Abstract

Empowerment community has been carried out through planting Kelor and Meniran to be used as health food during the Covid 19 pandemic. The implementation was carried out in Village of Pipa Putih, RT 6, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatera. It is 30 km from the city of Palembang, a collaboration partner with the Palembang Health Polytechnic. Using two plots of land owned by the residents village of Pipa Putih, the implementing groups are PKK Cadres and the Office Pipa Putih . Provide farming equipment and garden fences. Provide Kelor dan Meniran seeds obtained from nurseries, then given to partner groups to be planted and maintained for 2 months Monitoring was carried out every week on the activities of growing Kelor dan Meniran. The results obtained are Kelor dan Meniran plants can be harvested after 1.5 months of cultivation. The harvest can be processed into healthy food in the form of agar pudding, bandrek, cendol, chips and noodles made from Kelor dan Meniran. Evaluation took from the increase in knowledge, attitudes and behaviors that have been realized in community service planting Kelor dan Meniran. The theme of this activity was followed up by making the superior ready-to-eat product of cadre levels PKK Pipa Putih and at the coverage village.

Abstract

This study examines the Indonesian government's response to labor rights violations committed by PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) through the perspective of dependency theory. This theoretical framework highlights the asymmetrical relationship between developing and developed countries that often leads to resource exploitation in developing countries. The PTFI case in 2017 involved the unilateral termination of employment of 8,300 workers without clarity on their rights, accompanied by permanent dismissal contrary to labor regulations. Using the literature review method, this study analyzes existing studies related to government policies in labor protection. The findings of the study show that the government has taken various steps, including forming a supervisory team, mediating negotiations, and providing social security assistance to affected workers. This research emphasizing the need for concrete actions to reduce Indonesia's dependence on foreign investment and strengthen labor protection regulations.

Abstract

E-KTP Corruption is an organized crime that occurs in Indonesia. The corruption that has been established is to form an organized network due to the phenomenon "baystander effect" where it is a phenomenon of social psychology due to the loss of a sense of virginity to act to do something on an incident that Characterized by the interdependent nature of each other which eventually nothing moves one.  This research aims to prove the existence of a matter of silence because it is triggered by personal interests or "self-interest" of the persons involved until difficult to control by the State apparatus. This method of research refers to the reference of legislation, information submitted by the media, statements from politicians and bureaucracy officials, court decisions and also reference books. The results of the study showed that the corruption that ensnares the bureaucracy officials and the politicians in fact has also dragged corporations. Participating in the case of the persons in corruption cases of intertwining creates a crime that is organized in such a way to harm the country and cause millions of people to be injured in the sleep. When they feel benefited over this corruption case then they choose silence, this is the phenomenon called "baystander effect" thus complicating the investigation in dismantling this corruption case.

Abstract

Compensation in Islamic educational institutions is not only interpreted as a material reward, but must also be based on sharia values as a manifestation of the principles of justice, balance, and moral responsibility. This research aims to examine how the integration of sharia values in the compensation system can act as an effective strategy in increasing employee loyalty in Islamic educational institutions. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and thematic analysis, the study found that a compensation system that adopts sharia principles such as justice (‘adl), maslahat, and amanah - is able to build employees’ emotional and spiritual attachment to the institution. Employee loyalty increases along with transparency, contribution-based rewards, and certainty and blessings in income. The findings emphasise the urgency of a holistic approach to human resource management based on Islamic values to create loyal, professional and dedicated employees.

Abstract

Financing management is one of the crucial aspects in ensuring the sustainability of Islamic educational institutions, especially in the digital era characterized by technological disruption and changes in financial management models. This study aims to examine the strategic role of financing management in maintaining the existence and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions through the integration of digital innovation and Islamic financial principles. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, data were collected from various relevant scientific literature. The results of the study show that careful financial planning, diversification of financing sources, and utilization of digital technology in the fundraising and reporting system can increase the effectiveness of the institution's financial management. In addition, the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, and Islamic ethics in every financial process can build public trust and strengthen the resilience of the institution in facing various challenges. Thus, modern, adaptive, and Islamic values-based financing management is an important foundation for the sustainability of Islamic education institutions amid the dynamics of the digital era.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini didasari oleh perkembangan teknologi  yang semakin pesat, di mana e-money menjadi salah satu alat pembayaran digital yang mulai banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat terutama pada gen Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan keamanan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money  pada generasi Z di Kota Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan SPSS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 sampel generasi z di Kota Jambi, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money. Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money. Keamanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money. Persepsi kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan keamanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money. Kata Kunci:  persepsi kemudahan, kepercayaan, keamanan, Gen  Z, Ekonomi Islam   Abstract This research is based on the rapid development of technology, where e-money is one of the digital payment instruments that is starting to be widely used by the public, especially in Gen Z. This research aims to determine the influence of the perception of convenience, trust, and security on the interest in using e-money in Generation Z in Jambi City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using SPSS. The sample in this study was 100 samples of generation z in Jambi City, by distributing questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method. The results show that the perception of convenience has a significant effect on the interest in using e-money. Trust has a significant effect on interest in using e-money. Security has a significant effect on the interest in using e-money. The perception of convenience, trust, and security simultaneously has a significant effect on the interest in using e-money.
