Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menjelaskan fakta-fakta mengenai nilai-nilai takziyah dalam pendidikan solidaritas sosial yang ada dalam pelaksanaan ritual upacara pemberangkatan jenazah di Desa Sudimoro, Kecamatan Megaluh, Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Pengambilan data berupa observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang berkualitas dan mendalam tentang subjek penelitian yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Teknik analisis yang dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik (thematic analysis) dimana peneliti memfokuskan pada pengidentifikasian dan pengelompokan tema-tema yang muncul dari data yang telah dikumpulkan. enelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam tradisi tahlilan di Desa Sudimoro adalah untuk mendapatkan ridlo dari Allah SWT dan memperkuat solidaritas sosial melalui ikram uddla'if dan situasi sosio-harmoni. Solidaritas yang diberikan oleh masyarakat tidak hanya dalam perkara benda saja, tetapi meliputi kasih sayang, perhatian, dan kebaikan lainnya.

This reseach is an analysis of the exemplary leadership of Queen Bilqis who succeeded in forming the country of Saba’ as a country with good character and systems in all fields. This success, of course, cannot be separated from his leadership. This study uses a library research base with the approach to the letter saba’ verse 15. The findings in this study regarding the history of Queen Bilqis’a leadership and exemplary as a figure who is a role model for the country of Saba’ which has characteristics and wisdom, democracy, innovation and promotes the interests in a democratic manner. Keyword: Saba’ Country, Queen Bilqis. Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan analisis tentang keteladanan kepemimpinan Ratu Bilqis yang berhasil membentuk Negeri Saba’ sebagai negeri yang berkarakter dan bersistem baik di segala bidang. Keberhasilan itu tentunya tidak lepas dari kepemimpinannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis library research dengan pendekatan surat saba’ ayat 15. Temuan dalam penelitian ini mengenai sejarah tentang kepemimpinan dan keteladanan Ratu Bilqis sebagai sosok yang menjadi suri tauladan bagi Negeri Saba’ yang memiliki karakteristik dan kebijaksanaan, demokrasi, inovasi serta mengedepankan kepentingan rakyat secara demokratis. Kata Kunci : Negeri Saba’, Ratu Bilqis.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berbasis pesantren ini diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil yang terbaik untuk mereka. Permasalahan pertama adalah minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat santri terkait ilmu tajwid dalam Al-Qur'an. Solusi yang diberikan adalah melalui pembelajaran tajwid. Metode pendekatan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berbasis pesantren ini meliputi pemberian materi, praktek dan tanya jawab. Pemberian materi dilaksanakan pada awal kegiatan pembelajaran dan pengenalan media tajwid. Materi yang diajarkan pada kegiatan ini adalah materi tajwid dan sifat huruf beserta makhrojnya melalui bentuk tulisan dan pendampingan secara intensif sampai pelajar dapat membaca Al-Qur'an dengan benar sesuai tajwid dan makhrojnya. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengasuh dan para pengurus pesantren. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa capaian potensi peserta didik dalam memahami ilmu tajwid dalam Al-Qur'an. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan ikut andil dalam pengajaran ilmu tajwid di dalam kelas. Melalui kegiatan observasi di dalam kelas, masyarakat santri sangat antusias dan terampil dalam menerapkan teori ilmu tajwid. Penerapan pembelajaran ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di dalam kelas sangat antusias dan aktif berinteraksi dengan guru saat pembelajaran. Selain itu juga, pembelajaran tersebut dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tajwid peserta didik.

Agama sebagai fakta dan sejarah memiliki dimensi simbolik dan sosiologi sebagai struktur makna yang memiliki nilai abstrak tanpa memandang ruang dan waktu, umroh secara substansial memiliki nilai kemanusiaan seperti ajaran, perasaan, kewajiban menjaga jiwa, harta dan kehormatan orang lain, larangan menindas yang lemah, misalnya menanggalkan pakaian yang mereka pakai sehari-hari dan menggantinya dengan pakaian ihrom untuk menutup jurang pemisah antara si kaya dan si miskin. Itulah makna ajaran umroh untuk menyadari bahwa ia adalah makhluk sosial. Tulisan ini hanya sedikit tentang jemaah umrah untuk mengungkap sisi lain fenomena sosial dalam dimensi atribut rukun agama, status sosial.
The impacts of school on English learners’ motivation in Indonesian Islamic schools

Among the teaching practitioners in Indonesia, there is a general belief that some learners of English in some Indonesian pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) have a negative view on English, which consequently affects their motivation. However, it remains unclear what has affected the trend. The current study investigates this issue in three pesantren schools in Indonesia affiliated with different Islamic groups. Using the L2 Motivational Self System (L2MSS) model proposed by Dörnyei (2009) as an analytical lens, a survey instrument was designed to describe and compare students’ motivation to learn English (n = 376). A multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was run to describe and compare the students’ motivation, and a stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed to discover which motivational factors made the most significant contribution to motivation by predicting reported learning effort in English. In addition, a thorough document analysis was performed to obtain background information regarding the teaching of English in the three institutions. It was found that institutional factors do play a role in influencing the learners’ motivation, in that in the most religiously conservative context, the school policy does shape the learners’ ideal L2 self. As the learners’ ideal L2 self was weak, it leads to weak motivational power as well. The paper concludes by emphasizing the crucial role of educational contexts in shaping students’ ideal selves and in providing favourable learning experience, which are key elements in motivating learners to learn English.

