Abstract

Abstrak: Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Sanggar Juang dengan warga belajar pendidikan kecakapan hidup sejumlah 20 orang. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh warga belajar program pendidikan kecakapan hidup di PKBM Sanggar Juang antara lain olahan pangan local seperti keripik talas, sabun pencuci piring, keripik sayur, dan makanan ringan. Mitra mengalami kendala dalam membuat desain merk, menjual hasil produksi secara online dan bagaimana membuat label kemasan yang menarik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah mitra memiliki pengetahuan baru mengenai pemasaran produk secara online melalui market place, dan peningkatan kemampuan desain merk dan desain kemasan produk. Kegiatan yang diberikan oleh tim peneliti adalah pembuatan akun marketplace serta optimalisasi marketplace untuk menjual produk warga belajar PKBM Sanggar Juang dan pelatihan pembuatan desain merk dan desain label kemasan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Metode pada pengabdian ini diawali dengan kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan terakhir dilakukan observasi dan evaluasi. Pada perencanaan tim melakukan wawancara pemberian pretest dan observasi, sedangkan pada saat pelakanaan tim melakukan kegiatan pelatihan dan diakhiri dengan melakukan evaluasi berupa posttest dan pengawasan serta pendampingan penggunaan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pelatihan yang diberikan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta telah mampu membuat design merk dan desain kemasan yang menarik, warga belajar PKBM Sanggar Juang juga sudah mampu membuat akun di beberapa marketplace dimana peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 35% dan dari evaluasi pelatihan bahwa 25% menyatakan pelatihan baik dan 75% menyatakan pelatihan ini Sangat Baik.Abstract: Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Sanggar Juang with 20 people learning life skills education. The products produced by residents studying the life skills education program at PKBM Sanggar Juang include processed local foods such as taro chips, dish soap, vegetable chips, and snacks. Partners experience problems in making brand designs, selling products online and how to make attractive packaging labels. The purpose of this training activity is for partners to have new knowledge about online product marketing through market places, and to improve brand design and product packaging design capabilities. The activities provided by the research team were creating a marketplace account and optimizing the marketplace to sell products for the Sanggar Juang PKBM learning community and training on making brand designs and packaging label designs using the Canva application. The method of this service begins with planning, implementation and finally observation and evaluation. In planning, the team conducted interviews with pretests and observations, while during the implementation the team carried out training activities and ended with an evaluation in the form of posttests and supervision and assistance in the use of knowledge after the training. The results of the training service activities provided indicate that the participants have been able to create attractive brand designs and packaging designs, PKBM Sanggar Juang learning residents have also been able to create accounts in several marketplaces where the participants' knowledge increased by 35% and from the training evaluation that 25% stated that the training good and 75% said this training was Very Good.

Abstract

In the COVID-19 pandemic scenario, parents need to be familiar with health literacy by applying clean and healthy living habits to their family members, especially those with early childhood. This study aims to explain parents' perceptions of health literacy for a clean and healthy behavior in their children during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a cross-sectional study involving 22 men and 62 female respondents. Respondent requirements were used in data analysis to determine parents' perceptions of health literacy and the efforts they have made to practice clean and healthy lifestyle in their children. The research findings show that knowing the health awareness of parents has an impact on a child's balanced lifestyle. Based on six measures of clean and healthy behavior for children, three indicators were determined in the category of discipline and high discipline: using clean water, using the toilet, and doing physical activity. The act of washing children's hands with soap indicators has a high discipline score and the use of masks in children has low discipline. If the use of masks is not disciplined by parents, exposure to COVID-19 in early childhood can be disrupted. Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian dosen ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menulis karya ilmiah (artikel, buku, karya tulis) sebagai solusi dari banyaknya permasalahan guru/dosen dalam menghasilkan karya tulis. Metode pengabdian yang menggunakan Focos Group Discussion (FGD) dengan subjek penelitian guru bimbingan dan konseling yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi Bimbingan dan Konseling Kabupaten Karawang serta Dosen Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang yang mengampu mata kuliah bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru dan dosen sangat memiliki potensi dalam menulis karya tulis, khususnya karya tuilis dalam bentuk Buku Referensi. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh motivasi yang sangat tinggi setelah memperoleh tugas untuk menulis setelah diberikan pelatihan menulis buku oleh tim pengabdian dosen, sehingga menghasilkan sebuah buku yang terakreditasi dengan ISBN (Indek Seri Buku Nasional) 978-623-90423-8-7 berjudul “Ragam Kajian Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di Masyarakat” dipublikasikan melalui ITK Press Kalimantan (Group Depublish Yogyakarta)

Abstract

This research was conducted to answer the existing conflicts regarding the implementation of Community Education programs, especially in computer training programs to increase the knowledge and skills of learning citizens. Based on this research, it is hoped that it can provide input to the organizers of one of the Community Education Programs or non-formal education when they are looking for alternatives when implementing a program that can empower residents or communities around PKBM. therefore the aims of this study include: (1) to describe the computer training process for citizens learning Equality Education package C in the face of the globalization era, (2) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the computer training process for citizens learning Equality Education package C in dealing with globalization era. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study consisted of the Head of PKBM, residents studying package C. Tutors. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the personal computer training at PBM Talent Semesta has been able to increase the knowledge of the learning residents; (2) the skills of the learning residents in the field of computers at this PKBM have been able to keep up with technological developments that are increasing rapidly skyrocketing from day to day; (3) can increase their self-confidence when one day they go directly to the community. However, during the implementation of the training there were obstacles, namely (1) Lack of learning tools or media such as laptops or computers

