Abstract

Usaha budidaya ikan lele saat ini semakin variatif. sejalan dengan kemajuan zaman dan teknologi, prinsipnya cenderung menggunakan lahan seminimal mungkin agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Dalam praktiknya, ada model jual beli bibit lele yang menggunakan timbangan. Penelitian mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode observasi untuk melihat fakta yang terjadi di lapangan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan metode analisis penelitian deskriptif. Tujuan Penelitian untuk megetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli bibit ikan lele sistem timbangan dalam perspektif Etika Bisnis Islam. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Praktik jual beli bibit ikan lele yang terjadi di Dusun Tawang ini jika dilihat dari segi ketauhidan sebenarnya telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam jual beli. Dalam kaitannnya dengan etika bisnis islampun tidak ada pelanggaran berat. Namun dalam prosesnya masih ada kecurangan yang dilakukan pembeli yaitu menimbang dengan tidak adil. Selebihnya sudah sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam. Catfish farming is currently increasingly varied. In line with the advancement of times and technology, the principle tends to use as little land as possible to get maximum results. In practice, there is a model for selling catfish seeds that use scales. This research uses qualitative and observational methods to see the facts in the field. The collected data were analyzed using the descriptive research analysis method. The research objective was to find out how to practice selling catfish seeds with a weighing system from the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics. The study's results revealed that the practice of buying and selling catfish seeds that occurred in Tawang, when viewed from the standpoint of monotheism, fulfilled the pillars and requirements of purchasing and selling. About Islamic business ethics, it is not heavy. However, in the process, buyers still commit fraud, namely weighing unfairly. The rest is by Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of zakat fund management by BAZNAS Sidoarjo Regency using the value-for-money method for two years, namely 2021 and 2022. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The measurement results show that the efficiency level in managing zakat funds in 2021 was 56%, which decreased to 46% in 2022. Despite the decline, during these two years, the efficiency level can be categorized as efficient. Meanwhile, the level of effectiveness in managing zakat funds reached 100% results in each program implemented, indicating a balanced level of effectiveness. In conclusion, BAZNAS Sidoarjo Regency has succeeded in maintaining an efficient level of efficiency in managing zakat funds, while the level of effectiveness remains balanced. This research contributes to understanding and improving the optimal management of zakat funds.

Abstract

The business world requires businessmen to compete with each other to win the market. One of the activities needed to dominate the market is marketing activities. With the right techniques and systems that can reach consumers, marketing choices can certainly bring in new customers or retain old ones. Some parts of marketing techniques in the buying and selling business use the principles of buying and selling cash, cash tempo, and credit. One of the businessmen who applies this principle is Mega Elektronik & Handphones, located in Nganjuk city. Where in its business activities, the three sales methods are carried out in order to attract consumers. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze the business activities owned by Mega Elektoonik & Mobile in terms of hadith. The results of this research conclude that the activities carried out by this business do not conflict with the hadith. This means that of the three ways in which sales activities are carried out, they are still within the corridor of not violating the applicable laws in sharia marketing. Dunia bisnis mengharuskkan para pelakunya untuk saling bersaing demi memenangkan pasar. Salah satu aktivitas yang dibutuhkan untuk menguasai pasar adalah kegiatan marketing. Dengan tehnik yang tepat dan system yang dapat menjangkau konsumen, maka pilihan marketing tentunya dapat meendatangkan para pelanggan baru atau mempertahankan pelanggan lama. Beberapa bagian dari tehnik marketing dalam bisnis jual beli adalah menggunakan prinsip jula beli cash, cash tempo dan kredit. Salah satu pelaku yang menerapkan prinsip tersebut adalah Mega Elektonik dan handphone yang berada di kota Nganjuk. Dimana dalam kegiatan bisnisnya, tiga metode penjualan tersebut diakukan demi menarik para konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dari kegatan usaha yang dimiliki oleh Mega Elektoonik & Handphone ditinjau dalam hadist. Hasil dari peneltian ini menyiimpulkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh usaha ini tidak bertentangan dengan hadist. Artinya dari ketiga cara dalam keegiatan penjualan tersebut masih dalam koridor tidak menyalahi hukum yang berlaku dalam marketing syariah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the significance of a communal strategy for confronting the global challenge of climate change and fostering sustainable development in the Islamic world. The paper develops a framework for the economic integration of the Islamic world through a review of the literature and case studies of successful countries. The technique employed entails a thorough qualitative examination of pertinent policies, international collaboration, and Islamic principles. The findings show that cross-border collaboration and community empowerment are critical to the Islamic world's economic integration in order to solve climate change. The article also demonstrates how Islamic ideals like amanah, tawhid, and takaful contribute to a community approach to sustainable development. This research has the advantage of providing complete recommendations for Islamic countries and the international community on coping with climate change and fostering sustainable development. The originality of this article lies in its comprehensive approach to economic, environmental, and social issues in the context of the Islamic world. As a result, this paper has the potential to bring fresh perspectives and significance to tackling this critical worldwide issue.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine the role of the antutama.co.id application in increasing customer satisfaction in accordance with Islamic law. This study employs a qualitative research approach with field case study research and a descriptive research design. According to the findings of the research, the role of the antautama.co.id application demonstrates that customers who use the application have a very high level of satisfaction. PT. Anta Utama Kediri truly provides maximum service with various policies in the application, namely the antautama.co.id application as a good service system for public customers who order to buy airline tickets online. The application system is in accordance with Islamic principles, namely honesty, trustworthiness, and good nature, so that customers using the antautama.co.id application can trust it, the core of Islamic sharia, including providing good services to the community according to Islamic sharia.

