Abstract

Tourism-based village development is an effort to find out and explore the tourism potential that exists in the village so that good management is needed to increase tourism development. Banjaranyar Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency has potential sources of tourism that allow it to develop, including natural tourism, educational tourism and religious tourism. However, based on the results of observations, smart tourism-based tourism management in Banjaranyar Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency is not yet optimal. This is caused by indicators including: 1) Management that is not conducive to educational tourism potential in Banjaranyar Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency after the Covid-19 Pandemic, 2) Lack of optimal maintenance and damage to infrastructure to get to educational tourism locations in the Village. Banjaranyar, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency, 3) There is an attitude from some local communities who do not fully support the development of educational tourism potential in Banjaranyar Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency, 4) There are financial constraints that must be overcome by Banjaranyar Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

Tradisi Rarakaan merupakan salah satu tradisi yang ada di desa Sukaharja kecamatan Rajadesa kabupaten Ciamis. Tradisi ini sudah diwariskan secara turun temurun dari satu generasi ke generasi selanjutnya. Seiring perkembangan zaman Tradisi Rarakaan sudah mulai terkikis dan dilupakan oleh generasi muda. Padahal tradisi ini memiliki nilai yang sangat penting untuk tetap dilestarikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman generasi muda terkait nilai yang ada pada tradisi Rarakaan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terkait pentingnya nilai kearifan lokal tradisi Rarakaan, melalui kegiatan pemberian edukasi kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini, yaitu Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) melalui langkah-langkah pelatihan, pendampingan, praktik, dan evaluasi. Adapun sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu masyarakat desa Sukaharja, terutama generasi muda yang ada di lingkungan tersebut. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan PKM tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat desa Sukaharja, yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat desa Sukaharja terkait pentingnya nilai-nilai kearifan lokal tradisi Rarakaan dari 60% menjadi 85%. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan PKM juga kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya tradisi Rarakaan juga meningkat. Selanjutnya, dari kegiatan PKM ini mampu meningkatkan minat generasi muda untuk tetap mengikuti tradisi Rarakaan. Hal ini berdasarkan pada keterlibatan generasi muda ketika pelaksanaan tradisi ini. Dan hal yang paling penting dari kegiatan PKM tahun 2024, yaitu kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam revitalisasi budaya Rarakaan di Desa Sukaharja. Budaya Rarakan yang dulu mulai memudar kini kembali hidup dan berkembang di desa ini.

Abstract

Innovation is a research, development and engineering activity carried out with the aim of developing practical applications of new scientific values ​​and contexts or by applying existing science and technology in products or processes. Village-Owned Enterprises are institutions formed by the village government and the community manages these institutions based on the needs and economy of the village. The lack of optimal development of BUMDes business units causes quite large losses, partly due to the lack of cooperation carried out by the Village Government and BUMDes which then results in many tourist units being abandoned. ​This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data in this research consists of primary data and secondary data. The informants in this research were 7 people, data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. Data management/data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, drawing or drawing conclusions. ​In the interview results from the BUMDes Director, there was a decline in income, but not every year. The aim of this research is that it is hoped that BUMDes will have a big influence and be able to help develop the community's economy through the BUMDes business unit "Putra Mandiri" in Panggang Village so that it runs optimally. The results of the evaluation require training for BUMDes managers and their communities so that the development of BUMDes business units can run optimally.

Abstract

Masalah permukiman kumuh merupakan salah satu polemik yang terjadi pada beberapa wilayah perkotaan, jika dibiarkan berdampak negatif pada semakin luas permukiman kumuh, kerusakan lingkungan dan dampak kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Kabupaten Ciamis sebagai salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Jawa Barat mengalami permasalahan berkaitan permukiman kumuh sehingga diperlukan penanganan dari jaringan aktor-aktor yang terlibat. Penanganan permukiman kumuh di Kabupaten Ciamis merupakan tantangan yang memerlukan pendekatan kolaboratif dan terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa penanganan permukiman kumuh di Kabupaten Ciamis memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih kolaboratif dan sinergi. Semua aktor dalam jaringan perlu lebih intensif dan terbuka dilibatkan dalam setiap proses tata kelola kebjakan berkaitan penanganan permukiman kumuh agar menghasilkan solusi yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan.Perlu disusun regulasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) yang khusus mengatur tentang Pencegahan dan peningkatan kualitas terhadap permukiman kumuh. Peraturan Daerah (Perda) menjadi acuan bagi aktor-aktor yang terlibat untuk lebih bersinergis dan bersatu padu dalam penanganan kawasan permukiman kumuh di Kabupaten Ciamis. Penanganan permukiman kumuh di Kabupaten Ciamis juga membutuhkan komitmen bersama dari semua aktor yang terlibat, yaitu pemerintah, akademisi, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat. Setiap aktor memiliki peran dan kontribusi yang penting dalam upaya Penanganan permukiman kumuh di Kabupaten Ciamis. Komitmen yang kuat dan kerjasama yang baik antara berbagai aktor yang terlibat, dapat menangani masalah permukiman kumuh di Kabupaten Ciamis. Kata kunci : Penanganan, Permukiman Kumuh, Jaringan Aktor, Kabupaten Ciamis

