Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku penyesuaian diri yang salah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 sejumlah 171 orang siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 120 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosi dan skala penyesuaian diri yang salah. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,402 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku penyesuaian diri yang salah. Artinya semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin rendah perilaku penyesuaian diri yang salah.Kata kunci: korelasional, kecerdasan emosi, perilaku penyesuaian diri yang salah

Abstract

This activity was conducted to prepare elementary school students, particularly the fifth and sixth grade students of SDN 69 Kota Bengkulu in entering puberty period. Puberty is the period development during, when the children from being regarded as asexual creatures to being extremely sexual. The experience of puberty period of children is characterized by primary sex characteristics, where the girls will experience first menstruation period. While some boys experience wet dream. According the result of observation and interview towards students, many students could not figure out what puberty is. The data show that the students do not acquire enough knowledge about what they will experience in puberty period. It may causes the students create poor attitude toward puberty period such as; shock even depressed and profoundly ashamed. That’s why the students need guide in aware puberty period in order to be able to face puberty period in physical change as well as emotional change. This activity wasparticipated by 43 students.  The method of this research was lecture and fun discussion. The result of this activity shows that the students have understanding of puberty, and they are supposed to be able to know how to deal with puberty period, thus they are able to do the development tasks in this stage as it should be. Keywords: preparation, puberty, elementary school students

Abstract

 Bengkulu Province is an area located on three tectonic plates namely Indo-Australia, Eurasia, and Pacific which contain potential natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis. Therefore, it is very important to prepare the community to be prepared for the disaster, including children. In every event of a disaster, there are many victims of children. Providing of knowledge and skills will minimize loss of life. Considering the importance of disaster preparedness,  disaster preparedness training activities are carried out through educative games “AKSANA”. The word of AKSANA means Anak Sadar Bencana. This disaster preparedness training was attended by 30 students of  SDN I Kota Bengkulu. School selection based on high level of disaster potential. SDN I is surrounded by beaches and is in the lowlands with a distance of less than 1 km from the beach. The service method is through AKSANA games consisting of disaster ladder snake, crosswords, and playbook about a disaster. In this activity, it was equipped with a simulation of self-rescue during an earthquake at the school accompanied by the PMI of Bengkulu Province. The effectiveness of disaster preparedness training in elementary school children was indicated by a significant increase in the pre-test and post-test scores from the average category (6.4) to high (8.9). With the increase in test scores, it shows that disaster preparedness training through AKSANA games can improve the knowledge and skills of students of SDN 1 Kota Bengkulu in dealing with natural disasters.

Abstract

Era new normal memunculkan kecemasan pada remaja sehingga mendorong mereka agar mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan dan situasi yang baru. Penyesuaian ini sangat penting dilakukan oleh remaja, namun banyak ditemui remaja yang mengalami permasalahan emosional. Kegiatan ini bertujuan melatih remaja untuk mampu mengendalikan emosinya sehingga dapat menjalankan peran sosialnya sebagai seorang siswa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan terhadap siswa-siswi yang memiliki permasalahan dalam pengendalian emosi sebanyak 52 orang. Metode kegiatan ceramah dan diskusi dilakukan guna merekognisi siswa cara pengendalian emosi serta pelatihan Teknik stabilisasi emosi. Pretest dan posttest dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan siswa. Hasil pretest diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 46,13 yang menunjukkan tingkat kecemasan siswa cenderung tinggi, sedangkan untuk nilai rata-rata posttest diperoleh skor 30,73. Terjadi penurunan skor rata rata sebesar 15,4 artinya terjadi perubahan sikap dalam pengendalian diri setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengendalian diri remaja melalui Teknik stabilisasi emosi, sehingga diharapkan para siswa remaja mampu melaksanakan tugas sebagai seorang pelajar agar memiliki kemampuan akademik yang baik dan kehidupan sosial yang sehat.

Abstract

Abstrak Every individual wants family harmony in forming a family. Awareness of role and function and acceptance of existence and existence become a strong foundation in running a household. In realizing a harmonious household, there are often problematic phenomena in the family such as quarrels, jealousy, infidelity, income differences, differences in life principles and leading to the act of lending the marriage lor lthe divorce or lproblems that occur lin lthe life of lthe household lshould lbe resolved lso that lthe harmony of lthe family lremains land lis realized. The increase in the rarity of divorce has raised the issue of the decline in the value of family harmony and the institution of the family is not always a good place for children's development. The line research is a library research approach which is sourced from books about realizing household harmony using family counseling. With the approach of family counseling, it is used as an intervention process for problems that interfere with family harmony. Family counseling tries to build closer relationships, individuals who are able to control their emotions, and families who always have good communication in realizing family harmony. Abstract

