Abstract

English The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the direct influence of e-WOM variables and viral marketing on visiting interests and visiting decisions for consumers of outdoor nuanced cafes in Malang City in 2018. Determination of the number of samples using the formula Machin and Campbell (1987) with accidental techniques sampling is accidental sampling and qualifies as respondents who meet with researchers. To collect data using a questionnaire and observation. The population in this study are consumers in 3 outdoor shades cafes in Malang. The sample used was 100 people. The analytical method used is variance based SEM using statistical tools Smartpls3.0. Electronic Word of Mouth and viral marketing have a significant effect on visiting interest and visitation decisions as well as visiting interest variables have a significant effect on visiting decisions. Keywords: Electronic Word Of Mouth, Viral Marketing, Visiting Interests, Visiting Decisions Indonesia Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh langsung dari variabel e-WOM dan viral marketing terhadap minat berkunjung dan keputusan berkunjung pada konsumen kafe bernuansa outdoor di Kota Malang tahun 2019. penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus (Machin and Campbell, 1987) dengan teknik accidental sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan dan memenuhi syarat sebagai responden yang bertemu dengan peneliti. Untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen pada 3 kafe nuansa outdoor di Kota Malang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah variance based SEM dengan menggunakan aalat analisis statistik Smartpls3,0. Electronic Word Of Mouth dan viral marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung dan keputusan berkunjung serta variabel minat berkunjung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the suitability and synchronization of business patterns that reduce environmental impact to creating green supply chains in general, and as extension of this exploration we aim at evaluating the current state of indonesian marketplace, especially in greengrocery marketplace of Malang city, the focus group method was selected to collect opinions of SMEs’s managers or owner, the focus group study was implemented in two sessions. We propose a conceptual model regarding interdependency within members of supply chain, in term of adopting environmentally aware attitude. It was found that SMEs in greengrocery marketplace in Malang city are still suffering and not doing well in critical aspects of GSCM such as SMEs members of the greengrocery market do not manage the waste maximally, the use information siystem for data sharing, standardization of business stalls on the marketplace and indecent competition, various recommendations were provided in this study, and we also propose solutions according to the problems were found.

