Abstract

The village of Ajung in Balangan Regency has great potential for nature and cultural tourism, especially on Mount Hauk, which is revered by the Dayak Pitap community. However, this potential has not been optimally managed due to frequent cultural clashes between tourists and the local community. The main problem is the lack of comprehensive written information about customs and restrictions, resulting in many tourists unintentionally violating sacred norms. This has the potential to damage the environment and cultural values that have been preserved for generations. The proposed solution is to compile a Mount Hauk Tourist Pocket Book as an official guide for tourists. This community service activity was carried out for 40 days, from July 21 to August 29, 2025, in Ajung Village. The implementation method used a participatory approach through live-in, participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to ensure the active involvement of the community in each stage. The result of this activity was the creation of the Gunung Hauk Tourism Pocket Book in print and digital form, which contains an area profile, tourism rules, customary prohibitions, and practical climbing information. This output contributes to increasing tourist understanding, strengthening sustainable tourism management, and minimizing the potential for cultural conflict. Overall, this community service successfully created an ethical tourism guide model based on local wisdom that can serve as an example for the management of similar destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adaptation methode of brand awareness porcelain tableware product using new media Instagram . Zentableware is a Indonesia local brand of porcelain tableware. Has domestic market with targetting upper middle market and International market for Asian Countries. With potential and strength of product development, design, production facilities, production capacity made Zentableware growth easily. For enlarge the brand recognition,prompotion and brand awareness, they are need supports from new media such Instagram to reach the target market. Instagram as new media has good visual appearance and supporting features to support as tools of brand awareness. The background of research and purpose of this research are to provide an input to wider audiences and companies how to be using instagram as tool of brand awareness and promotion.This research was conducted from October 2021 to October 2022. This research used a qualitative research method, and konstruktivsm paradigm with case study by describing the phenomena that occur in the zentableware business such as tacticts uses as strategi brand awareness through Instagram. Data collection techniques were carried out by deep interview of Key Informan and observation Instagram @zentableware. According to McQuail, New Media is telematics media which is a different set of electronic technologies with different uses.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Manarul Amal Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap manfaat serta pentingnya donor darah, menambah jumlah persediaan kantong darah di PMI (Palang Merah Indonesia), upaya kemanusiaan untuk membantu sesama dan wujud nyata pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Metode Sosialisasi dan Edukasi, Metode Pelaksanaan (aksi donor darah), dan Metode Pendukung. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian manfaat dan syarat donor darah, dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan donor darah, hingga sesi evaluasi bersama. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan banyaknya partisipasi dan dukungan dari masyarakat sekitar untuk mengikuti aksi donor darah, dilihat dari banyaknya jumlah pendaftar sebanyak 95 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Oktober 2025 di Masjid Manarul Amal Universitas Mercu Buana dan bekerjasma dengan Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI). Peserta yang terdaftar sejumlah 95 orang, yang memenuhi syarat sebagai pendonor sebanyak 72 orang. Jumlah darah yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 72 kantong. Diharapkan dengan adanya program ini, tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam donor darah akan meningkat secara signifikan, serta menciptakan kesadaran berkelanjutan tentang pentingnya berbagi dan membantu sesama melalui donor darah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mengubah lanskap industri penyiaran, termasuk radio sebagai media konvensional yang kini menghadapi persaingan ketat dengan berbagai media dan platform digital lainnya. Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Jakarta memiliki tanggungjawab strategis untuk menjaga relevansi dan eksistensinya sebagai Lembaga Penyiaran Publik (LPP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi transformasi digital RRI Jakarta dalam mempertahankan eksistensi di tengah persaingan media, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta menguraikan langkah-langkah untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi di lingkungan RRI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RRI Jakarta menerapkan model siaran hybrid radio, melakukan strategi transformasi digital secara adaptif, hingga pemanfaatan platform digital seperti RRI Digital dan teknologi Digital Audio Broadcasting Plus (DAB+). Transformasi ini didukung dengan penerapan strategi berbasis data analitik, segmentasi audiens, serta integrasi konvergensi media.
