Abstract

Mustard is a horticultural product that is consumed by almost all levels of society everywhere including in Indonesia. Mustard or Caisim (Brassica juncea L.) belongs to the family of Brassicaceae, the leaves are long, smooth, hairless, and not cropped. Hydroponically cultivated plants grow twice as fast as conventional systems. This is due to direct contact between roots and oxygen, optimum acidity, and an increase in the balancing absorption of nutrients and nutrition. D.I.GROW Organic Fertilizer is Liquid Organic Fertilizer made from Ascophyllum nodosum, a type of Chocolate Seaweed taken from the North Atlantic Sea. Naturally, Ascophyllum nodosum, which contains abundant nutrition, such as: Macro Minerals, Micro Minerals, Amino Acids, Humic Acid, Gibberellins, Auxin, Cytokinins and various Nutrition elements needed by all types of Plants and Animals. It used during the Vegetative period. Stimulate and increase the growth of roots, stems, leaves and buds / tillers quickly with the correct dose used for vegetable leaves 3-5 ml / liter of water. The advantages of a hydroponic system are the using of lands does not need to be too extensive, plants are cultivated do not need soil, there is no risk of continuous planting throughout the year, the quantity and quality of production is higher and cleaner, used of fertilizer and the water more efficient, the plants period are shorter, used of pests and diseases more easily and environmentally friendly. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the concentration of liquid fertilizer suitable for using in mustard plants in hydroponic media is 3 mL / liter because it has the highest fresh weight above the base of the plant which is 37.78 grams which indicates maximum plant growth. This can be seen from giving of D.I.GROW 3 ml / L fertilizer has the highest plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight above and below of the base of the plant. The nutrients given to plants must be in the right composition. If deficiency or excess, it will be disturbed plant growth and the results obtained are less than optimal. Hydroponic nutrient solutions contain all micro and macro nutrients in appropriate amounts, hydroponic fertilizers are also more stable and dissolve quickly in water because they are in a purer form.

Abstract

Environmentally friendly agricultural land management with the use of MOL is able to maintain soil fertility, preserve the environment while at the same time maintaining and increasing soil productivity. Moringa leaf MOL can increase soil nutrients and as a plant growth regulator. This study aims to determine the effect of giving Moringa leaf MOL and the effect of differences in timing of Moringa leaf MOL administration on the growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica chinensis var. parachinensis L). The study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) experimental design with 6 treatments and 5 replications. The results of observations at the time of harvesting the fresh weight of harvest and dry weight of harvest also showed that, the treatment of giving MOL at 2 weeks before planting gave the highest real harvested fresh weight and dry weight compared to other treatments. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the difference in the time of giving Moringa leaf MOL to mustard greens gives a significantly different effect on the growth and yield of mustard greens and giving Moringa leaf MOL at 2 weeks before planting on mustard greens gives the yield of fresh weight of harvest and dry weight of harvest. significantly higher than the results at the time of administration of other MOL. So it turns out that the treatment of giving MOL at 2 weeks before planting is the right time for giving Moringa leaf MOL because it can provide the highest real harvested fresh weight and dry weight of harvest compared to other treatments, namely reaching a fresh harvest weight of 9.64 g/plant and a dry harvest weight. 2.20 g/plant.

Abstract

This study entitled "Response of growth of stem cuttings of red roses (Rosa damascena P.Mill.) to concentrations and immersion time of young coconut water in Batu Bulan Village, Banjar Sasih, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency". The implementation started from January 10 2021 to April 23 2021. The research aims to determine the concentration and duration of soaking young coconut water which is good for the growth of red rose plants (Rosa damascena P.Mill), flower plants are propagated generatively and vegetatively. The method used in this study was stem cuttings, namely by cutting selected parts of the plant stems. Coconut water also contains auxin and cytokinins which play a role in encouraging cells to divide and elongate rapidly so as to increase growth rate. This study used a randomized block design (RBD). .with 9 repetitions and 3 repetitions there were 48 polybags. The treatments were 0% K0L0, 25% K1L1, 50% K2L2, 75% K3L3, and 100% K4L4. The results showed that the long time immersion of young coconut water (K4L3) resulted in the number of times the first leaves appeared (K4L4) 43.75 (strands), branch length (K3L4) 45.50 (cm) number of primary leaves, (K3L4) 45.50 (strands), length of primary leaves (K4L2) 8.25 (cm) stem diameter (K3L4) 4.07.(cm) .