Abstract

The objective study is to know students' level of ability, understanding, skills, and attitudes in practice service guidance and counseling in schools. The approach research used is a study survey of guidance and counseling teachers who become tutors in accompaniment student practice guidance and counseling. Instruments in questionnaires closed as many as 25 items with indicator understanding, skills and attitudes students in implementation activity practice guidance and counseling. While processing techniques results survey uses percentages from many answer respondents compared amount whole respondents multiplied by 100%, the results percentage categorized as very good, good, well enough, less well, and very less. Research results conclude that students' level of ability in understanding, skills, and attitudes in implementation service guidance and counseling. The research results are concluded (1) the level of ability to understand guidance and counseling for students who carry out practices in schools is included in the sufficient category (very good 29.17% and good 56.25% ), (2) the level of students' skills in providing guidance and counseling services to students in the aspects of attending, responding, personalizing, and initiating is included in the sufficient category (very good 33.16% and good 56.88%), and (3) the level of ability of students' attitudes in carrying out guidance and counseling services in schools is categorized as sufficient (for very good 51.49% and good 41.96%).

Abstract

This study investigates the efforts made by Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) institutions in kecamatan Sukasari, Bandung, to enhance the digital literacy of early childhood educators. Employing a qualitative approach and case study method, the research involved observations, documents study and in-depth interviews with representatives from four ECCE institutions. Data analysis was conducted through thematic analysis, a systematic method for identifying, analyzing, and reporting patterns within the data. The results indicate positive outcomes, including enhanced teaching methods, increased creativity and resourcefulness, improved student engagement and comprehension, and educators' adaptability to technological changes. This study contributes new knowledge to the field by highlighting comprehensive and dynamic strategies employed by ECCE institutions to enhance teachers' digital literacy. The findings underscore the necessity of a holistic, supportive, and adaptive approach to digital literacy in early childhood education, aligning with current research trends in the field.

Abstract

Abstract: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membimbing dan mendorong para dosen dalam pencapaian jabatan fungsional yang lebih tinggi melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Sasaran pengabdian adalah dosen di lingkungan FKIP Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang yang telah memenuhi sarat untuk diusulkan kenaikan jabatan fungsional dosen dengan instrument pengabdian form DUPAK (Daftar Usulan Penetapan Angka Kredit) secara manual untuk jenjang Lektor dan borang isian online dengan link pak.kemdikbud.ac.id untuk Lektor Kepala dan Guru Besar. Data diambil dari akhir pengisian secara manual dan secara online dalam pengumpulannya sedangkan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan teknik prosentase dengan formula banyak dosen yang diusulkan berbanding jumlah dosen yang memenuhi sarat, hasilnya dikalikan dengan nilai konstanta persentase. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling percepatan pencapaian jabatan fungsional dosen di lingkungan FKIP Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang sangat signifikan baik untuk di dalam institusi (internal) maupun dari Tim Penilai Kemenristekdikti, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh Jabatan Fungsional Lektor yang semula 42,10 % menjadi 76,32%, Lektor Kepala yang semula 1,75% menjadi 2,63%, dan Guru Besar yang semula o% menjadi 0,88% dan terbitnya Surat Keputusan Guru Besar (1 Orang) per tanggal 1 Agustus 2023, Lektor Kepala (2 orang) tanggal 1 Agustus 2023, dan Lektor (47 orang) per 1 September 2023.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masalah warga belajar yang putus sekolah dan kurang memiliki keterampilan hidup yang berdampak pada kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi kehidupan masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan upaya dengan menyediakan pelayanan pendidikan kesetaraan yang didukung oleh program pendidikan life skill. Tujuannya adalah memberikan kesempatan dan bekal pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang praktis agar mereka dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan dan berperan aktif dalam masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari satu orang pengelola, dua orang tutor serta dua orang warga belajar paket B. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi melalui tahap penelitian berupa orientasi, eksplorasi, dan member check kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, display data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan kesetaraan program paket B berbasis life skill di PKBM Aditya Karawang berjalan dengan sesuai meliputi latar belakang, materi, pendekatan, teknik, metode, media, evaluasi serta hasil dari proses pelatihan. (2) Faktor pendukung eksternal berupa biaya pendidikan yang minim, faktor penghambat internal berupa minat warga belajar, dan faktor penghambat eksternal meliputi metode pengajaran tutor, prasarana, serta perekrutan warga belajar.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan skill guru dalam membuat media untuk mengembangkan literasi kelas bawah pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Metode pengabdian berupa pelatihan yang diikuti 10 orang guru, 2 tenaga kependidikan, dan 1 penjaga sekolah SDN Kiara I kabupaten Karawang. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan survey berbantuan angket berskala Likert. Hasilnya menunjukkan pelatihan media literasi guru sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan literasi kelas awal mendapat respon positif, berdampak positif dan sangat memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan literasi di sekolah. pelatihan secara efektif mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat media untuk mengajarkan literasi bagi siswa. Pelatihan mencakup 8 materi utama literasi kelas bawah yaitu: 1) Apa dan mengapa literasi; 2) Bigbook; 3) Kesadaran fonologis; 4) kelancaran membaca; 5) keterampilan menulis; 6) Membaca pemahaman; 7) peniaian membaca; dan 8) pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut dari pelatihan ini adalah membentuk tim pengembang literasi sekolah. Kemitraan PKM ini diperlukan keberlanjutan yang tidak hanya sebatas pada literasi kelas bawah. Diperlukan pula pelatihan literasi pada kelas atas, literasi digital ataupun literasi lainnya sehingga ke depan sekolah dapat menjadi salah satu sekolah yang unggul dalam literasi. Pihak mitra juga mengusulkan adanya pendampingan bagi para guru untuk mengembangkan sekolah berkarakter berbasis kurikulum Merdeka.