Abstract

The purpose of this practicum is to find out the extent of the empowerment of the Bina Muda Youth Organization in Cijeungjing Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency. The qualitative approach method is the type of research used. The type of research used. the research focuses on the purpose of empowerment, empowerment based on the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs Number 23 of 2013, which has several stages: preparation for empowerment, implementation, and subsequent utilization. The development of youth activities involves a number of difficult procedures or stages, such as coordinating the work programs of the Village and the Youth Organization of Cijeungjing Village.

Abstract

Implementation of Socialization and Stunt Stunts Activities in the main villages of Utama Discomfort Cijeungjing District Ciamis. the implementation of this activity uses the material exposure method. The main objective is to focus on dealing with stunting issues that are at the heart of improving the public health of the Main Villages Utama. And in this way we need a holistic approach that involves health education, easy access to medical services, as well as a healthy lifestyle for pregnant mothers and babies as stunting prevention. This government-society collaboration is a government program in the fight against and towards zero stunting in order to be a significant outcome in dealing with health problems and for health to improve in the future generations

Abstract

This research is motivated by the non-optimal management of Village-Owned Enterprises in an effort to increase Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study include literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The informants in this study were 6 people. The data analysis technique in this study by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. This study aims to determine the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises on increasing Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Efforts to Increase Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency is already running, but it is not optimal because problems are still found, including: unprepared cooperation with the private sector, limited number and quality of labor, limited budget for new business development, management training programs that are rare and less than optimal, readiness and skills of BUMDes members in management and administration are still lacking, financial reporting that is not ready to be carried out.Keywords: Management, BUMDes, Village Original Revenue

Abstract

Bureaucracy is an institution that has great ability to move the organization. Because the bureaucracy is formally organized to carry out rational actions in an organization. Bureaucracy is the order of an organization in which it has a structure, division of tasks, and a hierarchy. Where the bureaucracy is run by many people with clear rules, fixed procedures, and led by someone with the inherent authority in giving orders to be carried out by his subordinates solely for the benefit of the community. Government bureaucracy as an important tool in a country is inevitable because its presence is needed by the wider community, so that where there is a state there must be a bureaucracy. The community, of course, asks the government for the right to service related needs that cannot be provided by private organizations. However, in the end, the people's mindset was trapped in the reality of the blurring of the services provided, such as the slow completion of administration, long and convoluted procedures, ineffective and efficient, and seemed indifferent, and not friendly and so on. The needs that cannot be met by the private sector cause the community to be forced to deal with bureaucratic officers of rigid government organizations and have monopoly rights that can solve public affairs. The government as a public servant should have a big obligation and responsibility to provide the best service for the community to be fair, transparent and responsible, all of which are to provide satisfaction to the community

Abstract

The widespread use of gadgets in the digital era has had positive and negative impacts on society, especially the younger generation. In Adultari Village, residents are concerned about the negative impacts of excessive use of gadgets. Therefore, this Community Service activity aims to increase digital awareness through socializing the impact of using gadgets in the digital era and managing reading corners as alternative activities that are more positive for the community. The methods used in this activity include observation, interviews, and identifying problems faced related to gadget use. The results of this activity include education and evaluation carried out through question and answer sessions during socialization with measurements based on audience understanding. It is hoped that with the reading corner, people, especially children and teenagers, can use gadgets wisely and utilize technology for more productive activities. This activity aims to form a generation that is more critical, knowledgeable and wise in facing challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

The Sanghyang Permana Balaniksa site is one of the historical remains of the Galuh Pangauban Kingdom. The Sanghyang Permana Prabudigaluh Salawe site is one of the historical relics of the Galuh Pangauban Kingdom. This research outlines efforts to promote religious and cultural tourism at the site, which also acts as an educational resource and cultural destination. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Promotion of religious and cultural tourism at Sanghyang Permana Balaniksa with the hope of increasing visitors and becoming better known to the public, one of which is using the social media Instagram. Promotion uses new breakthroughs to increase attractiveness, where social media becomes an effective and efficient tool for promoting culture in the region. Using social media requires creativity in terms of composition and sentence structure that attracts social media users. It is hoped that promotion via Instagram can be significant in increasing public interest in visiting the Sanghyang Cipta Permana Site in Bojongmengger Village.