This study aims to determine the corrlation between loneliness and social media addiction to academic procrastination. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The population of this study was all students of SMKN 3 Seluma with a total sample of 247 students taken based on predetermined criteria. Data were obtained through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods and analyzed using Product Moment test. The results showed that the loneliness variable had a positive influence on academic procrastination, which was 0.768, while the social media addiction variable had a positive effect on academic procrastination with a correlation coefficient value of 0.849 and loneliness had a significant positive effect on social media addiction with a correlation coefficient value of 0.767. So it can be concluded that loneliness and social media addiction have a significant positive corelation with academic procrastination. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik ice breaking dan tanpa ice breaking untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan teknik ice breaking dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa Kelas VIII F SMPN 15 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Eksperimen Kuasi.. Metode analisis data menggunakan Idependent sampel Z-Tes. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan teknik Ice Breaking antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol memiliki pengaruh, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji hipotesis Z-Tes yang diperoleh nilai z=-3.063 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 yang berarti p<0,05 jadi Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh pemberian Ice Breaking dalam bimbingan kelompok antara siswa kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelompok kontrol SMPN 15 Kota Bengkulu dan dari hasil post-tes terdapat perbedaan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik ice breaking antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan hasil post-tes deskriptif statistik  dengan skor rata-rata kelompok kontrol sebesar 77,25 dan skor rata-rata kelompok eksperimen 86,17. Dari hasil post-tes tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen memiliki nilai skor rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol.Kata kunci: Ice Breaking, Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok.ABSTRACTThis research is designed to evaluate the difference between the both ways of providing group counseling service by using ice breaking technique or not, to see the effect in the implementation of group counseling to student on class VIII F in SMPN 15 Bengkulu. This research is classified as a (Quasi Experimental Study). This research is used Z-test independent sample to analyze the data. The result indicates that the used of ice breaking technique between experimental group and control group has significant effect, this is shown by the result of Z-test hypothesis testing on Z=-3,063 with level of significance 0.002 which means P<0.05 so the H0 is rejected (whereas/and) Ha is accepted. From the result above this research is shown that there is significant effect from ice breaking technique in providing group counseling service between the students in experimental groups and students in control group on SMPN 15 Bengkulu, and from the result of post-test there is difference in providing group counseling service by using ice breaking technique between experimental group and control group with an average score/value from control group are 77.25 while average score/value from experimental group are 86.17. From the post-test result shown that the value of the average score from experimental group is higher than the control group.Keywords: Ice breaking, Group counseling service.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan motivasi belajar siswa  ditinjau dari intensitas penggunaan media sosial pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bengkulu. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah empat kelas dari kelas VIII SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bengkulu, yang telah dirandom. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah jenis uji statistik parametrik atau uji-t. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menyatakan  bahwa terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar yang signifikan pada siswa kelas VIII yang ditinjau dari intensitas penggunaan media sosial. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji beda (t-test) thitung = 3,217, dengan p = 0,002, dan ttabel = 1,65481, maka t­hitung  > ttabel, sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ada perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa yang intensitas penggunaan media sosialnya tinggi dengan siswa yang intensitas penggunaan media sosialnya rendah.Kata kunci: intensitas penggunaan media sosial, motivasi belajar.AbstractSTUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION REVIEWED FROM INTENSITY OF THE USE SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE STUDENTS OF 21st JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, BENGKULU CITYThis study aimed to determine the comparative of student learning motivation that reviewed from intensity of using social media on the student class 8th of 21st Junior High School, Bengkulu City. The method is quantitative research method with the comparative design research. The sample in this research is four class of class 8th that has been random. Data collection technique is using  questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the parametric or t-test statistic. The results obtained in this study showed that there is a significant differences of learning motivation of class 8th that reviewed from intensity of the use social media. It is seen from the result of analysis data by independent sample t-test = 3,217, with p value = 0,002, and t-table = 1,65481, then tvalue < ttable, so it can be concluded that, there is a difference the student learning motivation between the high intensity of use social media and the low intensity of use social media.Keywords  : intensty of using social media, learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of content mastery services to improve the learning skills of grade XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 8 North Bengkulu. This research method uses a one-group pre-test post-test design experiment. The population of this study was the entire class XI of science. The sampling technique used is random intact group sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire of student learning skills. The data analysis technique in this study uses a Test-test (Paired Sample Test). The results obtained in this study show the influence of content mastery services on students' learning skills. This means that students' learning skills before being given content mastery services are low. Then students' learning skills after being given content mastery services become high. And there is an influence of content mastery services on improving the learning skills of class XI IPA students of State High School. Keywords: content mastery services, self-understanding, students

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who experience high dissociative social behavior. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of group counseling services on students who experience dissociative social behavior at SMP country 02 Kepahiang. This research method uses the experimental method of one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were students of class VIII A, namely 30 students. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with a sample of 6 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis results using (paired sample t-test) and by using the SPSS version 2.1 application. Dissociative social behavior before being given treatment is high. The results obtained in this study indicate an influence. Students’ dissociative social behavior after being given treatment in the form of group counseling. From the results of this study, it is recommended for Guidance and Counseling teachers to use group counseling services to reduce dissociative social behavior in Class VIII A students at SMP country 02 Kepahiang
