Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of competitive advantage, product innovation, and the UMKM Sugar Souvenir business network on the economic performance of the Bobojong Manggu village. The data collection techniques used were direct observation and interviews. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely by collecting, processing, presenting and describing data obtained directly from observations of the research site and the results of interviews so as to obtain actual information and make it easier for readers to understand the contents of this research. The results of the research that has been carried out can be concluded that UMKM Sugar Souvenir have a quite large role in the economy of the Bobojong Manggu village. By seeing the potential of the local community who has the basics and abilities in the field of sewing, UMKM Sugar Souvenir recruited them with the aim of minimizing unemployment. This UMKM product innovation was also able to make the village cleaner because the existing plastic waste was used and recycled to make a product.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the role of product innovation and business networks in the development of the Acy Family business. Observation and interviews were the data collection techniques used in this study. The analysis method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis method, namely by collecting, processing and presenting data obtained when conducting research so that complete information is obtained about what is researched. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that product innovation and business networks play a very important role in the development of a business. Acy Family uses product innovation and business networks as tools to support its business development. With product innovation and an extensive business network, it will expand the market share of the business so that business income will increase which will have a good impact on the development of a business.

Abstract

An extensive business network can have an impact on the operations of a business. Retail business in Indonesia in general is the activity of selling various goods or services. Saiber.id operates in the economic sector. There are many benefits that entrepreneurs can obtain through networking. For example, increasing sales, marketing strategies, increasing relationships and acquaintances, self-development, and much more. From the results of the research we have carried out, the results obtained regarding the analysis of the Saiber.id company can be concluded that: The Saiber.id company is an E-commerce company that has been operating in the fashion sector since 2017. The Saiber.id company produces its products starting from glondongan to products that are ready to be sold, according to Saiber.id there are differences from when it was first established until now, in the past The development of E-commerce has not been as rapid as it is now and this has affected sales, along with current technological advances making it easier for consumers to access using online platforms. For the business network carried out by saiber.id, following several seminars and introducing their products to colleagues or close friends, saiber.id also collaborates with two raw material providers in the Padalarang lanun, apart from that, saiber.id carries out endorsements for branding. to make their products more famous and familiar to the target market they are looking for.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the role of social media Instagram and TikTok on the brand image and business network of Jewelry Beads. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The object of this research is the Jewelry Beads business. The results of this research are the strategy carried out by Jewelry Beads in improving its brand image, namely by creating social media, the strategy carried out by Jewelry Beads in expanding its business network, namely by maintaining good communication with various institutions, the role of social media Instagram and TikTok in the Jewelry Beads business is to improve the brand image and business network, apart from that, so that it can be known by the wider community and also to maintain communication both with partners and customers.

Abstract

A work agreement is an agreement or agreement made between a trade union that has been registered with the Department of Manpower and an entrepreneur who is a legal entity, which solely contains work conditions that must be taken into account in the work agreement. The formulation of the problem is how the implementation of employment agreements in joint stock companies is taken into account by labor laws and regulations, and whether the employment agreements made with employees of the joint stock company PT. Sentosa Hatareksa fulfill the elements of employment work agreements. Work agreement according to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. Research methods include: library research and field research. From the survey results, it was concluded that there are still several companies that continue to provide arguments supporting employment agreements between companies and workers that violate Employment Law no. 13 of 2003, namely if a company does not pay its employees' leave, does not retire or fails, the employee is entitled to compensation according to law.

Abstract

Building a business network is a crucial business strategy during the startup process. Business networking refers to relationships formed through various interactions among business players, professionals, and potential financial specialists (Ferira, 2023). While some studies have explored business networks, such as the analysis of TikTok as a platform for millennial business networking, there hasn't been specific research on production networks, which is a derivative of business networks. To address this gap and the literature void regarding production networks, the author proposes a scholarly title, "Analysis of Production Networks and Innovative Flavor Variants in Choux Pastry Puffs," with the goal of understanding production networks. Supply Chain Management (SCM) involves planning, management, and product activation, utilizing cost-effective strategies for controlled efficiency and increased profits (Hastari, 2023). According to Lukman (2021, p. 7), "Choux Pastry Puffs" fall into the moist cake category and are favored by sweet enthusiasts. Choosing it as a brand aims for easy recall and customer attraction, serving as a promotional strategy. The procurement of Choux Pastry Puffs' raw materials is simple, without signed contracts with suppliers; materials are directly purchased from a convenience store. While "Choux Pastry Puffs" is not native to Indonesia, innovation is expected to cater to diverse tastes. Analyzing production networks and innovative flavor variants in Choux Pastry Puffsaims not only to fulfill coursework requirements but also to open new business opportunities and attract public attention.

A company is an aciion carried out by one or more people to achieve the same goal. According to DrsUncolin Arsyad, M.Sc, a conipany is a profit-oriented organization that buys input s and input Services and selis goods and Services. Various jields in the conipany must be ahosen aarefullyand thoroughly, becanse there are manyfields in the conipany, induding companies that run their business in the advertising sector. Qualitative research is research that looks at the perspective ofsocial reality, naniely by seeing the world as it is, therefbre a qualitative researcher must be someone with an operi mind. Abstract

Industrial relations disputes in Indonesia are commonly experienced by industrial relations actors. Industrial relations mediators have duties and responsibilities as labor mediators. The purpose of the research is to understand the role of the mediator when resolving industrial relations disputes at PT Dymatic Chemicals Indonesia, identify factors that influence the effectiveness of the mediator, and provide suggestions to improve the dispute resolution process. The research method used is a qualitative method of data technique through simak catat interview. The result of the discussion of this research is that the role of mediators in the company in resolving labor disputes plays a very important role. Mediators of PT Dymatic Chemicals Indonesia in resolving workers' problems are usually done by mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of organizational cultural values in the implementation of change management at PT. Multi Garmenjaya, using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method this study identifies the role of cultural values in the implementation of change management and cultural values that can reduce resistance to change. The results showed that the role of organizational culture at PT. Multi garmenjaya as a driving factor in the implementation of change management, companies and employees can properly manage the changes that occur, and with a positive organizational culture can eliminate resistance to change. As a suggestion, this research recommends improving the quality of training and development as well as increasing communication and transparency in making changes

Abstract

This article or paper aims to determine “the use of social media as a tool for building business networks in the dropship business”. The problem focuses on the use of social media in building business networks. The data collected was obtained based on qualitative observation and analysis, namely interviews with sources directly. This study concludes that the use of social media platforms, especially facebook, can be a means for Mumu Hijab to build a business network, this is proven by the spread of resellers reaching 40 people. Not only that, in building a business network, Mumu Hijab is also active in utilizing WhatsApp, where WhatsApp is a good communication medium for building business networks with Mumu Hijab resellers and also with consumers.
