Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the perspectives of users of Bus Trans Metro Pasundan regarding the government program "Buy the Service," which aims to provide reliable, safe, comfortable, and affordable public transportation. Employing the Rasch model approach, the research involved 30 respondents who utilize the bus service to identify the factors influencing the success of the "Buy the Service" program from the users' standpoint. The collected data provided profound insights into the users' perspectives on the Bus Trans Metro Pasundan service, indicating that the public is not accustomed to the concept of dependency on public transportation and feels that their expectations regarding the facilities have not been fully met. Overall, the findings of this study offer a credible and accurate basis for expanding perspectives and enhancing the success of the "Buy the Service" program in sustainable management. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perspektif pengguna Bus Trans Metro Pasundan terhadap program pemerintah "Buy the Service" yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan angkutan umum yang andal, aman, nyaman, dan terjangkau. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Rasch, penelitian ini melibatkan 30 responden yang menggunakan layanan bus tersebut untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program, termasuk ketergantungan masyarakat, kebijakan pemerintah, dan efektivitas program. Data yang dikumpulkan memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai perspektif pengguna terhadap layanan Bus Trans Metro Pasundan, dan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat belum terbiasa dengan konsep ketergantungan pada moda transportasi umum dan merasa belum terpenuhi harapannya terhadap fasilitas yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan dasar yang kredibel dan akurat untuk memperluas perspektif dan meningkatkan keberhasilan program "Buy the Service" dalam pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The research presented in this article investigates the impact of E-commerce E-Service Quality on Product Repurchase Intentions in Mekarwangi Village, West Bandung Regency. The study was conducted with a sample of 20 frequent users of the E-Commerce application in Mekarwangi Village, analyzed using the Rasch Model. The results indicate that E-service quality does not have a significant influence on customers' intentions to repurchase products through their chosen E-commerce platform. Despite the presence of certain subpar E-Services, customers continue to utilize the E-Commerce platform.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan–Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana praktik kepemimpinan yang bersifat inspiratif, stimulatif, dan memperhatikan individu dapat membentuk keterikatan karyawan dan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja dalam organisasi yang kompetitif.Desain/metode/pendekatan–Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 185 karyawan di Perusahaan X. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel.Temuan–Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement (β = 0,55; p < 0,001) dan kinerja karyawan (β = 0,32; p < 0,01). Selain itu, employee engagement terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan (β = 0,19; p < 0,05). Temuan ini memperkuat peran keterlibatan emosional karyawan sebagai mekanisme psikologis yang menjembatani pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap hasil kerja.Implikasi/Limitasi Penelitian–Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu perusahaan dan menggunakan data potong lintang, sehingga generalisasi hasil bersifat terbatas dan tidak merepresentasikan hubungan kausal jangka panjang. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk menggunakan desain longitudinal atau melibatkan sampel lintas sektor. Kebaruan/Nilai Tambah–Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pembuktian empiris peran mediasi employee engagement dalam hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja di konteks organisasi Indonesia. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada pengembangan model kepemimpinan dan menawarkan implikasi praktis dalam penguatan strategi engagement dan pelatihan kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of green products and environmental knowledge on consumer purchase intention toward The Body Shop products in Bandung, particularly to address the issue of the gap between positive perceptions of the brand’s sustainability commitment and actual consumer purchasing decisions of green products. The research method used a quantitative approach through surveys as the data collection instrument. A sample of 400 respondents was selected randomly from followers of the Instagram account @thebodyshopindo using Slovin's formula. The validity and reliability of the instruments were tested using the Rasch Model, while data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that green products have a positive effect on consumer purchase intention. In addition, environmental knowledge also has a positive influence, both directly on purchase intention and as a mediating variable. The implication of this study is that companies need to intensify educational efforts aimed at consumers regarding sustainability issues and the benefits of using environmentally friendly products. Theoretically, this research contributes to the literature on consumer behavior, especially in the field of green marketing, and provides practical recommendations for companies in designing more effective and sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable in companies in the apparel and luxury goods subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018–2022 period. The research methods used are descriptive and verification quantitative methods. Descriptive methods are used to describe firm value, profitability, liquidity, and capital structure. In contrast, verification methods are used to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable and the moderating role of capital structure. Data collection is done using secondary data from the company's published financial statements. The results showed that profitability and liquidity positively and significantly influence firm value. High profitability indicates good economic performance and provides a positive signal to investors. In contrast, high liquidity suggests the company's ability to meet short-term obligations and reduce the risk of bankruptcy. In addition, capital structure is found to function as a moderating variable that can strengthen or weaken the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value. A balanced capital structure between debt and equity can maximize the benefits of profitability and liquidity, while an unbalanced capital structure can reduce these positive effects. This study implies that company management in the apparel and luxury goods subsector needs to optimize profitability and liquidity and manage the capital structure wisely to increase firm value. The findings also support signal, pecking order, and trade-off theories, which emphasize the importance of effective financial management and optimal capital structure. This study contributes to the financial management and corporate strategy literature and offers practical insights for corporate managers and investors in economic decision-making.
