Abstract

ABSTRAK Berbagai persoalan yang terjadi pada masyarakat saat ini dijaman era digital yaitu revolusi industry 4.0 adalah salah satunya terjadinya tingkat kesejahteraan yang belum merata dikalangan masyarakat khususnya di pedesaan , maka dengan menumbuhkan usaha kecil mikro dengan berbasis sumber daya lokal dan meningkatkan sumber daya lokal yang ada pendampingan di masyarakat itu sendiri maka tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat akan tercapai dengan adanya kemandirian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan produk lokal yang ada dipedesaan, dengan cara membangun jaringan pasar khususnya pemasaran produk lokal di pasar tradisional, pasar modern serta membangun jaringan dengan dinas koperasi dan perdagangan terkait ditingkat kabuaten adat kota maka sumber daya lokal yang ada dengan melalui kelompok usaha kecil mikro yang didukung oleh keuangan mikro,untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan masyarakat akan tercapai Kata kunci : Mengembangkan, usaha, produk lokal, usaha mikro dan keuangan mikro ABSTRACT Various problems that occur in society today in the era of the digital era, namely the industrial revolution 4.0 is one of them is the level of welfare that has not been evenly distributed among the community, especially in rural areas, then by growing micro-small businesses based on local resources and increasing local resources that have assistance in the community itself, the level of welfare of the family and the community will be achieved with the independence of the community to improve local products in the countryside, by building a market network especially marketing local products in traditional markets, modern markets and building networks with cooperative offices and related trade at the adat Kabupaten level the city, the local resources available through micro small business groups supported by microfinance, to increase family and community income will be achieved Keywords: Developing, business, local products, Micro Enterprises, and Microfinance

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and spirit of entrepreneurship (Edupreneurship) for the people of Balekambang - East Jakarta (specifically the Youth Organization management) and the entire Balekambang community - East Jakarta (especially the Youth Organization management) is expected to understand the principles and have a Cooperative in under the auspices of a legal entity foundation and the adoption of technology throughout the Balekambang community - East Jakarta. This training method (PKM) is in the form of entrepreneurship training, business management training (Edupreneurship). Participants (youth organization and community in Balekambang, East Jakarta) participated in this activity with enthusiasm, this was indicated by questions and responses regarding the material provided. During the training activities, in addition to participating as participants, partners played a role in providing training venues, participated in socializing training programs that would be carried out to the youth committee and community members in Balekambang, East Jakarta. So that the participation of partners is very supportive of the overall implementation of the PKM program activities.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to add new insights and knowledge for all supporting lecturers for Pancasila courses at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta regarding the importance of writing scientific papers, techniques and procedures for writing scientific publication articles, as well as concepts and techniques for writing scientific papers. publishing articles in national scientific journals, to managing Scientific Publication Journals. The community service methods used are training, workshops, and mentoring. The targets of this activity are all supporting lecturers for Pancasila and Citizenship courses at PGRI Indraprasta University as well as the Editorial Board of the Pancasila Journal and the Executive Board of the Center for Pancasila Studies at Indraprasta University, PGRI Jakarta (Unindra). The results of this training show good progress regarding the governance of the Jagadditha Journal: Journal of Diversity and National Insights, starting from improving OJS website services, having standard templates, focusing on discussion science, but not having national to international indexes such as the Digital Object Identifier (DOI). , Copernicus , Scopus, Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ), Morraref, Portal Garuda, Arjuna, to Sinta DIKTI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the performance of subject teachers influencing students’ learning outcomes in SMK Business and Technology Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation; data analysis techniques in this study using simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from September 2020 to February 2021 with four stages, namely planning, implementing, processing data and reporting research results, while the results of this study were that the performance of teachers in the field of study had an effect on student achievement by 6.69%, with the calculation of the simple correlation coefficient of 0.69% while the result of the coefficient of determination of 47.61% means 52.39% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of land and building tax management in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Service (DPPKAD) of Pangkep Regency study uses which has three indicators, namely input, Throughput, and output. This research method is descriptive qualitative by using field research through observation, techniques in data collection are observation, interviews, and prime and secondary documentation, primary data sources in the form of informants totaling as many as five people, consisting of heads of BPHTB and PBB-P2 DPPKAD, BPHTB and PBB-P2 Kasi, UN Village officers (collectors) and the community as taxpayers. The results of this study found that factors affecting the effectiveness of land and building tax management in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Service (DDPKAD) of Pangkep Regency, the input component has not been effective, while the throughput component can be said to be effective, and the output component has not been effective. And some obstacles are still found in the Land and Building Tax bill, both from taxpayers and from tax officers as well as clarity and legal certainty at the Pangkep Regency Revenue Management Office, Finance and Assets.