Abstract

Lack of attention to the productivity of workers on a construction project could hinder the construction works. There are various factors that can affect productivity in construction projects, one of which is the labor factor directly related to the construction field. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of education, motivation, age, work experience, wages and supervision of employee productivity, and determine the most dominant factor on employee productivity. Data analysis method used is the method of questionnaires and recording data every day. Processing of research data using methods Correlation and Linear Regression and equalization. And the data processing obtained significant results, wherein the average productivity in the field of 27.1 kg / day and test results Correlation and Regression rnenunjukkan 6 variables that affect the productivity is the level of education, motivation, age, work experience, salary or wages and supervision. Where is the education level of 0.545 units berpengaruli on productivity, motivation amounted to 0.194 units on the productivity, age amounted to 2,176 units on productivity, work experience amounting to 0.577 units to productivity, salary / wage of 1,214 units on productivity and oversight of 2,047 units on productivity. Age is the most dominant factor on labor of vulcan productivity at PT. WIKA Pabnik Concrete Products Factory Pasuruan.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of Human Resources, Capital and Marketing Against Small and Medium Business Performance of Apple Cider. And find out how much influence Human Resources, Capital and Marketing Against Small and Medium Business Performance Apple cider. The population in this article is Small and Medium Business of Apple Cider located in Tutur District, while the sample used is 35 people consisting of the owner of Small and Medium Business Owner of Apple Cider and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The data and used in this article are primary and secondary data.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of Islamic mobile banking at the University of Yudharta Pasuruan students. This study aims to determine how the quality of service, satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty to Islamic mobile banking. This research is a type of quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is using questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to students at the University of Yudharta Pasuruan who use mobile banking. The object of this research is 106 people. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: service quality has a positive effect on the variables of service quality, satisfaction, trust, most of them answered agree, strongly agree and a small part choose less agree. From the results of the research instrument, all items have a correlation index greater than 0.05 and a Cronbach Alpha index of 0.769 (X1), Cronbach Alpha 0.705 (X2), Cronbach Alpha 0.767 (X3) which means that it is reliable in accordance with the provisions of the reliability of the alpha value. Variables of service quality, satisfaction, trust have a positive effect on the loyalty variable, this is indicated by the value of multiple linear regression coefficients of 0.08 (X1), 0.062 (X2), 0.727 (X3) units, this means if there is an increase of one the unit for the Loyalty variable, then the level of service quality satisfaction, trustworthiness is .08 (X1), 0.062 (X2), 0.727 (X3), and vice versa. Based on the t-test, it explains the significant results, between the loyalty variables and the service quality, satisfaction, and trust variables. this is indicated by the value of tcount > ttable. Simultaneously the quality of service and trust have a positive and significant effect shown 0.000 <a 0.05.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dana haji yang baik harus memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan keberlanjutan. Untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang prinsip-prinsip tersebut, perlu dilakukan sosialisasi, edukasi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pengambilan keputusan terkait pengelolaan dana haji. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana haji dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan dana haji. Metode analisis deskriptif-kualitatif digunakan untuk mengevaluasi upaya-upaya ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya-upaya tersebut dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan keberlanjutan dalam pengelolaan dana haji. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah bahwa pemerintah dan lembaga pengelola dana haji harus memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas serta meningkatkan pemberdayaan dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan terkait pengelolaan dana haji, agar memberikan manfaat yang maksimal bagi jamaah haji dan masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel kualitas produk, sistem pembayaran cash on delivery (COD) dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap minat beli produk secara online di marketplace shopee dalam perspektif islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistik 20 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden yang merupakan santri asrama I pondok pesantren ngalah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden dengan instrument penelitian skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran Tabungan Haji dan untuk mengetahui apakah strategi yang diterapkan pada Tabungan Haji efektif dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Bank Muamalat Pasuruan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa strategi pemasaran pada produk Tabungan Haji yang digunakan Bank Muamalat yaitu menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi lain salah satunya yaitu KBIH (Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji), selain itu Bank Muamalat juga menerapkan strategi STP (segmentation, targetting, positioning) dan strategi Marketing Mix diantara strategi produk, harga, tempat dan promosi. Upaya Bank Muamalat dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif pada produk Tabungan Hajinya ialah dengan memperhatikan persaingan harga, eksplorasi peluang, melakukan pertahanan ancaman bersaing, fleksibilitas dan serta menjaga hubungannya dengan pelanggan.

Abstract

Permainan Higgs Domino Island ini sebenarnya tidak bisa dianggap ilegal karena Higgs DominoIsland hanyalah sebuah permainan maka dari itu permainan ini dinyatakan ilegal ketika koin yang dipertukarkan menurut hukum menjadi haram. Game online didefinisikan sebagai permainan yang terhubung dengan internet yang dapat dimainkan kapan saja, dimana saja, dimana permainan online dapat dimainkan secara bersamaan atau berkelompok di seluruh dunia dengan menampilkan banyak gambar. Foto yang berbeda menarik perhatian pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum Islam memodifikasi permainan chip online Higgs Domino Island. Dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana game online Higgs Domino Island berdampak pada generasi milenial di Kecamatan Kejayan. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sedangkan alat penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perjudian Higgs Domino Island memiliki efek negatif dan positif, perjudian online sangat penting dimana bisa melupakan kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi tetapi teralihkan perhatiannya untuk bermain game online.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the government's strategy for realizing sustainable tourism in the Telaga Sarangan area. The main focus of the research is on the role of government as a facilitator, regulator and motivator in supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the region. The main problem identified is the unsustainable economic development of the surrounding community and the non-optimal use of the Sarangan Lake area as a tourist destination. The research method used is qualitative, which is done by collecting secondary data from various sources such as books, journals, articles, report documents, and statutory regulations. The research results show that the government has a crucial role as a facilitator in improving supporting facilities and infrastructure for tourists in the Telaga Sarangan area. As a regulator, the government also has the responsibility to design regulations and policies that support sustainable tourism management. However, the government's role as a motivator is still not optimal, requiring outreach efforts, training and allocation of stimulant funds to develop tourism management in the area. The conclusion of this research confirms that the government has a strategic role in achieving the SDGs in the Telaga Sarangan area through the development of sustainable tourism. Positive contributions to the economy, ecology, as well as social and cultural aspects are expected to be realized through the implementation of strategies that suit the needs and potential of the area.
