Abstract

Pembelajaran IPAS kelas III di SDN Gayam masih bersifat konvensional, dengan minimnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif. Guru belum memanfaatkan media pembelajaran secara optimal. Siswa belum terlibat aktif dalam proses belajar, karena masih merasa kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang bersifat konseptual. Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPAS melalui model PBL berbantuan media pop up book bentang alam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media pop up book bentang alam mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPAS siswa kelas III SD. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa sebesar 27%. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I memperoleh hasil 76 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 64%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa memperoleh hasil 88 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 91%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yang dipadukan dengan media pembelajaran inovatif dan interaktif dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPAS, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan hasil belajar serta keaktifan siswa dalam memahami materi. Model PBL mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan aktif dalam menyelesaikan masalah, sehingga dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti, ditemukan permasalahan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman siswa pada materi perkalian. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, latihan, tugas dan guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan bervariasi. Guru hanya menggunakan bahan ajar berupa buku teks pelajaran.Hal tersebut mengakibatkan siswa kurang tertarik, mudah bosan,kurang aktif. Sehingga perlu dikembangkan media untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran agar dapat membantu meningkatkat hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut (1) Untuk mengetahui validitas media pembelajaran PITAKAL (Pintar Perkalian) pada materi perkalian siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. (2) Untuk mengetahui kepraktisan media pembelajaran PITAKAL (Pintar Perkalian) pada materi perkalian siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. (3) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas Media Pembelajaran PITAKAL (Pintar Perkalian) pada materi perkalian siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mempunyai 5 tahapan yaitu (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SDN Sonopatik berjumlah 23 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan angket dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Lokasi Penelitian ini di SDN Sonopatik. Hasil validasi media dengan presentase 88% dan hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan presentase 87,5% diperoleh rata-rata dari kedua hasil validasi ahli tersebut adalah 87,75% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil pengisian angket respon guru memperoleh presentase 98% dan pengisian angket respon siswa mendapatkan presentase 92,66% diperoleh rata-rata dari kedua respon tersebut adalah 95,33% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Uji keefektifan yang dilakukan menggunakan instrumen soal post-test memperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,66% dengan presentase ketuntasan siswa 100% dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Kesimpulannya dari hasil uji kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif Pitkal (Pintar Perkalian) dinyatakan sangat layak dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The problem parents experience today is being wise parents to introduce smartphones to children. This is what makes parents a dilemma to provide smartphone facilities to children or not. Because there are two influences that will arise when parents provide smartphone facilities to children. First, the positive effect is to support online learning activities, . The second effect is the negative effect, namely the child does not explore the physical environment, the child has difficulty interacting socially, the child gets emotional easily and the memory decline due to prolonged. In this service activity, there will be counseling to parents about how to wisely introduce smartphones to children. The target of this service is the parents of Al Amin Foundation Kindergarten Kediri and carried out on November 12, 2019. Material and assistance about wisely introducing smartphones to children can generate knowledge and insights to parents on how to wisely introduce smartphones to children. A wise way to introduce smartphones to children is to allocate time for children to play smartphones, make smartphones as learning tools containing educational applications, provide assistance to children when using smartphones, and be selective in choosing smartphones for children.

Abstract

The skills of prospective teachers and elementary school teachers in operating digital-based technology are still very low. It has been proven that there are still many teachers who have not used digital applications in the learning process, outreach to parents regarding school programs, and school activities. This service aims to provide digital training related to making flyers as a medium for socialization and learning in elementary schools for prospective teachers and elementary school teachers. The service was carried out using the training method which was attended by 353 PGSD students and elementary school teachers. The training was carried out offline and online. As a result of the training, participants gave positive attention to the training they attended. This is evidenced by more than 50% of the participants filling out the questionnaire with a score of 4. This means that participants who were previously unfamiliar with technology have become knowledgeable. Nonetheless, there were deficiencies in the implementation of the training. Training should be carried out 100% offline with ideal participant capacity

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide assistance to the community of Blabak Village, Pesantren District, Kediri City about the importance of Parenting Education (Parenting) for parents of elementary school-age children. This activity was attended by 23 mothers of posyandu and PKK cadres who have elementary school-age children and was carried out on March 8, 2023. The method used in this service activity consists of a planning stage, namely observing the needs of the community in Blabak village so that problems related to parenting are obtained, an implementation stage with the delivery of material and questions and answers about parenting and an evaluation stage regarding filling out questionnaires by mentoring participants regarding parenting. Through this activity, it was found that the community who participated in the activity gave a positive response, and even hoped that the activity could be carried out on an ongoing basis so that more knowledge could be obtained related to parenting patterns of parents of elementary school-age children, so that with the right parenting patterns can make children become good characters.

