Abstract

Pembiayaan bermasalah menjadi pemicu utama perbankkan mengalami kemunduran dalam kinerja keuangan sehingga pembiayaan bermasalah harus dapat dikurangi agar perusahaan dapat berkembang secara normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penanganan pembiayaan macet pada BMT Harapan Ummat Pati akibat penurunan jumlah nominal simpanan anggota dari krisis ekonomi, usaha sepi dll. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BMT Harapan Ummat Pati tahun 2023 dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BMT Harapan Umat memiliki strategi yang baik dalam menangani pembiayaan bermasalah melalui penguatan internal pegawai yang terjun langsung mengatasi pembiayaan bermasalah, melakukan pembinaan kepada nasabah melalui telepon (call), mengunjungi nasabah kerumah, melakukan musyawarah kepada nasabah, dan restrukturisasi angsuran nasabah disetiap bulannya sesuai kemampuan nasabah, apabila nasabah yang dengan sengaja tidak mau membayar maka asetnya akan benar-benar dilelangkan atau dijual. Penelitian ini penting bagi lembaga keuangan agar terhindar dari pembiayaan yang bermasalah.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the inconsistent relationship between the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) and macroeconomic variables that influence Indonesian sharia stock prices including the inflation rate, Bi Rate, rupiah exchange rate, world oil prices, gold prices, and economic growth. The research aims to analyze, determine and explain the impact of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index on macroeconomic variables. This type of research uses quantitative data for the period 2011 to 2022 sourced from BPS, Investing.com, BI and OJK. Data analysis techniques involve multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The indicator achievement results describe macroeconomic variables, namely Bi Rate has a significant negative impact, the rupiah exchange rate tends to be positive and significant, and economic growth has a significant positive impact, while inflation, world oil prices and gold prices have no impact and are not significant, meaning that the Indonesian ISSI sharia stock price experiences Volatility is not fully influenced by macroeconomics, especially Bi Rate, Rupiah exchange rate, and economic growth, which means these variables contribute to the movement of Indonesian Sharia stock prices (ISSI) so that research refers to policymakers, stakeholders and investors who can consider factors fundamentally. as well as analytics in decision making and portfolio management in the Indonesian sharia stock market.

Abstract

This research aims to identify challenges in implementing mobile banking services and security at Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The large number of customer complaints has become an encouragement for researchers, with the hope that the results of this research can help improve the quality of mobile banking features to meet customer satisfaction. The research method used is a qualitative method with a field study approach. The research results show that advances in technology and information, especially mobile banking applications, have become significant progress in the banking sector. Mobile banking is a digital financial service in the form of an application that helps bank customers easily carry out banking transactions via smartphone. Using this application makes it easier for customers to carry out transactions anytime and anywhere without having to visit a bank office. However, there are several disadvantages to using this application, such as potential vulnerability to hackers posing as financial institutions, the need for a stable internet network, the risk of data theft, and the need for a sophisticated smartphone. With this, customers don't need to worry, Bank BRI has implemented a guaranteed security system, obtaining approval from the OJK and the Savings Loan Institution (LPS). BRI mobile banking services are also equipped with biometric security technology through the BRImo application, so users can log in to their BRImo account using fingerprints or facial recognition.

Abstract

Kedungwungu Village is one of the villages with prime commodities in the form of rice agricultural products. The existence of rice farming products has a positive impact on economic growth in Kedungwungu Village. However, the boom in rice farming also hurts society. Straw waste which is the result of rice farming is not utilized by the people of Kedungwungu Village. The people of Kedungwungu Village prefer to burn or leave straw waste next to the rice fields. Accumulating straw waste can pollute the environment and even cause various diseases. Meanwhile, burning straw waste can hurt human health and pollute the air. Based on these problems, outreach, and training on straw crafts were carried out to minimize the non-utilization of straw waste by the people of Kedungwungu Village. There are two sessions, namely a socialization session and a training session. The outreach session aims to provide public understanding of the dangers of not utilizing straw waste from various aspects of life. Meanwhile, the training session provided the public with an understanding of the use of straw waste in more useful items, namely straw crafts. This activity involved members of the Kedungwungu Village PKK as participants. From this activity, it was found that the participants were happy with the activities carried out because they could provide insight into the negative impacts of not utilizing straw waste and how to use it. Participants also explained that with this activity they also gained knowledge about making crafts from straw waste which adds functional value and economic value.