Abstract

In The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students' perceptions on the learning environment and learning readiness. A good learning environment and good student learning readiness are expected to support the teaching and learning process so that learning outcomes are achieved. The research subjects were 80 students at SMA Negeri 4 Tambun . Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The validity of the data was obtained by testing the validity and reliability, all data had a normal distribution. Data were analyzed using correlation regression. The results of the study prove that students' perceptions of the learning environment have a significant influence on social science learning outcomes. Likewise, learning readiness has a significant influence on social science learning outcomes. The findings also show that students' perceptions of the learning environment and readiness to learn together are less strongly associated with social knowledge learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning readiness and learning satisfaction on online learning on learning outcomes for the development of social science education. The research method is a survey, with a sample of 80 third semester students of postgraduate social studies study program at Indraprasta University, PGRI Jakarta. Data was collected using a questionnaire sent to students via email. The validity of the data with validity and reliability tests, all data have a normal distribution. Data were analyzed using correlation with the SPSS version 2.0 program. The results of the study indicate that learning readiness has a significant influence on learning outcomes for the development of social science education. Likewise, learning satisfaction in online learning has a significant influence on learning outcomes for the development of social science education. The research findings show that 75.2% of learning readiness and learning satisfaction in online learning have a strong relationship with learning outcomes for the development of social science education. This is because students are ready to take lessons well, as well as easy access to the internal network so that learning outcomes can be achieved well

Abstract

Pedagang kuliner adalah pedagang yang bergerak dibidang makanan dan minuman yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan makanan dan minuman. Pengertian Wiraswasta, terdiri dari wira artinya berani, swasta artinya sendiri, maka  wiraswasta yaitu berani untuk menanggung resiko sendiri, dalam dunia bisnis seorang wiraswasta berani untuk mengambil resiko apapun yang dihadapi secara sendiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan. Yakni proses pendidikan dimana individu-individu menjadi lebih berkompeten dalam ketrampilan, sikap, dan konsep dalam upaya untuk hidup dan mengontrol aspek-aspek lokal. Program abdimas ini diawali dengan penyadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi pedagang kuliner, sehingga bisa berusaha dengan mandiri dibidang ekonomi, ulet,rajin,jujur,bertanggung jawab dan dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan di wilayah lingkungannya sendiri. Adapun materi penyuluhan kewirausahaan adalah pengetahuan kewirausahaan, produk dagangan . Bentuk usahanya yang bergerak dibidang kuliner makanan dan minuman. Melalui penyuluhan  ini, diharapkan dapat menggali potensi yang ada pada pekerjaan bagi dirinya dan masyarakat umumnya.

Abstract

Tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan karyawan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di gerai Indomaret Kertamukti.Metode. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Asosiatif. Populasi adalah seluruh konsumen gerai Indomaret Kertamukti dengan besar sampel sebanyak 40 responden, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner sebanyak 30 pernyataan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana.Hasil. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh: Kualitas Pelayanan Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Gerai Indomaret Kertamukti, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai thitung 18,97 > ttabel 2,024. Hasil penelitian ini berguna untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di gerai Indomaret Kertamukti melalui kualitas pelayanan karyawan.Implikasi. Perusahaan harus meningkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanan agar konsumen memiliki puncak pikiran terhadap produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan dan karyawan Indomaret Kertamukti harus berupaya memahami keinginan konsumen, sehingga konsumen selalu memilih Gerai Indomaret Kertamukti dari pada Gerai Indomaret lain.

Abstract

Tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories.Metode. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories departemen produksi area sterile dengan besar sampel sebanyak 34 responden, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang berisi 20 pernyataan mengenai variabel kedisiplinan dan 20 peryataan mengenai kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian uji t.Hasil. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan uji t nilai thitung 2,230 > ttabel 2,036. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa semakin baik kedisiplinan karyawan maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Implikasi. Pimpinan PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories harus mampu memberikan contoh disiplin yang baik, mampu bersikap lebih tegas dan bijak dalam menghadapi masalah kedisiplinan serta memperhatikan penghargaan terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan.
