Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mechanism of supply chain flow, the value of supply chain performance, and supply chain efficiency in the Morella nutmeg juice MSME group. This research was conducted for 1 month in the nutmeg agro-industry in Morella Village, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. The research method used was purposive sampling to determine the sample based on the characteristics or mechanism characteristics of the nutmeg juice supply chain. This study was analyzed using a descriptive method to describe the mechanism of the nutmeg juice agro-industry supply chain. The results showed that supply chain members of the Nutmeg Juice MSME Group consisted of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and consumers. There are two types of supply chain models for the Pala Morella Juice MSME group. The first is between manufacturers and distributors who work together to market nutmeg juice products to consumers. The second supply chain flow is the relationship between manufacturers, which is direct to the consumer, meaning that consumers come directly to the product production site and buy products directly from the company. Information flow occurs in two directions, for financial flows running from consumers-distributors-manufacturing-suppliers. Product flow starts from manufacturer-distributor-consumer. The flow of raw materials occurs only in one direction, namely from the nutmeg farmers in Morella Village.

Abstract

This research aimed to assess the marketing efficiency of sago noodle products within the Cempaka Healthy Noodle business. The findings reveal two distinct marketing channels to promote Cempaka sago noodle products. In marketing channel I, which involves the process from manufacturers to distributors and ultimately to consumers, the manufacturer (Mie Sehat Cempaka) receives varying margins, precisely 76.92% for Titi Original Noodle products, 80% for Kwetiauw Noodle products, 74.07% for Kwantung Noodle products, 74.07% for Sago Noodle products, and 71.43% for Carrot Noodle products. On the other hand, marketing channel II represents a direct route from manufacturers to consumers without intermediaries, resulting in the manufacturer (Mie Sehat Cempaka) obtaining a 100% margin for sago noodle products (Mie Titi Original, Mie Kwetiauw, Mie Kwantung, Mie Sagu, Mie Wortel). Based on the analysis of marketing margins and farmers' share, it can be concluded that supply chain channel II is more efficient than supply chain channel I. This implies that shorter supply chain channels are more efficient than longer ones.

Abstract

Kelbo, R., Timisela, N. R., & Kembauw, E. (2024). Utilization of People's Business Credit (KUR) to increase the income of rice farmers. In: Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-12 Tahun 2024, Palembangg 21 Oktober 2024. (pp. 854–864). Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The purpose of this study was to analyze the utilization of KUR to increase the income of rice farmers. The research was conducted in Waimital Village, West Seram Regency. The research sample consisted of 51 KUR farmer respondents who were taken through a census. The results of a simple regression analysis of the effect of KUR utilization on income show that KUR utilization has a positive effect on income. The regression coefficient value of 0.754 means that income increases by one percent, then KUR utilization will increase by 0.754 percent. Farmers utilize KUR well, so income increases which has an impact on the KUR installment process. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.992 means that production (X1), seed costs (X2) and labor wages (X3) can explain the income of rice farmers (Y) by 99.2%, while the remaining 0.8% is explained by other factors outside the model. The F-count value of 1975.498> F-table 2.802 means that X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously affect Y. The results of the partial test show that X1 is positive, meaning that if production increases by 1 percent, income will increase by 1.024 percent. The t-count value of 51.817> t-table 2.012 means that the production variable has a significant effect on the income of rice farmers. The seed cost is negative, meaning that if seed costs increase by 1 percent, income will decrease by 0.040 percent. The t-count value of -2.402> t-table of 2.012 means that the seed cost variable has a significant effect on the income of rice farmers. Labor wages are positive, meaning that if labor wages increase by 1 percent, income will increase by 0.027 percent. The t-count value of 2.603> t-table of 2.012 means that the labor wage variable has a significant effect on the income of rice farmers.

Abstract

Hasimin, M.A., Timisela, N. R., & Luhukay, J. M. (2024). The effect of providing people's business credit (KUR) on increasing field rice production. In: Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-12 Tahun 2024, Palembangg 21 Oktober 2024. (pp. 865–877). Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).People's Business Credit (KUR) for Agriculture is a financing/credit scheme without collateral for farmers whose businesses are considered feasible. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of KUR provision on increasing rice field production. The study took place in Waimital Village, West Seram Regency. The number of research samples was 51 respondents who were KUR farmer participants. The results of a simple regression analysis of the effect of production on the provision of KUR show that the provision of KUR affects production with a t-count value of 2.870> t-table 2.015. This means that if the provision of KUR increases, the production of lowland rice will increase because production has a positive value. Farmers use KUR to meet their farming needs. The effectiveness of KUR use has an impact on the sustainability of lowland rice farming in Waimital Village because it is a village that has collaborated with the Maluku Province Bulog to buy farmers' harvests. The results of the study showed that the determination coefficient value was 0.746%, meaning that the variables of business duration (X1), land area (X2), number of seeds (X3), number of fertilizers (X4), number of pesticides (X5), labor (X6) and land ownership (D1) can explain rice field production by 74.6% while the rest is explained by other factors outside the model. The results of the F-count test of 22.02 > F-table 2.31 indicate that all X variables simultaneously affect the Y variable. The partial test results show that the variables X1, X2, X3, X4 and X6 affect production with a significance value> 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the added value and diversification index as well as the factors that influence the level of product diversification. The research was conducted in Southeast Maluku Regency. The research sample is cassava enbal agroindustry actors. The results showed that the ratio of added value and profit for agro-industry actors was 26.15% and 25.88%. The average cassava agroindustry entropy index is 1.31, the highest index is 1.79 and the lowest index is 1.04. This value means that the cassava agro-industry diversifies processed products, but it is not maximized. The results of the analysis simultaneously with the F-test are shown in Table 1. The calculated F-value of 28.72 is greater than the F-table of 2.10. This means that together the length of business, business capital, education level, availability of labor, age of craftsmen, number of family members and dummy income of agro-industry and non-agro-industry have a significant effect on the level of product diversification.
