Abstract

The motive of this observe is to expose the impact of labor subject, organizational lifestyle and motivation at the performance of instructors in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Rembang. the academics of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Rembang have been used on this observe. A sample of 50 instructors changed into used on this study. statistics analysis strategies the usage of multiple linear regression analysis. The results confirmed that work discipline and motivation had a substantial nice effect on instructor overall performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negerti 1 Rembang, and organizational lifestyle had a negative and insignificant impact on instructor overall performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negerti 1 Rembang. The adjusted R-squared value is 0.534. as a result, it may be interpreted that 53.4% of teaching and work results can be defined by means of 3 independent variables, which are work discipline, organizational subculture and motivation. Abstract

Visi dari Universitas YPPI Rembang untuk menjadi kampus yang mampu mencetak wirausahan-wirausahawan muda mendorong munculnya kebijakan terkait Pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa. Melalui kegiatan Pendidikan kewirausahaan mahasiswa memperoleh bekal untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang. Sampling jenuh menjadi teknik sampling yang dipilih pada penelitian ini. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang yang telah mengambil mata kuliah Entrepreneurial Skill. Structural Equation Model dengan menerapkan pendekatan variance based sem menjadi metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berperan sebagai variabel mediasi sempurna pada pengaruh antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diterima oleh mahasiswa tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap intensi berwirausaha yang ada di kalangan mahasiswa. Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha Universitas YPPI Rembang hendaknya semakin meningkatkan pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan guna mendorong munculnya intensi berwirausaha pada kalangan mahasiswa. Pengembangan ini dapat dilakukan dengan menambah desain dan metode Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diterima oleh para mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang melalui pengembangan kurikulum pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan penyelenggaraan kuliah tamu yang menarik dirancang oleh kampus guna meningkatkan intensi wirausaha yang ada pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Puskesmas Rembang 2. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between the variables of competence, motivation, and work environment with the performance of the employees at Puskesmas Rembang 2. To collect data, a questionnaire method was used. This study involved all the staff of Puskesmas Rembang 2, totaling 65 people. Saturation sampling was used in the sampling method. Subject data is the type of data used, while the source of the data is primary data—data obtained directly from the research object, namely the completion of questionnaires given to respondents. Reliability and validity tests are used to evaluate the data. On the other hand, data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing stages using the t-test and determination test using the R2 test. The research results show that the variables of competence, motivation, and work environment significantly contribute to employee performance at Puskesmas Rembang 2. The determination test results indicate that these variables contribute 79.5% to employee performance, while other factors, not included in this study, contribute 20.5%

Abstract

This research explores how work discipline, compensation, and job satisfaction impact employee performance at PT Sasana Antik in Rembang Regency. The researchers used a sample of 62 employees and collected data through questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value shows that 19.9% of the variation in employee performance can be attributed to the three independent variables, while the remaining 80.1% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The inclination to save in Islamic banks indicates the public's acceptance and utilization of Islamic banking savings products. Comprehending the determinants affecting this purpose is crucial for Islamic banks to formulate tactics that promote increased engagement. This study examines the impact of Islamic Financial Literacy (IFL), Islamic Financial Inclusiveness (IFI), and religiosity on students' intentions to save in Islamic banks. The study sample consists of persons who have completed courses in Islamic banking, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings demonstrate that IFL, IFI, and religiosity each have a substantial and affirmative impact on the intention to save in Islamic banks. The findings indicate that Islamic banks ought to intensify initiatives to elevate financial literacy, broaden financial inclusivity, and promote religiosity among prospective clients, thus augmenting the use of Islamic banking products and allowing a greater number of individuals to derive benefits from them.

Abstract

Melakukan analisis dan pengujian terhadap hubungan secara empiris. keterkaitan antara pola kepemimpinan tingkat kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan motivasi kerja dengan prestasi kerja pengajar di SMK Muhammadiyah Lasem. Pendekatan penelitian Melakukan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Data yang digunakan berasal dari sumber primer yang dikumpulkan langsung. responden, yaitu guru SMK Muhammadiyah Lasem, melalui pendistribusian kuesioner secara langsung. Seluruh guru yang berjumlah 30 orang dijadikan sebagai populasi penelitian, sekaligus sebagai sampel, dengan menerapkan teknik Sampel lengkap mengingat populasi yang terbatas. Untuk menganalisis dampak variabel Penelitian ini dirancang untuk tidak dipengaruhi oleh variabel dependen menerapkan metode regresi linear ganda Pencapaian analisis memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan berkontribusi secara positif dan Mempengaruhi kinerja guru secara nyata, sementara kepuasan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh Memberikan pengaruh yang bersifat positif tetapi tidak mencapai tingkat signifikansi.. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja justru memperlihatkan dampak negatif yang tidak signifikan memiliki pengaruh nyata Dalam kaitannya dengan kinerja guru, pencapaian pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan, dengan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,479 mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi variabel Gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi menjelaskan 47,9 persen variasi kinerja guru, sementara 52,1 persen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji signifikansi kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sarang, Kabupaten Rembang, dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, fasilitas kerja, serta lingkungan kerja. Penelitian dasar ini diperlukan pada keperluan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia untuk memperkuat pelayanan publik pada tingkat desa. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan melalui metode survei dengan instrumen kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 70 responden dari populasi total 187 perangkat desa, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,897, yang mengindikasikan bahwa 89,7% variasi dalam kinerja perangkat desa dapat dijelaskan oleh keempat variabel independen tersebut. Hasil analisis parsial melalui uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,477, motivasi sebesar 0,336, dan fasilitas kerja sebesar 0,423, yang masing-masing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sebaliknya, variabel lingkungan kerja memperoleh nilai 0,113, yang mengindikasikan tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

As a local government institution, the Rembang Regency Health Office plays a role in managing and implementing public health services for the residents of Rembang Regency. The Rembang Regency Health Office is located at Jl. Kartini No. 9, Rembang, Central Java 59215, which has the task of maintaining public health, starting from counseling on healthy lifestyles, disease control, to providing health services at community health centers. Judging from the phenomenon of the still high infant mortality rate, malnutrition, and stunting in Rembang Regency caused by limited access to health care, low awareness of pregnant women, and a lack of midwives and nutritionists. This condition indicates the need to improve the equality of health services, counseling for pregnant women, and the addition of health workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between career development, communication, and work motivation with the performance of employees of the Rembang Regency Health Office. This study used a quantitative approach with a research population of 104 employees, and a sampling technique in the form of saturated samples, so that the entire population became respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire instrument designed based on indicators of career development, communication, work motivation, and employee performance. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The research findings indicate that career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while communication has a positive but insignificant effect. Together, these three independent variables explain 46.7% of the variation in employee performance at the Rembang Regency Health Office. Therefore, efforts to improve aspects of career development, communication, and work motivation have the potential to improve employee performance.

Abstract

A government agency's HR department plays a crucial role in accomplishing its goals and objectives. Career growth, pay, and motivation are all ways to improve employee performance. This study aims to ascertain how employee performance is affected by career growth, pay, and motivation. This study was carried out at the Rembang Regency Regional Personnel Agency, which employs 48 people. Every member of the population was used in the sampling process (saturated sample). Multiple linear regression analysis was used to handle and examine the acquired data. According to the study's findings, performance is positively impacted by motivational factors but is negligibly impacted by career development and remuneration factors. Only 63.3% of the performance variable can be explained by this research model; the remaining portion is due to additional factors that are not covered in this model. These findings provide attention for related parties in terms of management to integrate career development programs with work-based compensation programs to create a reward system that can encourage performance results.