Abstract

This study was conducted at IAIN Kudus. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Indonesian BCA Syariah customers' loyalty and level of satisfaction affects their use of mobile banking services. In order to conduct this study, quantitative methods were used. Customers of BCA Syariah in Indonesia make up the population used in this study; 106 samples were collected as responders. employing purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling technique. Respondents to the questionnaires were given out in order to collect data for this study. Following the collection of the data, data analysis was done using SPSS tools to process the results of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the findings of the analysis that was done, this study demonstrates that. Based on the t test, satisfaction and loyalty variables partially influence m-bankin services. And based on the F test, the variables of satisfaction and loyalty jointly influence mobile banking services.

Abstract

Jetis Kapuan Village is a village in Undaan District, Kudus Regency which has a natural water resource called the pennant well. The lack of knowledge of the village government in developing the advantages of natural resources moved the team to provide assistance in developing natural resources with an approach based on the introduction of folklore so that historical products from cultural stories appear as the goal of excess air products in the hope of being able to penetrate market competition. This community service activity for Jetis Kapuan Village, Undaan District, took place on 28-30 September 2022 through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as the main activity event. The result of this community service activity is to provide knowledge to the community about the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) which seek to improve community welfare, besides that the community will better understand the principles in BUMDes management. In order for the village to become more advanced and developed, the community is more actively involved in BUMDes development efforts by understanding the village character and understanding the village program in the formation of BUMDes, if it continues to be carried out it will improve the welfare of the Jetis Kapuan village community.

Abstract

Abstract. There are undoubtedly a lot of things that influence consumers' desire to purchase, such as price breaks, brand perception, and promotions. Consumers' interest in purchasing items starts with their attention, which is followed by interest, desire, and action, all of which eventually result in the purchase of the product. However, other influences like other people's opinions and unanticipated events that necessitate purchasing can have an impact on buying interest. The goal of this study is to determine and examine the impact that price reductions, brand image, and promotions have on consumers' desire to purchase goods from the Hijab by Aida Kudus Shop. This study takes a causality research strategy and use descriptive quantitative tools. A questionnaire was employed in the sample approach with a population of Hijab Shop customers by Aida Kudus. Using the SPSS version 26 analysis tool, the accidental sampling approach was used to get samples for this study. This method was based on Slovin's hypothesis. Despite the effects of other variables not considered in this study, the findings indicate that the three binding variables promotion, brand image, and price reductions have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, which is buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, price, and halal labels in the purchase decision of wardah cosmetic products in Kudus City. Wardah cosmetic products that always occupy the top brands in Indonesia show that many use this product. So that many consumers already believe in Wardah cosmetic products. In this study, a questionnaire was distributed to all people in the holy city with a sample of 125 respondents. And the data was calculated using SPSS version 20. Where the brand image is (X1), price (X2), halal label (X3) and purchase decision (Y). And this study aims to show whether brand image has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products, whether price has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products, and whether halal labels have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products.

Abstract

Studi kasus ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kudus untuk menentukan pengaruh Media Sosial, Brand Image, dan Celebrity Endorser Terhadap Minat Beli Fashion Muslimah pada Produk Ar-Rafi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 168 responden. Untuk menguji hipotesis, digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26 menunjukkan bahwa 1) Media Sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat beli, 2) citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat beli, dan 3) celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat beli. 4.) Media Sosial, Brand Image, dan Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh secara bersamaan pada Minat Beli.  Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R-Squared) sebesar 63% menunjukkan presentase pengaruh variabel independen (media sosial, citra merek, dan celebrity endorser) terhadap variabel dependen (minat beli) sebesar 63%. Variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini, yaitu 37% memengaruhi bagian yang tersisa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh label halal, kesadaran merek, dan kredibilitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sunscreen Azarine, dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Meskipun berbagai faktor telah diteliti untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, belum ada penelitian yang secara komprehensif mengidentifikasi variabel mana yang paling dominan dalam konteks spesifik, khususnya dalam industri perawatan kulit di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan pendekatan Two-Stage Approach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran merek memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan label halal dan kredibilitas merek tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, religiusitas berpengaruh kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara label halal, kesadaran merek, dan kredibilitas merek dengan keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai perilaku konsumen dan implikasinya dalam strategi pemasaran produk perawatan kulit di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.
