sisinya sebesar 33% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Sehingga penting bagi StarBuck memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk agar semakin menarik dan diminati para pelanggan dan para pembeli potensial lainnya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and human resource capabilities on the welfare of Wahidiyah Cooperative members of Kedungwaringin District, both partially and simultaneously. Quantitative research method with descriptive approach. The population in this study were all cooperative members. The sampling technique used Non Probability Sampling technique with a sample size of 120 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions and hypotheses. The results of data quality show all valid and reliable. Partial test results for service quality variables show tcount (7.571)> from ttable (1.980) and sig value 0.00 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a positive and significant influence on member welfare. Partial test results for the human resource capability variable show tcount (15.269)> from ttable (1.980) with a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence on member welfare.  The test results simultaneously obtained the value of fcount (117.840)> from ftable (3.07) with a sig value of 0.00 <0.05 it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that service quality (X1) and human resource capabilities (X2) together have a significant effect on the welfare of members.

Abstract

This community service activity carried out by lecturers and students aims to improve the understanding of hard skills and soft skills of SMK Al Ansori students in preparation for the world of work. In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, a balanced competency between technical skills (hard skills) and interpersonal skills (soft skills) is very important. This activity consists of a series of workshops, trainings, and simulations designed to provide students with hands-on experience in skills development relevant to industry demands. Through an interactive approach, students will be trained in various aspects, such as effective communication, teamwork, time management, as well as technical skills according to their majors. In addition, this activity also involves discussions with professionals in the field to provide insight into the world of work and the challenges faced. The expected outcome of this activity is an increase in students' confidence, a better understanding of the importance of the combination of hard and soft skills, and their readiness to enter the competitive world of work. Thus, this activity is expected to contribute to improving the quality of SMK Al Ansori graduates in facing future career challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Recruitment and Teamwork on Employee Productivity at PT Kharisma Guna Makmur. The research method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both Recruitment and Teamwork have a positive and significant influence on Employee Productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.875 indicates that 87.5% of the variation in productivity can be explained by the two variables. These findings highlight the importance of implementing effective recruitment and strengthening teamwork to optimally improve employee performanceKeywords: .
