Abstract

MSMEs (Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises) have an important role now in the ASEAN economy. 96% of companies in ASEAN are MSMEs. Although MSMEs have shown their role, they still face various obstacles and constraints such as lack of information, weak branding, promotion and infrastructure. The application of information technology will certainly make it easier for MSMEs to strengthen branding, business processing and enable cooperation with other parties to provide added value to MSMEs. The application of cloud computing or cloud computing is considered suitable for MSMEs that have limited resources in the form of capital, human resources (HR) and information technology infrastructure. Responding to the importance of the application of information technology to these MSMEs, the research aims to design and build systems that can facilitate MSMEs by utilizing cloud computing technology with SAAS (software as a service). The system has been tested by testing carried out using the blackbox method which is considered to be running optimally, functionally the system built can produce the output expected by the MSMEe participants. Usability testing to measure the level of satisfaction (user satisfaction) with the usability scale (SUS) system method is also felt necessary so that the system is designed and built according to user needs and satisfaction. With the results of the calculation of SUS 72.25 which means that it belongs to class B or above the average makes SAAS cloud computing services a system that can be accepted by MSMEs participants in supporting their business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa e-modul pada matakuliah statistik menggunakan model Flipped Classroom pada materi uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian research and development. E-Modul dikembangkan dengan Aplikasi Flip Professional menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall dengan lima tahapan yaitu: 1) Melakukan analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan. 2) Mengembangkan produk awal, 3) Validasi ahli dan revisi, 4) Uji coba lapangan, dan 5) Analisis hasil ujicoba dan revisi produk serta distribusi produk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, rubrik penilaian, dan angket. Uji kelayakan e-modul dilakukan dengan melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, dan responden mahasiswa. Hasil uji kelayakan oleh ahli media menunjukkan rata-rata penilaian sebesar 85% dengan kategori sangat layak, pengujian dari ahli materi juga menunjukkan kategori sangat layak dengan rata-rata 89%, sehingga rata-rata uji kelayakan media dari kedua ahli yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi adalah 87% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil analisis respon pengguna e-modul yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa menggunakan kuesioner menunjukkan respon sangat positif sebesar 35,38%, respon positif sebesar 56,92 % dan mahasiswa yang memberikan respon cukup sebesar 7,69%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Fintech on the use of personal finance applications in the millennial generation. The research method used in this study is the survey method. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to millennial respondents who use personal finance applications. The data collected through the survey will be analysed quantitatively to identify usage trends, feature preferences, and the impact of personal finance apps on individual financial behaviour. The results show that millennials have a high adoption rate of personal finance apps. They tend to use these apps to track expenses, organise budgets, and conduct financial transactions. In-app personalisation features are highly valued by millennials, as it allows them to tailor the experience according to individual needs and preferences. However, data security and privacy remain key concerns in the use of personal finance apps. Personal finance apps have great potential in helping millennials manage their finances more effectively. However, serious attention should be paid to data security and user privacy. Therefore, it is recommended that personal finance app providers continue to improve their security systems and privacy practices. In addition, it is also necessary to educate users on the importance of protecting their personal information when using personal finance apps.

