Abstract

The implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has become an important solution in raw material management in manufacturing companies, including PT IMR Arc Steel. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of ERP systems using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) method in improving the efficiency of raw material management in the production process. This method helps identify key issues, such as raw material quality mismatches and errors in stock recording, which impact the smooth production process. Through the implementation of the DMAIC stage, it was found that the ERP system is able to provide significant improvements in terms of coordination between departments, improve the quality of raw material management, and reduce errors in production. The improvement steps implemented in the improvement stage, such as improving quality checks and optimizing communication, have succeeded in improving the company's performance. Nevertheless, some challenges such as machine maintenance and storage capacity still require further attention. This study concludes that the implementation of the ERP system with the DMAIC method has been effective in increasing the efficiency of the production process at PT IMR Arc Steel, although continuous evaluation and improvement are needed for more optimal results.

Abstract

PT Integra Energi Group is a company engaged in outsourcing, focusing on the oil and gas sector. As a company, PT Integra Energi Group requires goods and services to support its operational activities, so the role of procurement is very important, and the procurement team needs to ensure that the procurement process runs efficiently. To support an efficient procurement process, it is necessary to select vendors effectively and objectively. Therefore, it is essential to determine the priority criteria considered in vendor selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP facilitates the comparison and evaluation of multiple criteria. Based on this, the objective of this study is to determine the criteria and sub-criteria at PT Integra Energi Group in the selection of procurement vendors and to determine the priority of criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on interviews and questionnaires with five respondents directly involved in the procurement process at PT Integra Energi Group, it can be concluded that there are six criteria and four sub-criteria in goods procurement at PT Integra Energi Group. Weighting was then performed using Expert Choice software with the paired comparison method. In the procurement of goods at PT Integra Energi Group, the criterion with the highest weight is quality, with a weight of 0.389. The second most important criteria are price, delivery, safety, ethics, and vendor location. The company can use the criteria and sub-criteria described in this study for vendor selection, considering the level of importance to ensure that vendor selection is conducted objectively and systematically.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing and product knowledge on the purchase intention of Visvalbags products with a price discount as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach using a sample of 152 respondents, namely the millennial generation who live in North Bekasi using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test using the SPSS version 21 tool. The results show that social media marketing and product knowledge variables have a significant positive effect on purchase intention, but the variables Price discount cannot moderate the relationship between social media marketing and product knowledge on the purchase intention of Visval Bags products for the millennial generation in North Bekasi.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya, pelanggan ingin mendapatkan material yang telah dipesan kepada produsen sesuai dengan pesanan yang telah disepakati, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, kedua karakteristik ini tidak dapat dipisahkan pada saat pendistribusian material.   Berdasarkan hal itu, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh defect dan lead time terhadap distribusi material yang telah dipesan oleh customer ke supplier.Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini, mengambil populasi pelanggan yang sudah memiliki loyalitas terhadap PT. Lasindo Jaya Bersama selama 10 tahun lamanya, yakni 50 pelanggan.   Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Saturation Sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur biaya logistik ekspor ikan beku pada CV Mina Sejahtera dengan pendekatan Activity-Based Costing (ABC). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah belum adanya pemetaan biaya secara rinci berdasarkan aktivitas, sehingga menyulitkan evaluasi efisiensi dan penetapan harga yang akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumen biaya aktual, dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas dengan kontribusi biaya terbesar adalah pengisian bahan bakar kapal dan konsumsi listrik cold storage, diikuti oleh biaya pemeliharaan dan administrasi ekspor. Dengan menggunakan metode ABC, biaya overhead dapat dialokasikan secara proporsional terhadap konsumsi aktivitas, sehingga menghasilkan informasi biaya per unit yang lebih akurat. Temuan ini penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi logistik, memperkuat transparansi biaya, serta menetapkan strategi harga ekspor yang lebih kompetitif dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar internasional di sektor perikanan.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the cost structure of frozen fish export logistics at CV Mina Sejahtera using the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) approach. The main problem faced by the company is the absence of detailed cost mapping based on specific activities, making it difficult to evaluate efficiency and determine accurate pricing. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative case study, with data collected through interviews, actual cost documents, and field observations. The findings indicate that the highest cost contributions come from ship fuel consumption and cold storage electricity usage, followed by maintenance and export administration expenses. By applying the ABC method, overhead costs can be proportionally allocated based on actual activity consumption, resulting in more accurate cost-per-unit information. These findings are essential for the company to improve logistics efficiency, enhance cost transparency, and develop more competitive export pricing strategies in facing the challenges of the international seafood market.

