Abstract

One of the strategic efforts in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty can be done by maintaining service quality. Service quality can be defined as the level of guest or consumer satisfaction. The level of guest satisfaction is obtained from the comparison of real services received by visitors, with the previously expected quality values. This research will explore the extent of tourists' perceptions of the quality of Bali destinations. The respondents who will provide information in this study are tourists who meet the requirements as respondents to be able to fill in and provide the information needed when filling out the questionnaire. There were 200 respondents with a composition of 200 domestic tourists and 100 foreign tourists. The analysis technique used in this study was measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results showed that domestic tourists and foreign tourists have different levels of satisfaction and performance appraisals. As a recommendation, the result of this study could be considered as an evaluation of the quality of tourism destinations in Bali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of tourists towards Nusa Lembongan as a destination and the management of tourists in Nusa Lembongan. The determination of the sample in this study was to obtain data on the characteristics of tourists visiting Nusa Lembongan with 103 respondents using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study are tourists’ perceptions of Nusa Lembongan from indicators of awareness 58.43% (agree), attractiveness 65.2% (agree), availability 63.08% (agree), accessibility 62.95% (agree), destination appreciation (66.3%), assurance 58.2%, activity 45.6%, appearance 58.3% (agree).

Abstract

This research aims to create an integrated promotional strategy to maintain relationships with tourists in Kuta tourism area in the new normal era. The strategy was formed using a reference from Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM). Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) is a marketing activity that aims to find, establish and maintain relationships with customers. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation, literature studies, observations and interviews. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The data obtained is analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the research that has been done formed several strategies that can be used to maintain good relationships with tourists or customers. The strategies are grouped into 4 categories. The four categories are trust, commitment, communication and problem handling. In these circumstances maintaining a relationship with a traveler or customer is very important. The right strategy is needed so that when the tourism gate has reopened, then tourists or customers will not be reluctant to come visit.

Abstract

The emergence of various kinds of social media has an impact on the industrial revolution in  the tourism sector, marked by the ease of accessing information through social media. The  tourism transformation of the 4.0 era changes the entire cycle of the tourism ecosystem,  especially in terms of the dissemination and consumption of information on social media  related to travel activities. The purpose of this research is to see the impact of media social and  tourist attraction on the domestic tourist visit-decision in Melasti Beach, Badung. This  research was designed using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis.  Using qualitative and quantitative data, with total sample of 250 respondents from domestic  tourists visiting Melasti Beach. Sampling was done by distributing 30 questionnaires to visitors  at Melasti Beach. The analysis technique was tested using the classical assumption test. Most  of the respondents came from Jakarta, most of whom were women. The results of this study  indicate that there is an influence between social media and tourist attraction on the decision  to visit domestic tourists classified as positive.

Abstract

One of the efforts to increase interest of visiting is to design a marketing strategy and one of them is an endorser strategy. Endorsers is celebrities or experts who have expertise, awareness and attractiveness, which can represent the image of the product they promote in order to increase visiting interest. Interest of visiting tourists can appear driven by the quality of information provided through promotional strategies carried out by a tourist destination. This research aims to see the influence of celebrity endorsers and destination image on the interest of visiting tourists in Ubud tourist destinations.This research belongs to the type of research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is millennial domestic tourists who has visited Ubud and sample a total of 200 respondents. The sampling method in this research used purposive sampling with data collection using a questionnaire distributed online with the help of google form and analyzed technique using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the analysis can be concluded that celebrity endorser and destination image hava a significant influence to visiting intention.

Abstract

Bakas Village is a MKP Study Program assisted village that already has a cooperation agreement. With the concept of Community Base Tourism, finally a tourism village governance has been formed as a result of a joint decision between the official village and the Bakas traditional village. After the establishment of governance, efforts are still needed to strengthen products in the form of storytelling, as part of marketing, so that Bakas Village can develop priority programs for its tourism village products. This community service is in the form of training which consists of two stages. The first stage is in the form of training related to strengthening storytelling how to describe an attraction and managing visitors as well as managing the interpretation of tourist village products. The second stage is in the form of technical training in packaging storytelling for digital-based tourism village products. The results of this community service activity are increasing the understanding of Bakas tourism village managers about the components of tourist village products, managing visitors in tourist villages, and managing tourist village product interpretations, as well as strengthening the ability of managers to provide digital-based storytelling of Bakas Village products.

Abstract

The managers and community leaders of Bakas Village admit that they are not ready to manage their village as a tourism village. Another problem is that good governance has not been established in terms of developing a tourism village and there are several conditions for local communities who are not ready to provide services to tourists who come because there is no clear management system. This community service is carried out in 3 stages with participants from all stakeholders. tourist village. The end result of this community service is to increase public understanding of the CHSE-based tourism village governance system, the formation of a tourism management system managed by a professional management agency in the Bakas Village area that accommodates the aspirations of local communities, and increasing the community's ability to provide excellent service with CHSE-based.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing on visitor loyalty at Bali Safari & Marine Park, Gianyar. This study used a quantitative approach through the distribution of online questionnaires by determining the sample, namely purposive sampling and the formula for large population samples. The sample in this study was 200 respondents consisting of domestic tourists and foreign tourists. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained by domestic tourists stated that experiential marketing variables including sense, act, and relate affect loyalty, but feel and think variables do not affect loyalty. Foreign tourists stated that experiential marketing variables including feel, think, and relate had an effect on loyalty, but the sense and act variables had no effect on loyalty. The findings also show that all respondents agree that experiential marketing variables including sense, feel, think, act, and relate silmutanly have an effect on visitor loyalty at Bali Safari & Marine Park Gianyar.

Abstract

Tourism Destination Resilience (TDR) is a process and outcome that enables a tourism destination to survive adversity and rise from a crisis or disaster. One of the tourist destinations with serious risks related to emergencies and disasters is Jungut Batu Village. The problems faced by Jungut Batu Village are very complex, starting from its geographical location and the social life of the people to its community's excessive dependence on tourism. This study examines the resilience of tourist destinations in Jungut Batu Village. This study's qualitative data type is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informant determination technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques, with the criterion that the informant must be a person or stakeholder who is knowledgeable or has accurate information about tourism destinations in Jungut Batu village and has an important role. Then, the collected data was descriptively and qualitatively analyzed using ten destination resilience stages initiated by PATA 2020. The results showed that Jungut Batu Village had fulfilled every criterion of the ten destination resilience stages proposed by PATA 2020. I am running a few minutes late; my previous meeting is over. And, therefore, was classified as a resilient tourism destination.

Abstract

The Dukuh Penaban Traditional Village was the chosen location for community service in the Tourism Management Study Program because in Dukuh Penaban there has not been good governance in terms of developing a tourist village. There are still some conditions where local people are not ready to provide services for tourists who come, because there is no clear management system. This community service is therefore, carried out in the form of Tourism Village Management Training, with participants from all stakeholders in the Dukuh Penaban Tourism Village. The outputs of this activity are: The increase of public understanding of the tourism village governance system, the formation of a tourism governance system managed by a professional management agency in the Dukuh Penaban Traditional Village area that accommodates the aspirations of the local community, as well as the increase of community capability in providing excellent service for tourists, thus making Dukuh Penaban a favorite destination in Karangasem Regency. It is highly expected that this activity will provide benefits in the form of increasing human resources from the Dukuh Penaban Tourism Village who are skilled and independent in managing tourism potential in their area in a sustainable manner.