Abstract

Watersheds can be viewed as natural systems where complex hydrological biophysical processes as well as socio-economic and cultural activities of the community take place. Changes in watershed hydrological conditions as a result of uncontrolled expansion of cultivation areas without regard to soil and water conservation principles often lead to conditions of increased erosion and sedimentation, decreased land productivity, and accelerated land degradation. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of erosion’s danger and critical level of land in the watershed Pakerisan. Determination of the critical level of land is done by evaluating the parameter determining critical areas, such as the closure and land productivity, slope, erosion, and land management with the scoring method. The level of erosion’s danger is calculated using the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE). The results shows that the level of the erosion’s danger in the watershed Pakerisan is very light of 38 covering 4654.69 ha (51.19%), light as many as 44 units of land area of 3243.54 (35.68% ), medium 15 units of land area of 1022.29 ha (11.24%) and weight 3 units of land area of 171.97 ha (1.89%). Critical level of land area in Watershed Pakerisan consists of a non-critical area of 5653.99 ha (62.19%), potential critical area of 1951.67 ha (21.47%) and rather critical area of 1486.23 ha (16.35% ). Avoid further escalation of the critical level of land in the watershed Pakerisan, the real efforts of stakeholders including government, private, and community is needed

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Usaha Ternak Satwa Sari bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan peternak dan mendukung ekonomi lokal melalui diversifikasi produk telur bebek menjadi telur asin. Dalam kegiatan ini, 15 anggota Usaha Ternak Satwa Sari dilatih dalam pembuatan telur asin melalui tahapan penyuluhan, praktek langsung, dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dari 28.93% menjadi 88%. Diversifikasi ini mengurangi risiko pasar, menambah nilai produk, dan membantu perkembangan pasar baru, mendukung keberlanjutan usaha ternak. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif pada ekonomi lokal, meningkatkan kemandirian peternak, serta membuka peluang pasar dan pengembangan usaha peternakan. Dukungan berkelanjutan seperti penyediaan modal, infrastruktur, akses pasar yang lebih luas, dan pengembangan produk olahan bernilai tambah diperlukan. Kolaborasi tim PKM Unmas Denpasar dan Usaha Ternak Satwa Sari memberikan manfaat nyata dalam mengembangkan hasil ternak bebek dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Jembrana. Duck Salted-Egg Production Training for Improving the Business Competitiveness of Satwa Sari in Jembrana Regency Community service activities at the Sari Animal Farm Business aim to improve the welfare of farmers and support the local economy by diversifying duck egg products into salted eggs. In this activity, 15 members of the Sari Animal Farm Business were trained in making salted eggs through the stages of counseling, direct practice and evaluation. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' knowledge from 28.93% to 88%. This diversification reduces market risk, adds product value, and helps the development of new markets, supporting the sustainability of livestock businesses. The success of this activity has had a positive impact on the local economy, increasing the independence of breeders, as well as opening up market opportunities and livestock business development. Continuous support such as providing capital, infrastructure, wider market access and development of value-added processed products is needed. The collaboration between the PKM Unmas Denpasar team and the Sari Animal Farming Business has provided real benefits in developing duck livestock products and supporting local economic growth in Jembrana Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cow biourine liquid fertilizer on the growth and yield of mustard greens. This research has been conducted on Jln. Banteng Baru behind the PDIP office No.4, Renon Village, South Denpasar District. Denpasar City. This study took place for 1 month 2 weeks from the time of seedling, starting on 19 February – 26 March 2021. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) with the treatment of liquid fertilizer consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications, while the treatment was cow biourine. , so that 24 experimental units can be obtained. Concentration of cow biourine: K0= control, K1=100ml cow biourine/900ml water, K2=200ml cow biourine/800ml water, K3=300ml cow biourine/700ml water, K4=400ml cow biourine/600ml water, K5=500ml cow biourine /500ml of water. The results showed that the concentration of bovine biourine was given to mustard greens. The results showed that K4 treatment (400ml cow biourine/600ml water) on the growth parameters of mustard greens had a very significant effect on plant height, leaf area, total plant fresh weight, total oven dry weight of plants and only had a significant effect on leaf number. The concentration of cow biourine liquid fertilizer from 400ml cow biourine/600ml water resulted in the best growth of mustard greens, namely total plant fresh weight: 137.5 g and total plant oven dry weight: 18.40 g.

