Abstract

Komunikasi berbasis pendidikan Akhlak adalah terminologi yang digunakan dalam literatur Islam yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan karakter. Dalam tradisi Islam, ada beberapa alternatif yang ditempuh dalam melaksanakan pendidikan akhlak, salah satunya dengan Tazkiyah al-Nafs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyah tentang Tazkiyah al-Nafs dan relevansinya dengan pendidikan karakter kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik kritis. Hasil kajiannya adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Konsep manusia Ibnu Taimiyah yang terdiri dari dua unsur: jasad (al-Jasad) dan jiwa (al-Nafs). Jiwa sebagai pengelola untuk mengatur segala tingkah laku manusia dan memiliki potensi bawaan yang disebut dengan fitrah. (2) Tujuan utama pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyah tentang Tazkiyah al-Nafs adalah pembentukan akhlak yang baik melalui pendidikan jiwa dengan cara mengoptimalkan potensi jiwa (al-Nafs). (3) Pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyah tentang iman dan tauhid sebagai landasan Tazkiyah al-nafs sangat relevan dengan konsep pendidikan karakter. Jiwa mempengaruhi proses berpikir dan sikap seseorang, sedangkan jiwa individu sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem nilai atau keyakinan ideologi, dalam hal ini Tauhid. (4) Metode Tazkiyah al-Nafs menurut Ibnu Taimiyah hanya satu, yaitu takwa, sesuai dengan definisi takwa yang sangat universal dalam pandangan Ibnu Taimiyah. Semua metode Tazkiyah al-Nafs yang disebutkan oleh Ibnu Taimiyah adalah bagian dari takwa (ibadah, mujahadah, dan taubat).

Abstract

This article examines the concept of the Islamic education curriculum according to Muhammad Natsir. This study is included in the library research category. The study method used is descriptive-analytical. The primary data in this study came from the book Capita Selecta by Muhammad Natsir. The results of this study indicate that Muhamamd Natsir has made curriculum reforms during his time. The curriculum offered by Muhammad Natsir is an integrated curriculum that integrates religious and general education as the synthesis of the current dichotomy of the Islamic education curriculum.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the zakat as sepnding part certain from treasure certain have until the Nisabah for the right people accept it. There are 166 million of Muslims in Indonesia (83 % of Indonesia's population is 204.8 million), assumed as muzakki. Muzakki is 18 %, and the potential for zakat in Indonesia is 19.3 trillion per year.  This research was a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Sources and types of data using data primer. The results showed that management of zakat funds at the Amil Zakat Institute Baitul Maal Muamalat already fulfills standard management which covers management finance in the form of collection, distribution, recipient of funds, field program objectives, form and nature distribution, disbursement of funds, accountability, and management fund balance. From this research, we can get data related to the mechanism for collecting and distributing zakat funds and can be used as research and addition of knowledge.

Abstract

Upaya membentuk kesadaran moderasi beragama di Aceh salah satunya melalui cendikiawan timur tengah asal Aceh yang membawa pembaharuan pendidikan berstandar Islam moderat versi timur tengah di pesantren modern yang ada di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi Ikatan Keluarga Timur Tengah (IKAT) Aceh dalam menjaga nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatitf deskriptif dengan memilih tiga pesantren modern di Kabupaten Aceh besar sebagai lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terminologi moderasi beragama tidak digunakan sebagai main issue dalam menjalankan program-program IKAT sebagai sebuah organisasi. Lebih lanjut, setelah melakukan kajian mendalam, ditemukan bahwa benih dari kandungan nilai moderasi beragama telah sering dibahasakan dalam konteks Islam Wasathiyyah di mana pesantren modern menjadi sasaran eksperimental untuk menyalurkan pesan-pesan keagamaan berbasis Islam ala Timur Tengah.

Abstract

Marriage as the foundation of the family has an important position in society, but problems often arise regarding marital status, especially in itsbat of marriage cases. This study aims to identify and analyze the legal findings of Bandung Religious Court judges in itsbat of marriage cases, as well as the extent to which these legal findings contribute to the reform of marriage law in Indonesia. This research uses normative legal research methods with a statute and case approach. Primary and secondary data obtained from itsbat of marriage decisions, books, and journals that have the same discussion as this research. The results showed that the Religious Court judge in deciding the itsbat of marriage case had made various efforts to provide fairer legal protection for the parties who filed the application. The resulting legal findings, such as the application of the precautionary principle in assessing evidence, considering aspects of material justice, and providing innovative solutions in complex cases, have contributed significantly to the development of marriage law in Indonesia. However, there are still some challenges that need to be overcome, such as limited access to evidence and legal uncertainty in some aspects. Therefore, further efforts need to be made to improve the regulations and mechanisms for resolving itsbat of marriage cases, so as to provide legal certainty and justice for all interested parties.