Abstract

PT Inalum is a company specializing in aluminum production, focusing on smelting business and raw material development into aluminum. Annually, PT Inalum produces approximately 250 thousand tons of aluminum. The procurement of primary raw materials plays a significant role in its production chain. Delay in the delivery of primary raw materials can hinder aluminum production. The aim of this research is to identify the risks that may affect the arrival of primary raw materials at PT Inalum and to develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of these risks. The research method used is the House of Risk, consisting of two phases. The first phase involves identifying potential risk events that may affect the arrival of primary raw materials, as well as the involved risk agents. The second phase involves determining the relationship between risk events and risk agents, as well as developing mitigation strategies based on the highest risk ranking. From this research, 35 risk events and 21 risk agents that may affect the arrival of primary raw materials at PT Inalum have been identified. Furthermore, through the analysis of House of Risk phase 2, 7 recommendations for mitigation actions with the highest ranking were obtained, including budget monitoring, inventory management improvement, and enhancement of procurement and logistics procedures. The findings of this research can be implemented in the procurement of primary raw materials at PT Inalum to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of aluminum production delays.

Abstract

PT ABC is a manufacturing company that has been operating for more than 30 years in the packaging industry such as paper bags, inner boxes, corrugated carton boxes, rigid boxes, and pulp molds. Based on several materials needed in the production process, duplex paper is the one that has the most problems due to the nature of the material being easily damaged and also orders being made more frequently than other materials. Delays in deliveries from suppliers, the quality of raw materials being below standard so they cannot be used for production, and unexpected spikes in customer demand are the main problems faced by PT ABC. This often results in excesses and shortages of raw materials in the company and makes total inventory costs unstable. In order to avoid wasteful inventory costs and optimize the amount of inventory, proper raw material inventory control is needed. One effective method for implementing raw material inventory control is Material Requirement Planning (MRP) using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Point Order Quantity (POQ) and Lot for Lot (LFL) techniques. Apart from that, forecasting is also needed to reduce the level of uncertainty in the future by providing estimates of what might happen. So, this research aims to determine the best forecasting method and the most optimal lot sizing technique so that the company's total inventory costs are more efficient. From the data processing that has been carried out, the Moving Average method is the best method because it obtains the smallest error value, while the LFL lot sizing technique is the most efficient with the smallest total inventory costs of IDR 5,040,000 per year compared to the EOQ technique of IDR 31,185,794 and POQ amounting to IDR 23,042,365.

Abstract

PT Pertamina EP Field subang is part of Pertamina EP which is located in zone 7 regional 2 and is engaged in oil and gas drilling. The production area is spread across Subang and Karawang districts. Pertamina EP Field subang has a division tasked with Supporting all workers' needs, including the need for tools, materials and services, namely the Supply Chain Management (SCM) division. The HIRARC document for the SCM warehouse area does not describe risks based on the actual conditions of the warehouse because the creation of the HIRARC document was carried out before the warehouse was operational so that this situation could influence the risk of work accidents being greater. The aim of this research is to analyze risk by identifying and assessing risks and providing recommendations for appropriate risk control. The method used in this research is the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. HIRARC is a method that aims to minimize the occurrence of accidents in the work area by identifying, assessing and controlling risks. Risk assessment by determining the rating of severity (S) and Probability (P) of potential hazards on each risk obtained in the previous stage carried out by the appropriate experts in this study. Then based on the risk assessment at the general warehouse, the results were obtained that 2 high-risk activities and 6 medium-risk activities were obtained. In the chemical warehouse, it was obtained that there were 1 high-risk chemical material, 5 medium-risk activities and 3 low-risk activities. In the yard warehouse, 3 high-risk activities, 1 medium-risk activity and 1 low-risk activity were obtained. For control recommendations that companies can do to minimize the occurrence of high risks, namely carrying out administrative control in the form of adding safety signs in the loading unloading area of the warehouse yard, making forklift lines, and adding PPE storage areas in the chemical warehouse area.

Abstract

The main problem in this study was suboptimal employee performance in PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia, so that it was suspected that selection and placement affected employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia. The research type was quantitative research. The research population was 252 employees and the sample was 72 respondents sampled by simple random sampling technique and the data collection method used questionnaire. The data analysis was multiple regression analysis, t test and F test using SPSS 24. Based on the analysis result on the effect of selection on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia, there was no positive and significant effect. Therefore, h1 was rejected and h0 accepted. As for the effect of placement on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia, there was positive and significant effect. Therefore, h2 was accepted and h0 was rejected. Meanwhile, the effect of selection and placement on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia was positive and significant. Therefore, the hypothesis was proven.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besarnya pengaruh harga dan ulasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Toko Emershop di Tokopedia.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah melakukan transaksi pembelian di Toko Emershop daiTokopedia.com selama tiga bulan dengan jumlah 367 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 73 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh model regresi linier berganda Y = 7,269 + 0,510X1+0,522X2. Sedangkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, harga dan review produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,714 yang artinya variabel harga dan ulasan produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian online sebesar 71,4%, sedangkan sisanya 28,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar variabel yang diteliti.