Abstract

Basic education is an important pillar in shaping students' character and literacy skills. In elementary schools in Kediri Regency and City, which are known for their rich culture and local wisdom, there are serious challenges in improving basic literacy among elementary school students. This training aims to internalize local wisdom in the basic education curriculum, with a focus on increasing the basic literacy of elementary school students. The implementation of this service is carried out through three stages, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. From the training carried out, respondents gave positive attention to the training they attended. This was proven by 61.54% of participants answering strongly agreeing that training could increase teachers' understanding of basic literacy. And 73.08% of participants felt more confident in teaching after participating in the activity. This means that participants who previously lacked confidence in teaching, after participating in the training, became more confident in teaching. related to technology to understand. However, there are shortcomings in the implementation of training.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the form and agreement of the distribution of salt import quotas for various food industries carried out by business actors through the Indonesian Salt Producers Importers Association (AIPGI) in the perspective of business competition law in Indonesia. In addition, this study also aims to analyze whether the action meets the elements of violation of Article 11 of Law Number 5 of 1999, as well as its legal and economic impact on market structure, business competition, prices, and supply in the food and beverage industry. This research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a case study of ICC Decision Number 09/ICC-I/2018, and is supported by secondary data from relevant legal literature and laws and regulations. The results of the study show that the distribution of import quotas by AIPGI is carried out without a valid legal basis and has the potential to lead to cartel practices, which leads to market control by a handful of business actors, price distortions, supply scarcity, and increased production costs in the food and beverage sector. Although ICC stated that it was not legally proven that there had been a violation of Article 11, this collective practice was contrary to the principle of fair competition and created an oligopolistic market structure. These findings underscore the importance of transparency, oversight of business associations, and consistent law enforcement to maintain fair business competition in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools, especially in fractional materials, still faces significant challenges where around 70% of students show a passive attitude and lack of enthusiasm in the learning process. This research aims to develop an edugame-based 'MathQuest' learning media to improve the mathematics skills of elementary school students through an interactive learning approach. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research was carried out at SDN Samar 1 with 30 subjects of 5th grade students, which were divided into a limited test group (10 students) and a broad test (20 students). The research instruments included expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The results of the study showed that MathQuest learning media met the criteria very valid with a media expert validation score of 92.5% and a material expert validation score of 91.6%. From the practical aspect, the media obtained a score of 94% from teachers and 90% from students, indicating the category of very practical. The effectiveness test through the post test resulted in a score of 87.7% on the limited test and 90% on the broad test, indicating that the media is very effective in improving students' mathematical understanding. MathQuest succeeds in creating more interactive, engaging, and fun learning by combining educational elements and game features that motivate students to learn independently and think critically. This media can be implemented as an innovative solution to support the goals of mathematics learning in elementary schools that are relevant to the development of educational technology.

Abstract

This study and development aims to evaluate the validity, feasibility, and efficacy of comic-based digital learning media about the rights and duties for fourth-grade students at SDN Bulusari 3. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) methodology utilizing the ADDIE model, which has five stages: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. This research involved 25 students from class IV at SDN Bulusari 3. The employed data analysis methodologies were qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this investigation suggest that. The validity test findings indicated a validation score of 88% from the material expert and 88% from the media expert, resulting in an average of 88%, categorized as extremely valid. The outcomes of the teacher's practicality assessment were 100%. The student practicality questionnaire yielded an average score of 92%. The two numbers were combined to get a score of 96%, based on the requirement of high practicality. The short trial efficacy test yielded an average score of 86.6%, whereas the assessment question score from the complete trial averaged 88%. The two numbers were aggregated, yielding a percentage of 87.3%, classified as extremely effective. The Development of Digital Book Learning Media Based on Comics for the Rights and Obligations of Class IV SDN Bulusari 3 has been deemed legitimate, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on the material "My Pride, My Region" through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model based on Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) in class V SDN Gayam 1. The study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which was implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 27 students of class V, consisting of 12 males and 15 females. Cycle I used the PBL model with large group discussions, while in cycle II more effective small group discussions were applied, accompanied by learning media in the form of cultural videos, LKPD, and mini projects. The instruments used were observation sheets to measure student involvement and focus and written tests to measure cognitive learning outcomes. The results showed that student learning completeness in cycle I only reached 59.3% or 16 out of 27 students met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). After improvements were made in cycle II, learning completeness increased significantly to 85% or 23 students achieved KKM. In addition to improving learning outcomes, students' active involvement and self-confidence also increased significantly.
