Abstract

Background. Licensing services for business actors or the public is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by state administrators. Business actors and investors certainly really want fast and straightforward services and processes. The government as the licensing supervisor is the main legality for business actors. The function of licensing is to regulate activities that have the potential to cause disturbance to the public interest. The application procedure has strict policies but does not have to have a series of complicated processes. The government created a system in the form of Online Single Submission (OSS) to make it easier for business actors to manage business licences.  The facilitator of the government in facilitating its implementation is assisted by the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services is and also to find out what obstacles occur in the field and how solutions are produced to solve various existing obstacles. Method. The research method in this study is to use qualitative methods and data collection methods using interview techniques to find out information from respondents. Results. The results of the discussion of this study indicate that the Investment and One-Stop Service Office has provided good and responsive service so that existing constraints can be resolved immediately. Conclusion. The Online Single Submission (OSS) system is implemented to accelerate business licensing at the Jepara Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) as a public service facility under the Jepara Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP). To obtain a commercial or operational business licence, it must start with registration through the OSS website.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of return on assets, earnings per share, price earnings Ratio and BI-Rate on the price of Shari’ ah shares in a managed company included in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII 70). Sampling using the Purposive Sampling technique by looking at data from quarterly financial statements for the period March 2018 to December 2022 obtained six samples of companies in the consumer goods sector. This includes quantitative research using documentation methods and literature sourced from secondary data. using fixed-effect estimation models and panel data regression analysis methods, with a chow test, Hausman test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test, where data processing was performed using Eviews. The results showed that ROA and PER affected stock prices, while PER and BI-Rate did not have a partial effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, ROA, EPS, PER and BI-7day can affect stock prices. Thus, a definite investor decision can be made regarding the stock when the factors meet the accepted yield criteria. However, it is necessary to conduct further research on the relationship of factors in understanding market conditions that are indicators in investment decisions to be more relevant and obtain benefits in the future.

Abstract

Kudus City is one of the cities with numerous tourist destinations, particularly in halal tourism. The influx of visitors necessitates the development of facilities that align with their preferences to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. This study aims to assess the impact of halal facilities and social media on the interest in revisiting, with visitor satisfaction serving as an intervening variable. This quantitative research employs the Path Analysis method, supported by IBM SPSS software version 27. The findings reveal that the variables of halal facilities and social media positively and significantly affect visitor satisfaction, thus confirming the hypothesis. Furthermore, these variables also positively and significantly influence the interest in revisiting, which again supports the hypothesis. The study also finds that halal facilities and social media have a positive and significant impact on the interest in returning through the mediating variable of visitor satisfaction, validating the hypothesis. Additionally, the social media variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in revisiting, reinforcing the hypothesis. However, the influence of the halal facility variable on the interest in revisiting is found to be insignificant, leading to the rejection of this particular hypothesis.

Abstract

Mining has an important role in the Indonesian economy because it provides raw materials needed for various including infrastructure development, manufacturing consumer goods, and providing energy. The aim of this research is to determine and test the relationship between share prices of mining sector business actors in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2019-2023 period with the variables CR, DAR and NPM. during the 2020-2023 period. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis technique is using panel data regression analysis because it combines data between companies (cross section) and over time (time series) using the E-Views version 9 software application. The results of this research show that during the 2019–2023 period, mining sector share prices included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) will benefit from the Current Ratio (CR) variable. Meanwhile, in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2019–2023 period, the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) variables have no effect on the stock price variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh label halal, kesadaran merek, dan kredibilitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sunscreen Azarine, dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Meskipun berbagai faktor telah diteliti untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, belum ada penelitian yang secara komprehensif mengidentifikasi variabel mana yang paling dominan dalam konteks spesifik, khususnya dalam industri perawatan kulit di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan pendekatan Two-Stage Approach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran merek memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan label halal dan kredibilitas merek tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, religiusitas berpengaruh kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara label halal, kesadaran merek, dan kredibilitas merek dengan keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai perilaku konsumen dan implikasinya dalam strategi pemasaran produk perawatan kulit di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan hijab Muslim melalui akun tiktok di Alibaba Konveksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan prosedur penelitian yang mampu menghasilkan data deskriptif. Tiktok memiliki banyak fitur, salah satunya adalah fitur hashtag dengan simbol "#". Fitur hashtag merupakan fitur yang berfungsi untuk mengelompokkan konten yang sudah dibuat. Dengan menyertakan tagar dalam postingan, postingan tersebut akan dikelompokkan menjadi satu dan tertata dengan baik. Hijab  adalah tanda globalisasi, simbol identitas umat Islam Indonesia dengan umat Islam negara lain di era ini, meninggalkan tradisi lokal, berpakaian dan sekaligus. menolak hegemoni Barat. Strategi marketing yang digunakan pada akun Tik Tok Alibaba Konveksi adalah dengan menggunakan hashtag, mengikuti tren yang terjadi, memberikan deskripsi yang jelas dan sering memposting video.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the influence of social media, product quality, and price on the purchase intention of U-WINFLY electric bicycles in Kudus. This study uses a quantitative approach, utilizing normality tests to ensure that the data distribution is suitable for analysis. The results show that all social media, product quality, and price variables are normally distributed, with skewness and kurtosis values in the acceptable range, confirming the reliability of the data for further analysis. This study consisted of 112 people, who were selected beyond the purposive sampling system by analyzing the data using the Econometric Views 8 (E-views 8) program. The literature review highlights the importance of social media as a marketing tool, emphasizing its efficiency in promoting products and maintaining customer relationships at low cost compared to traditional sales methods. In addition, it discusses the role of product quality in shaping consumer trust and purchasing behavior, showing that consumer perceptions of quality directly affect their purchasing decisions.