Abstract

In non-mining companies, CSR patterns are numerous in the form of social assistance, scholarships, or the development of city facilities. However, for mining companies, the concept of CSR is patterned back to a time, namely the concept of renewal or natural care. This type of research is both descriptive and quantitative, and the method used for linear regression is simple. A sample of six mining companies with a total of 30 financial statements Mining companies in Indonesia. The result of the hypothesis means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected; that is, CSR disclosure has no effect on the return on assets. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis (R square of 14.4%) show that CSR disclosure contributes to the return on assets with a contribution of 14.4%. The organization manages its legitimacy according to the type of its social contract with society. Another factor for CSR disclosures to mining companies in Indonesia is the presence of political costs. Another form of contract fees that can be explained is the attitude of managers towards disclosure of information.

Abstract

This research discusses risk management strategies for managing productive waqf with the aim of minimizing risks and maximizing profits. This research uses a literature analysis method by prioritizing descriptive and qualitative methods. The research results show that risk identification, evaluation, and control are key stages in productive waqf risk management. Risk control strategies such as investment diversification, the use of derivative financial instruments, and creating contingency plans have proven effective in managing risk. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are also important to ensure risk control strategies remain relevant and effective. In conclusion, risk management is a key element in maintaining the sustainability of productive waqf programs. By implementing appropriate risk management strategies, waqf managers can minimize potential losses and ensure that waqf assets remain productive and provide sustainable benefits to society.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is that the use of productive zakat as a productive use of zakat is not optimal and the method of delivering zakat funds to mustahik to produce something continuously, with the zakat assets that he has received. Of several productive zakat utilization programs, one of them is Z-Mart. The Z-Mart program is an economic empowerment program in the form of the development of stalls/shops owned by mustahik. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the Law. No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management in the Empowered Jombang Program Through Z-Mart contained in BAZNAS.The research method used is field research, with an empirical normative approach. Data collection by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis is inductive by analyzing based on the data obtained and then developing certain relationship patterns.The result of this research is the utilization of productive zakat in the Z-Mart program with the implementation of Law. No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management in BAZNAS Jombang Regency is sufficient in implementing the articles contained in the Law related to collection, distribution, utilization, and reporting. The results of this study give implications that the birth of Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management strengthens the position of BAZNAS Jombang Regency can provide benefits in the management of productive zakat management that is more professional.

Abstract

The Prosperous Village Livestock Program at LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Kediri City serves as a model for utilizing zakat to bolster local communities towards sustainable development goals. This qualitative case study employs document analysis, interviews, and field observations to delve into the efficacy of this program. Despite challenges in zakat fund administration and economic limitations, findings indicate its effectiveness in community empowerment through livestock company financing, training, and social network enhancement. This study uniquely focuses on zakat-driven empowerment to combat poverty and foster sustainable development at the grassroots level. By addressing the research problem of how zakat can be leveraged for long-term community development, it fills a critical gap in existing literature. Phenomenologically, the subject of this study encompasses individuals involved in or affected by the Prosperous Village Livestock Program, while the object is the empowerment process facilitated by zakat utilization.

Abstract

The epidemic has had a considerable impact in some Indonesian areas, including Nganjuk and Kediri. In the midst of this economic crisis, the Gusdurian Peduli movement made a significant contribution to those in need, particularly those affected by the epidemic. The Gusdurian Peduli for COVID-19 Action is one of the community activities that helps with COVID-19 management. The Gusdurian Network's philanthropic targets are peripheral groups of people impacted by COVID-19 who are regarded as economically unable. This study employed a field research methodology, whereas this research approach was qualitative. The data used in this study was analyzed using inductive analysis, whereas the data collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis. According to the findings of this study, the Gusdurin Cares campaign plays an important role for people afflicted by COVID-19. It has alleviated the load on those affected by the uncertain economic volatility through its actions and donations.