Abstract

طريقة تعليم اللغة العربية مهمة لنجاح التعليم وتطبيقها لا تزال مهملة عند خيار الطريقة المناسبة. الدراسة الكيفية هذه تهدف لحصول على معلومات تطبيق طريقة القواعد والترجمة خلال تعليم اللغة العربية وقضاياها، منها النتيجة عند تطبيق هذه الطريقة. هذا البحث يتكون من معلم اللغة العربية و٧٤ تلميذا (٣٢ تلميذا و٣٨ تلميذة من فصل الثاني) أن يكونوا عين البحث. المعلومات مأخوذة تحصول على طريقة ملاحظة ووثائق ومقابلة. المعلومات المجموعة تحلل بتحليل الوصفي. نتيجة البحث تعرض أن تطبيق طريقة القواعد والترجمة جيدة. أما القضايا التي توجد فيها التلاميذ لم يتقنوا قراءة القرآن والوسائل التعليمية ناقصة ودوافع التلاميذ عند التعليم ضعيفة وكذلك مدة تعليم اللغة العربية محددة وجود نظام الحكومية والأخير أن التلاميذ لم يتعلموا اللغة العربية من قبل. وبالتالي ما وجد الباحث فتنمية تعليم اللغة العربية لابد ترتفع بتعليم اللغة العربية وعلم تجويد القرآن منذ صغار ووسائل التعليم ومدة التعليم على أساس الأنشطة المزيدة.

Abstract

The research in this study seeks to highlight the cognitive process of modern linguistic thought. It concerns Chomsky's views on the acquisition of language. The aim of this research is to benefit from the teaching of the Arabic language to its non-Arabic speakers. The approach in this study was a qualitative approach, and the research data included primary data and secondary data related to the analysis of Chomsky theory in the acquisition of language, and the results of the analysis were: 1. Providing cognitive theories with appropriate information on how the learner adjusts the learn process and the acquisition of the second language. The understanding of what is answered at the beginning of the education, so that learners are able to control the learning process, to become automatic or mechanism, so the learner needs a suitable opportunity, to activate strategies for the collection of knowledge. 2. The formation of the language environment, which should be in the teaching of the second language as it is a means to achieve the goal in the teaching of the second language acquisition, especially in the first stage. And that the linguistic environment is one of the means to achieve a goal in the teaching of the second language, as Chomsky explained in his theory that the acquisition of language is instinct, because anyone living in a particular environment will acquire this language naturally.

Abstract

The field of Arabic language education suffers from shortcomings in the adopted curriculum. Learners realize serious problems when learning Arabic in the classroom. The teacher is committed to solving their problems and makes a conscious effort to improve the educational content in the classroom. The theory of linguistic errors analysis plays an important role in identifying learners' learning problems and taking the necessary educational measures to overcome them. The study of linguistic errors makes a good contribution - theoretically - about the common linguistic characteristics in the teaching of the second language. In practice, the teacher assists in designing remedial courses by following the steps of analyzing language errors in extracting them. It complies with providing the appropriate material that prevents learners from repeating their linguistic error.

Abstract

This article examines the value of normative educatives in Surat Al-Fatihah and its effect on character. This study includes the category of literature research. The study method used is descriptive analytical. The primary data in this study is surat Al-Fatihah. While the secondary data as a support in this article comes from references related to the theme of discussion, especially the books of interpretation. The results of this study show that value is very important to instill in a person, because value is a reference and confidence in determining attitudes. Therefore, values greatly affect a person's character and behavior. Surat Al-Fatihah contains normative values in three aspects; (1) the value of i'tiqadiyah, (2) the value of Khuluqiyah, and (3) the value of amaliah (Sharia). However, this paper is limited to the study only on the value of akidah education (i'tiqadiyah) only and its effect on character. The reason, the creed is the foundation that becomes the foundation of sharia and morals. Shariah is the implementation of the creed. While morals are a reflection of the creed and sharia. So, the creed is a worldview or basic belief that becomes the main value in a person's life. In surat Al-Fatihah contains several values of the creed, namely faith and tawhid. And in surat Al-fatihah contains three types of tawhid in full, namely rububiyyah, uluhiyyah, and asmâ' wa shifat.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an) merupakan inisiatif yang sangat berharga dalam upaya meningkatkan pendidikan agama dan literasi di masyarakat. TPA adalah tempat di mana anak-anak dapat belajar tentang ajaran agama Islam, terutama Al-Qur’an, serta nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Kesimpulan dari program pengabdian masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan TPA adalah bahwa inisiatif ini memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pendidikan agama dan literasi di kalangan anak-anak dan masyarakat luas. Melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur dan holistik, program ini dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan pada perkembangan spiritual, moral, dan intelektual anak-anak, serta pada pemahaman agama dan nilai-nilai etika di masyarakat.
