Abstract

ABSTRAK Sektor pertanian memegang peranan strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan ketahanan pangan. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap permodalan, infrastruktur, dan kualitas sumber daya manusia masih menjadi kendala dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pemerintah menggagas pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai instrumen pengembangan potensi ekonomi desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program BUMDes Amanah Umat di Desa Waenetat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada 71 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, dan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program BUMDes memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,301 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Uji t berpasangan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah berpartisipasi dalam program, dengan rata-rata kenaikan pendapatan sebesar Rp1.071.267,61. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program BUMDes memberikan dampak nyata terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu BUMDes Amanah Umat memiliki peran penting dalam memberdayakan masyarakat di Desa Waenetat, meskipun perbaikan pada aspek administrasi dan distribusi masih diperlukan guna meningkatkan efektivitas program di masa yang akan datang. ABSTRACT The agricultural sector plays a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in labor absorption and enhancing food security. However, limited access to capital, infrastructure, and the quality of human resources remain obstacles in improving the welfare of rural communities. To address these issues, the government initiated the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as a tool for developing the economic potential of villages. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the BUMDes Amanah Umat program in Waenetat Village in improving the community's economy. The method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. Data was obtained through a Likert scale-based questionnaire administered to 71 randomly selected respondents. Data analysis was performed using validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, and paired t-tests. The research results show that the BUMDes program has a positive and significant impact on the improvement of the community's economy, with a regression coefficient of 0.301 and a significance value of 0.000. The paired t-test indicates a significant difference between the income before and after participation in the program, with an average income increase of IDR 1,071,267.61. These findings indicate that community involvement in the BUMDes program has a tangible impact on improving economic welfare. Therefore, BUMDes Amanah Umat plays a crucial role in empowering the community in Waenetat Village, although improvements in administrative and distribution aspects are still needed to enhance the program's effectiveness in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis benih unggul yang digunakan petani, menganalisis fakto-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam menggunakan benih unggul, serta mengetahui tingkat produksi padi sawah yang dihasilkan melalui penggunaan benih unggul. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Waenetat, Kecamatan Waeapo pada bulan Januari hingga Februari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, serta sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Jumlah sampel 73 orang dengan menggunakan sampel acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas petani menggunakan benih unggul IR 42, Ciherang, dan Cigeulis, sementara lainnya menggunakan IR 32, Label Putih, M70, IR 64, HMS, dan Galur. Keputusan petani dalam menggunakan benih unggul dipengaruhi oleh harga benih dan kualitas benih, sedangkan pengalaman berusahatani dan peran kelompok tani tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Rata-rata produksi tertinggi yang dihasilkan oleh petani diperoleh dari penggunaan benih Label Putih, yaitu sebesar 8,50 ton/ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of supply chain and the pattern of cassava of agroindustry supply chain flow and analyze the relationship between the components of SCM and the impact on supply chain activity improvement and agroindustry performance. Sample of research were producers of agroindustry local food of cassava as much of 106 respondents were taken by simple random sampling. The data analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis used to describe the mechanism and pattern of cassava of agroindustry supply chain flow and principles of SCM. While quantitative analysis used to analyze the components, SCM activity improvement and agroindustry performance by using a structural equation model. The results showed that the mechanism of cassava agroindustry supply chain is the creation of collaboration and coordination among supply chain actors ranging from farmer, processor, distributor and consumer. Structural equation modeling analysis results showed the expected value to meet the criteria and are very good although AGFI marginally acceptable or good enough as an index measuring GFI (0.900), AGFI (0.860), TLI (.974), CFI (0.980), Cmin/DF (1.147 ), RMSEA (0.038), the probability (0.204) and the value of c2 (68.813).