Abstract

Mitra yang diusulkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kali ini adalah Rumah Makan Minang Baru berlokasi di alamat Jl. Raya Uluwatu, Kelan, Kabupaten Badung. Merupakan usaha dibidang kuliner masakan padang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan mereka menggunakan aplikasi kasir pintar dan manajemen keuangan. Program pelatihan ini dirancang dengan pendekatan praktis dan berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar saat ini. Pelatihan kasir pintar mencakup penggunaan perangkat lunak kasir yang berfokus pada penjualan. Selain itu, pelatihan manajemen keuangan melibatkan pemahaman dasar tentang perencanaan keuangan, pengelolaan arus kas, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Peserta pelatihan, yang merupakan mitra individu, akan diberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dalam menjalankan bisnis mereka. Dengan demikian, diharapkan bahwa pelatihan ini akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis dan keberlanjutan ekonomi para mitra. Berdasarkan serangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, mitra sudah memiliki desain seragam dan sudah dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan operasional, sehingga dalam hal ini mitra sudah memiliki ciri khas sebuah usaha yang peduli terhadap citra sebuah brand. Mitra sudah mengikuti kegiatan dengan cukup baik, dalam hal ini pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi kasir pintar dan pelatihan manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran di sekolah serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang muncul dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru, siswa, dan tenaga kependidikan, observasi partisipatif, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui personalisasi materi, otomatisasi tugas administratif, dan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa melalui fitur interaktif seperti gamifikasi dan simulasi. Namun, implementasi AI juga menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti kesenjangan infrastruktur teknologi, kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang AI, serta kekhawatiran mengenai berkurangnya interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan AI dalam pendidikan dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran jika didukung oleh infrastruktur yang memadai, pelatihan guru yang intensif, dan pendekatan yang seimbang antara teknologi dan interaksi manusia. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan akses teknologi di semua wilayah, program pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, serta evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan bahwa AI digunakan secara optimal dan bertanggung jawab. Dengan demikian, AI dapat menjadi katalisator transformasi pendidikan menuju sistem yang lebih inklusif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kualitas manajemen cloud (Cloud Management) pada dua penyedia layanan cloud terkemuka, yaitu Google Cloud Platform (GCP) dan Amazon Web Services (AWS). Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi konsol manajemen dari masing-masing platform, khususnya dalam konteks kemudahan penggunaan, fitur keamanan, efisiensi notifikasi, dan pengelolaan hak akses (privilege management). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah action research atau penelitian terapan, yang memungkinkan peneliti melakukan serangkaian tindakan langsung untuk mengevaluasi dan membandingkan performa fitur-fitur manajemen cloud dari kedua platform secara mendalam. Skema pengujian meliputi pengaturan dan pengelolaan alert notifications, manajemen hak akses pengguna, serta integrasi dengan layanan lain, termasuk sistem machine learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik AWS maupun GCP memiliki layanan penyimpanan data yang kuat, aman, dan efisien. Namun, GCP menunjukkan keunggulan dalam hal pengelolaan data berskala besar dan data warehousing, berkat fitur Bigtable dan BigQuery yang terintegrasi dengan baik dengan teknologi machine learning. Di sisi lain, AWS memiliki keunggulan dalam hal kompatibilitas dan fleksibilitas, terutama dengan berbagai platform machine learning pihak ketiga, sehingga memberikan pilihan yang lebih luas bagi pengguna dengan kebutuhan sistem yang kompleks. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan atau instansi dalam memilih platform cloud yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen dan pengolahan data mereka. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman praktis dan teknis mengenai implementasi cloud management dalam lingkungan TI modern.

Abstract

Tourist reviews on digital platforms have become a valuable source of information for understanding visitor experiences. This study applies sentiment analysis to 2,891 Google Maps reviews of Pura Besakih, Bali’s largest and most sacred temple, collected between January 2023 and December 2024. The aim is to assess overall visitor sentiment and identify factors influencing satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Reviews were preprocessed using a standardized pipeline that included translation, cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming. Sentiment labeling was conducted using the Indonesian Sentiment Lexicon (InSet), followed by classification using six machine learning models: Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Neural Network. The SVM model achieved the highest performance with an accuracy of 76.3% and F1-score of 55.68%. Thematic analysis revealed positive feedback highlighting the temple’s spiritual ambiance, architecture, and improved facilities, while negative sentiment was driven by issues such as unauthorized guides, misleading charges, and restricted access. These findings offer valuable insights for tourism stakeholders to improve visitor experience and support sustainable heritage tourism through data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a prototype virtual assistant system integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. The system is designed to improve user flexibility and efficiency by allowing interaction through voice commands, removing the need for traditional input devices. Python was selected as the primary programming language due to its robust capabilities in handling AI-driven applications. The system utilizes Whisper API for speech recognition, enabling the virtual assistant to accurately interpret voice inputs. Additionally, the integration of Chat GPT API allows the assistant to process and generate responses in a natural, context-aware manner. The combination of these technologies is expected to enhance user experience by making the system more intuitive and seamless, applicable to both daily tasks and complex business environments. The RUP method, structured into phases such as inception, elaboration, construction, and transition, was applied to ensure that the development process was iterative, flexible, and aligned with user needs. The results indicate that the integration of Whisper API with Chat GPT API significantly improves the quality and accuracy of voice-based interaction, streamlining system operation while minimizing the need for complex graphical interfaces. This research demonstrates the potential of voice-driven AI systems in increasing overall operational efficiency.

This study investigates the effect of IoT integration in energy management systems (EMS) and network responsiveness on energy efficiency and cost reduction in DKI Jakarta government buildings. A quantitative analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3. Survey questionnaires were administered to building managers, energy engineers, and facility maintenance personnel, while energy consumption data were obtained from relevant authorities. The results demonstrate a significant positive impact of both IoT integration and network responsiveness on energy management outcomes. Specifically, Energy Management System (EMS) and Grid Responsiveness were found to significantly influence both Cost Reduction and Energy Efficiency within government buildings. These findings have important implications for policymakers, building managers, and stakeholders involved in energy management decision-making. By leveraging advanced energy management technologies and practices, DKI Jakarta government buildings can achieve significant cost savings, improve energy efficiency, and advance environmental sustainability.
