Abstract

Abstract The Jakarta International Stadium, abbreviated as JIS, was claimed by the Minister of PUPUR, the Minister of SOEs who is also the General Chair of PSSI, and the leadership of PT. Rama Prima's work does not meet FIFA standards and must be renovated immediately. This has caused a polemic among the people because JIS has been a symbol of achievement echoed by former governor of DKI Jakarta Anis Rasyid Baswedan. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively analyze the polemic of JIS renovation from a social and political perspective. From the social side, this researcher uses the theory of Symbolic Interactionism. Meanwhile, from a political perspective, this research relates Anis Rasyid Baswedan as a presidential candidate and Erick Thohir as a vice presidential candidate. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through the library method and analyzed using observation, selection, reduction and conclusion analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the fairness of JIS claims that are not FIFA standards has sparked polemics in the community and it is better if these claims are immediately announced by FIFA. In addition, this polemic is very easily associated with politics because Anis Rasyida Baswedan is a presidential candidate and Erickt Thohir is a vice presidential candidate who has the highest electability compared to other candidates. Abstract

Organizational performance is the thing that companies pay the most attention to and is the most important goal compared to other goals that must be well maintained and achieved by an organization/company. There are a number of factors that can influence organizational performance, including digital marketing and intellectual capital. In contrast to a number of previous studies, this research adds the Consumer Satisfaction variable which the researchers believe can strengthen the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable used in this research. This research is quantitative research with an explantory approach. In this research, primary data was distributed to 250 employees of PT. Indofood with employee criteria in the fields of HRD, Human Resources and Finance spread throughout Indonesia. The data used was analyzed with smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this research show that the Digital Marketing and Intellectual Capital variables have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on the Organizational Performance variable because the p-values are below the significance level and point in a positive direction. Apart from that, the Consumer Satisfaction variable can moderate the relationship between the Digital Marketing variable and the Organizational Performance variable and the Intellectual Capital variable with the Organizational Performance variable Keywords: Digital Marketing, Intellectual Capital, Organizational Peformance, Consumer Satisfication

Abstract

Abstract The existence of investors is the most important thing for a company to continue to grow and develop. Investors will be more diligent in investing on a large scale if the results obtained or the reciprocity/share returns are also smooth. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of RNI subsidiaries spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained was analyzed with smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that first, the Solvency variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Company Stock Return variable because the T-Table value is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.011. This means that the more debt a company has, the more investors will think the company has a big vision for growth. Second, Liquidity variables can moderate the Company Stock Return variable because the t-table value is positive and is below 0.05, namely 0.004. Even more significant than direct testing is 0.011. This means that even though investors believe in companies that can utilize debt to grow bigger, investors will believe again if this utilization is accompanied by smooth liabilities and total assets that continue to grow. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses the five studies above as the main springs for building a new water source center which researchers will design with new variations or what is usually called an element of novelty in each study. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics to see the tax revenue of each province in the last 10 years which is published every year on the official website of the Central Bureau of Statistics. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show Regional Tax Revenue can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Regional Original Income. This can be caused because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.019. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the more tax revenue a region receives can increase its Original Regional Income. What is different from the five studies above, in the next row of the third table of this study shows that the Good Corporate Governance variable can strengthen the influence of the Regional Tax Revenue variable on Regional Original Income. This is because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted. Keywords: Regional Tax Revenue, Regional Original Income, Good Corporate Givernance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary data that researchers obtained from users of shopee, tikthok shop, and facebook marketplaces spread throughout Indonesia. The data was collected in the form of a questionnaire from 24 questions from 300 users of shopee, tiktokshop, and the Facebook marketplace mentioned above. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show shows that the first and second hypotheses used in this article can be proven and accepted. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.021. This is because the more product variations make buyers more interested in making purchasing decisions, the less easily bored, and so on which make purchasing decisions even greater. In the next row, the results answer the second hypothesis where the Celebrity Endorser variable can strengthen the influence of the Product Variation variable on Purchasing Decisions. This is because the same thing is the P-Values that are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is smaller than direct testing of 0.021. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven.