Abstract

As one of the largest producers of sago commodities in Maluku Province, East Seram Regency has the opportunity to increase production which of course has an impact on improving the welfare of sago farmers. This study aims to analyze the income of sago farmers by the community in Dawang Village, East Seram Regency. The research location is in Dawang Village, Teluk Waru District, East Seram Regency. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula, namely 113 samples. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results of the study showed that the production variables and sago price variables had a significant effect on the income of the Dawang village community, while the production cost variables and depreciation costs had a negative effect on the income of the Dawang village community. From this study, it can be concluded that the higher the production and price of sago, the higher the income of farmers.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health problem that impacts children's physical and cognitive development, and Indonesia still faces big challenges in reducing its prevalence. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the reduction in stunting rates in Akijaya Village, Waisamet Village and Banggoi Pancoran Village, West Bula District, East Seram Regency, with a focus on the influence of policy, health, environment and socio-economics on parenting patterns and children's nutritional status. The research results show that the effectiveness of the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) has a significant impact in improving children's nutritional status, especially with educational support to parents. Apart from that, strengthening Posyandu plays an important role in monitoring children's growth and development and increasing public awareness about balanced nutrition. Socio-economic and educational factors also influence stunting rates, where families with higher levels of education tend to have a better understanding of children's nutrition. Government policies, including budget allocation and training of health cadres, have contributed to the success of the stunting reduction program. Even though the programs implemented have shown positive results, there are still challenges in terms of program sustainability, limited resources and community participation. Therefore, this research recommends increasing the budget for nutrition programs, training health cadres, and strengthening collaboration between the government, private sector and society in dealing with stunting in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola kerja kemitraan antara usaha penggilingan padi Karya Tani dengan Perum Bulog di Desa Waimital, Kecamatan Kairatu, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Kemitraan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan efisiensi usaha penggilingan padi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan yang terjalin adalah subkontrak, di mana Karya Tani bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan beras dengan jumlah minimum yang ditetapkan oleh Bulog. Pendapatan usaha penggilingan padi Karya Tani mengalami peningkatan signifikan setelah menjalin kemitraan, dengan total penerimaan meningkat dari Rp. 328.000.000 pada tahun 2023 menjadi Rp. 492.600.000 pada tahun 2024. Efisiensi usaha juga terukur melalui Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) yang menunjukkan nilai lebih dari satu, yaitu 1.376 sebelum bermitra dan 1.298 setelah bermitra, yang mengindikasikan bahwa usaha ini layak dan menguntungkan. This study aims to analyze the partnership working pattern between Karya Tani rice milling business and Perum Bulog in Waimital Village, Kairatu Sub-district, West Seram Regency. This partnership is expected to increase farmers' income and the efficiency of the rice milling business. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with primary data collection through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from related literature. The results show that the partnership pattern is subcontracting, where Karya Tani is responsible for providing the minimum amount of rice set by Bulog. Karya Tani's rice milling business income has increased significantly after establishing a partnership, with total revenue increasing from Rp. 328,000,000 in 2023 to Rp. 492,600,000 in 2024. Business efficiency is also measured through the Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) which shows a value of more than one, namely 1.371 before partnering and 1.295 after partnering, which indicates that this business is feasible and profitable.

Abstract

Manjemen persediaan bahan penunjang seperti kenari (Canarium indicum L.) memiliki peran penting dalam proses produksi di industri makanan, termasuk pada UMKM Dahlia Bakery. Namun, pengadaan kenari di Dahlia Bakery masih dilakukan secara tidak terstruktur dan bergantung pada kedatangan pemasok tanpa jadwal tetap, sehingga menyebabkan frekuensi pemesanan yang tinggi dan biaya persediaan yang tidak efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dan menganalisis bagaimana metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point (ROP), dan Safety Stock dapat diterapkan dalam menentukan jumlah pembelian optimal, titik pemesanan ulang, serta total biaya persediaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan EOQ, jumlah pembelian optimal adalah 167 kg per pesan dengan frekuensi pemesanan 11 kali per tahun, safety stock sebesar 1 kg, dan reorder point sebesar 40 kg. Total biaya persediaan dapat ditekan dari Rp14.246.345 menjadi Rp1.253.250, menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar Rp12.993.095. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode EOQ secara berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dan menunjang kelancaran proses produksi di Dahlia Bakery.

