Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of infrastructure development on economic growth in Papua Province. This study uses secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Papua Province for the period 2006 - 2019. The analytical tools are descriptive and regression using time series data. The results showed that the dependent variable such as the number of educational facilities and health facilities had a positive effect on economic growth in Papua Province. Given the results, the local government should pay more attention to allocating development expendictures for energy, the availability of special electricity infrastructure, the number of Puskesmas and schools to have a significant and positive influence on economic growth in Papua Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total deposits and loan arrears on the income of CU Maju Bersama cooperatives in siantar district (before and during covid-19). This research method uses a quantitative research approach. The result shows that the variable amount of savings has no significant effect on the income of the CU Maju Bersama Cooperative in Siantar District. Loan arrears variable has no significant effect on the income of CU Maju Bersama Cooperative in Siantar District. (Before and During Covid-19). The test results simultaneously state that the amount of deposits and credit arrears together has a significant effect on the income of the CU Maju Bersama cooperative in Siantar District (Before and During Covid-19). The results of the R2 test state that there is an effect of the amount of deposits and credit arrears on the income of the CU Maju Bersama cooperative in Siantar District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of population and human development index on economic growth in Pematangsiantar City, both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used is secondary time series data with a time period of 2004 – 2019. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with ordinary least squares (OLS). The results showed that partially the population had a significant effect on the economic growth of Pematangsiantar City. The Human Development Index (HDI) has no significant effect on the economic growth of Pematangsiantar City. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the population and the human development index have a significant effect on the economic growth of Pematangsiantar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of government expenditure variables, Gross Regional Domestic Product, and District/City Minimum Wage on inflation in 4 CPI cities of North Sumatra, namely, Medan, Pematangsiantar, Sibolga, and Padangsidempuan for the period 2016-2020. The method used in this study is quantitative and uses a panel data regression model. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results showed that the variables of government expenditure and the district/city minimum wage had a positive and insignificant effect on inflation in 4 CPI cities of North Sumatra Province. Meanwhile, the Gross Regional Domestic Product per capita variable has a negative and significant effect on inflation in 4 CPI Cities in North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corruption and inflation variables on economic growth in ASEAN for the period 2017-2021. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used is secondary data obtained from World Data, Transparency International (TI), Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). And the research model used in this study is the panel data regression model. The results of the study using panel data regression with Common Fixed Effect stated the results of the Partial Test (t) that the Corruption Variable (X1) had a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth (Y). While the Inflation Variable (X2) inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth (Y). Simultaneous Test Results (F) state that corruption and inflation together have no significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Bank Indonesia's flagship entrepreneurship training program in increasing the income of MSMEs in the city of Pematagsiantar. The research design is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a list of questions (questionnaires) and study documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Assumption Test contained in the regression analysis used, namely normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, Hypothesis Testing namely Simultaneous Test (F test), Partial Test (t test), Coefficient of Determination (R2),Correlation Coefficient (R)andRegression Analysis.Based on the research, it was found that Bank Indonesia's flagship entrepreneurship training program, production facilities and labor played a good role in increasing the income of MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City. Based on the t test, it was found that the X1 variable had no significant effect on the Y variable, the X2 variable had no significant effect on the Y variable, the X3 variable had a significant effect on the Y variable.