Abstract

The plant below has enough nutrition to promote bodily health. Plants has considerable commercialvalue and prosects to support the efforts of increasing farmer income sources of increased employment opportunities, agribusiness development, increased nutrition in the community. The purpose of this study is 1). To know the effect of certain types of manure on the growth and yield of plant pakcoy 2). To find out which manure provides the best growth and plant output. As for the benefits of this study being 1). It can increase the knowledge of the researcher related to the use of serval typesof manure on the growth and yield of plant 2). Could add to a researcher’s knowledge regarding the use of some types of manure for growth and plant producted. The study was conducted from March 29 to May 27, 2021. The study uses the random group’s (RAK) method of design with 4 kinds of treats (KA) chiken manure 5 tons/ha, (KB) pig manure 5 tons/ha, (KK) goat manure 5 tons/ha, (KS) of cow manure 5 tons/ha. Abstract

The title of this research is “Growth Response and Yield of Tomato Stem Cuttings (lycopersicum eesculentum Mill) to Shallot and Honey Extracts. Tomato (Lycopersicum Eesculentum Mill) is a type of vegetable that has high demand in the market because it is liked by almost all Indonesian people. Cutting aims to optimize the formation of a new root system. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) with various concentrations of onion and honey extract as stimulants with 5 levels. B0M0 : Red onion extra concentration 0ml + 0 ml honey, B1M4 : 40ml red onion extra concentration + 60 ml honey, B2M3 : 60ml red onion extra concentration + 40 ml honey, B3M2: 80ml red onion extra concentration + 20 ml honey, B4M1 : Red onion extra concentration 20 ml + 80 ml honey, B5M0: 100 ml red onion extra concentration + 0 ml honey, B0M5: 0 ml red onion extra concentration + 100 ml honey. In the results of this study, all parameters gave the best results and for giving the concentration of onion and honey extract gave very good results, namely by giving a concentration of 60% or red onion extract 60 ml/40 ml of honey. The concentration of onion extract gave the highest plant value, namely plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, number of flowers planted, number of fruit planted, weight of fruit planted, fruit diameter.

Abstract

Spinach plant Besides being used as an ornamental plant, it is also a vegetable plant that contains a lot of protein. The production of red spinach has increased, but has not been able to meet market needs. Therefore, research on red spinach plants needs to be carried out with the aim of: 1) Knowing the effect of giving rice husk biochar on the growth and yield of red spinach plants. 2) Knowing the best dose of rice husk biochar on the growth and yield of red spinach plants. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) method with six treatments, namely treatment without biochar (P0), treatment with biochar 25 / 10 kg of soil (P1), treatment with biochar 50 g / 10 kg of soil (P2), treatment with biochar 75 g / 10 kg of soil (P3), treatment of biochar 100 g/10 soil (P4), and treatment of biochar 125 g/10 kg of soil (P5) each treatment was repeated four times so that the total of all treatments became 24. In testing the effect of the dose of rice husk biochar on red spinach plant, application of rice husk biochar 125 g/10 kg of soil gave the best growth results for all observed parameters, namely: plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm), total plant fresh weight ( g), and total plant oven dry weight (g).

Abstract

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi berdampak kepada sektor perdagangan yang mempengaruhi minat dan pola aktivitas masyarakat yang sebelumnya mengandalkan pasar konvensional beralih ke digital marketing. Dampak tersebut dialami juga oleh mitra kerjasama, mitra sasaran kelompok masyarakat serta Pemerintah Desa Sesait yang mengharuskan untuk beradaptasi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan perancang sistem informasi kelompok masyarakat berbasis web sebagai upaya menigkatkan pengtahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam penggunaan digital marketing sebagai media promosi dan pemasaran hasil produksi pertanian, peternakan dan potensi pariwisata yang berdaya saing. Metode pelatihan dan pendampingan yaitu metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), sedangkan dalam merancang sistem informasi menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Dimana kedua metode tersebut dilakukan kombinasi dalam pelaksanaanya sehingga di peroleh hasil dari evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk 25 peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan yaitu tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang web meningkat menjadi 100% dari yang sebelumnya tingkat pengetahuan 68% dan tingkat pemahaman 40%, sedangkan untuk tingkat penggunaan web dari yang sebelumnya tidak mengerti mengoperasikan web menjadi 92% peserta mampu mengoperasikan web.Abstract: The rapid development of technology impacts the trade sector, influencing people's interests and activity patterns that previously relied on conventional markets to switch to digital marketing. This impact was also experienced by cooperation partners and target community groups as well as the Sesait Village Government, which required them to adapt through training and mentoring for web-based community group information system designers as an effort to increase partners' knowledge and skills in using digital marketing as a medium for promotion and marketing of competitive agricultural, livestock and tourism potential products. . The training and mentoring method is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method while designing the information system uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model. The two methods were combined in their implementation so that the results obtained from evaluation through pre-test and post-test for 25 participants who took part in the activity were that the level of knowledge and understanding of the web increased to 100% from the previous level of knowledge of 68% and level of understanding of 40 %, while the level of web usage went from previously not understanding how to operate the web to 92% of participants being able to operate the web.