Abstract

Sagu dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai substitusi terigu dan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap beras karenamengandung karbohidrat dalam jumlah tinggi. Sagu bahkan dapat diandalkan menjadi sumber pangan pokok,sehingga jika budidaya dan pemanfaatan tanaman sagu dikembangkan menjadi tanaman komersil di bidangpertanian maka tanaman sagu bisa setara popularitasnya dengan pangan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui kelayakan industri rumah tangga pangan (IRTP) sagu; kepekaan IRTP sagu terhadap perubahanharga output dan harga input, produktivitas tenaga kerja pada IRTP sagu dan kontribusi IRTP sagu terhadappendapatan total rumah tangga. Berdasarkan hasil analisis finansial dan analisis kelayakan, IRTP sagumenguntungkan dan layak diusahakan. Nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja juga sangat tinggi lebih besar dari UpahMinimum Provinsi, selain itu juga IRTP sagu memberikan kontribusi yang sangat tinggi terhadap pendapatantotal rumah tangga yaitu sebesar 87,9 %.Kata kunci: IRTP sagu, kelayakan, kontribusi, kepekaan, produktivitas ABSTRACTSago could be consumed as a substitute of flour and decrease dependency of rice due to high contents ofcarbohydrate. Sago could become as main food so it is possible to develop its cultivation as well as utilization inorder to improve as a commercial crop similar to other crops. The objectives of this study were to evaluate thefeasibility of sago household industries, sensitivity of these household industries upon the change of output andinput price, the productivity of its labors and contribution upon the household income. The results of this studyindicated that sago was profitable and feasible to develop. The labors productivity was higher than the minimumprovincial wage. The contribution of this business on the total household income was to 87.9 percent.Key words: Sago household industries, feasibility, contribution, sensitivity, productivity.

Abstract

Tanaman sagu mampu menghasilkan 20–40-ton pati kering per hektar per tahun. Artinya, 1 juta hektar tanaman sagu sudah cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karbohidrat seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Peningkatan produksi dan diversifikasi produk olahan sagu dapat membuka peluang usaha baru dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Desa Waesamu di Kecamatan Kairatu Barat, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat, merupakan salah satu desa yang aktif dalam mengolah sagu. Namun dalam pengolahannya belum optimal, karena hasil olahan dalam bentuk bahan setenga jadi yaitu sagu basah. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pengolahan produk-produk turunan dari sagu yang memiliki nilai tambah dan nilai jual. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berlangsung di Desa Waesamu melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada ibu-ibu PKK Desa Waesamu. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yaitu tepung sagu diolah menjadi berbagai produk turunan, seperti kukis sagu keju, kukis sagu kismis, brownies sagu, dan mie sagu. Setiap kelompok mengolah salah satu produk dan mempresentasikan hasilnya kepada seluruh peserta pelatihan. Hasilnya sangat baik dan para peserta bersemangat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan untuk pengolahan produk sagu menjadi peluang usaha untuk penambahan pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

This research aims to Determine and Analyze the Supply Chain as well as the Efficiency and Performance of the Supply Chain in Malk Chips SMEs. The research method used is Purposive Sampling to determine samples based on suitability of criteria or characteristics of the Malk Chips’s Taro Chips Agro-Industry Supply Chain Mechanism, Marketing Margin Analysis, Farmer's Share Analysis, and SCOR Analysis. The research results show that the Supply Chain members of Malk Chips SMEs consist of Suppliers, Producers, Distributors and Consumers. Based on the results of SCOR Analysis, the Supply Chain Performance Value for Malk Chips SMEs is 45,707. The highest Farmer's Share value is in Channel II which has an efficiency value of 100% for both 200gr and 350gr chips, while Channel I have an efficiency value of 78,78 % for 200gr taro chips and 87,5% for 350gr Taro Chips.