Knowledge related to public speaking will be able to facilitate opinions/ideas/information to be accepted by heterogeneous communities. Public speaking skills can also support students' careers in working to produce competent public speakers to meet the needs of today's era. Mojodanu is a village located in Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency. The ability to do Public Speaking among TPQ children in Mojodanu varies. Some of them are used to speaking in public through school activities and religious studies, but there are also those who still feel less confident. From here the author has an idea to improve the mastery of Public Speaking properly and correctly in Mojodanu Village, Ngusikan District. By using the Public Speaking Guide book. The approach method used in community service in Mojodanu Village is to use the PAR method (Participatory Action Research). One of them is by implementing practical methods, training and local community approaches so that indirectly children and the community in Mojodanu Village can capture the Public Speaking training material well. After the Public Speaking training was held, TPQ children in Mojodanu village were enthusiastic in preparing themselves for the Public Speaking competition. The opinion of the head of TPQ from various hamlets in Mojodanu Village said that TPQ children were happy and motivated in the Public Speaking training that we did. With the books provided, it can help partners in the teaching and learning process.

In many remote and rural areas, limited access to the main electricity grid often results in lighting issues that impact safety, education, and productivity. To address this problem, the implementation of solar panel technology as an alternative energy source offers a sustainable and effective solution. This community service program aims to introduce and apply solar-powered automatic street lighting technology in Mojodanu Village. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving local youth from the Karang Taruna community in training and implementation of this technology. The training conducted in August 2024 included explanations on the operation and functioning of automatic street lights, as well as hands-on practice in assembling these lights. The training results showed an improvement in participants' understanding, with Post-Test scores higher than Pre-Test scores. The benefits of implementing this technology include energy and operational cost savings, as well as providing efficient lighting in areas without access to electricity. Additionally, the project imparts new knowledge and skills to local youth regarding environmentally friendly technology. The outputs of this activity include an understanding of the assembly of automatic street lights, materials and tools used, and practical skills in assembling simple solar panel-based devices.

Pendampingan belajar terhadap masyarakat kelas 3 MI di desa Sambong Dukuh dalam menghadapi masalah minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pelajaran ilmu shorof dirasa sangat penting, karena banyaknya siswa kurang memahami dasar ilmu shorof serta kurangnya waktu pembelajaran. Solusi yang diberikan berupa pendampingan pembelajaran masyarakat khususnya siswa kelas tiga MI di Desa Sambong Dukuh Jombang, Jadi siswa tidak hanya mendapat pembelajaran ilmu shorof disekolah, melainkan siswa dapat belajar diluar jam pembelajaran sekolah, pendampingan belajar ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan pengetahuan ilmu shorof dan mengatasi permasalahan siswa yang kurang memahiminya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode participan action research, dimana pendamping turut berpartisipasi atau terlibat diantara warga masyarakat yang dijadikan sebagai sumber data baik secara suka maupun duka, sedangkan metode yang digunakan saat pengajaran berlangsung menggunakan metode ceramah, pratik dan tanya jawab. Materi yang diajarkan pada pendampingan beajar ini adalah materi dasar ilmu shorof seperti mengenal pengertian, pembangian secara global melalui bentuk tulisan dan pendampingan secara intensif sehingga siswa dapat memahamminya, Adanya kegiatan in diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru pengajar shorof kelas tiga MI di desa sambong Dukuh. Terlaksananya pendampingan belajar ini dapat memberi dampak positif terbukti dari siswa di dalam kelas sangat antusias dan aktif berinteraksi dengan pendidik saat pembelajaran, seperti membaca lafadz arab (Tashrifan) dengan lagu atau syairan Selain itu juga, pembelajaran tersebut dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa.

The book "Super Fast Learning Calistung" is specifically designed to help children learn the basics of reading, writing and arithmetic (calistung) in a fun, effective and interactive way. This book presents a variety of activities and exercises arranged in a structured manner, making it easier for children to understand the concept of calistung from an early age. One of the advantages of this book is its interactive approach and educational games designed to stimulate children's interest in learning, making it a process that is not only educational, but also entertaining. Through an organized learning method, this book not only focuses on children as learners, but also involves parents and teachers as companions in the learning process. The community service approach in Mojodanu Village uses the Service Learning (SL) method, which is carried out in the form of mentoring or tutoring to support learning. The training provided to parents and teachers aims to equip them with the right strategies in accompanying children when using this book, ensuring children can understand the material well and apply calistung skills in everyday life. This book is also designed to increase children's motivation and interest in learning on an ongoing basis, with the hope that they can master calistung skills solidly. With a strong foundation in reading, writing and arithmetic, children are expected to be ready to face further educational challenges and achieve success in the future.
