Abstract

Abstract

UD. Adi Jaya Meubel menggunakan sistem produksi make to stock untuk kusen jendela dan kusen pintu, serta make to order untuk lemari, meja makan, dan pintu utama. Setiap produk memiliki kapasitas produksi masing-masing, seperti 65 buah lemari, 80 set meja makan, 150 pasang pintu utama, 200 buah kusen jendela, dan 250 buah kusen pintu.

The characteristic of a weak result is the fact that the company's goal is not achieved in the desired way. The objective of this study is to identify the KPIs and measure the performance indicators at the Bone Regency of PTPN Camming Sugar Factory. Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Lean Supply Chain Management (LSCM), and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods are used in this study. The results of this study provide 11 Lean metrics that align with business conditions. Once the indicators are obtained, the KPI weighting is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), prioritizing the performance criteria of the production and supply departments. KPIs that have a significant impact on a company's supply chain performance. This is reflected in the highest order of weight in three KPIs, namely production department performance criteria, employee productivity attributes (0.573) and delivery department criteria, on-time loading (0. 85), and delivery (0.372) attributes. with a weight percentage of 19.1, 16.20% and 12. 2%. The KPIs in the lowest weight category are collection (0.120) and delivery (0.116) with a weight percentage of .01% and 3.87%.

Abstract

PT. IKI is a shipbuilding company owned by the Indonesian government which carries out several industrial activities such as ship building, repair and docking. The results of initial observations found that there were still workers in the production division who experienced work accidents and occupational diseases. In this research, it is very important to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of production division workers to find out what suggestions for improvements are appropriate in overcoming problems with production division workers. This research employs the SEM-PLS method to investigate the impact of knowledge factors (X1), attitudes (X2), and the availability of facilities (X3) on the occupational safety and health of production division workers. It aims to provide valuable insights for enhancing workplace safety by identifying factors that positively influence these outcomes. The findings of this study reveal a significant correlation between the availability of facilities (X3) and occupational safety and health, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.000, which is less than the predetermined significance level of 0.05. Based on these results, recommendations for improvement can be proposed. The company is advised to uphold and enhance the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures about Occupational Safety and Health (K3) while also ensuring the continuous provision of comprehensive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all employees

Abstract

One of the global problems related to the future of cities is the environmental problem, namely the amount of municipal solid waste. From this waste, several issues arise in various aspects, such as health, aesthetics, and social and environmental problems. So that focused research is carried out on the management of urban solid waste produced by households. The research objective is to design a conceptual model and determine the variables and indicators that affect the generation of urban household solid waste and determine what prevention can be done. The model intended consists of 5 variables and 17 indicators. Data was collected based on a survey method with a closed questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents aged ≥ 17 years and residing in Yogyakarta. Analysis of the model and variable relationships was carried out based on the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS 24 software. The results showed that the designed model was valid. Socioeconomic variables, KAP level, waste reduction, and seasonality are direct predictors determining waste generation behavior. Socioeconomic variables are also direct predictors of KAP level and seasonal variables, and KAP level variables are direct predictors of waste reduction and seasonal variables

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the level of patient satisfaction with service quality at the Minasa Upa Health Center. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to measure community satisfaction with service quality. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. Five dimensions are measured: tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the quality of service at the Minasa Upa Public Health Center in terms of five dimensions results in a perception value below the expected value. These results suggest that patient satisfaction with services at the Minasa Upa Health Center in Makassar city still needs to be fulfilled. Research limitations/implications: This research was fieldwork at the Minasa Upa Public Health Center. The respondents in this study were people who had visited or received treatment at the Minasa Upa Public Health Center, as many as 100. Originality/value: Public Health Center describes a public service engaged in health services that has an essential role in the National Health System. Public Health Center is a health service provider organization that exists in all regions. The quality of service at the Minasa Upa Public Health Center is still not good, as evidenced by the perceived value, which is still below the expected value and has led to decreased public confidence in seeking treatment at the health center. So, this can affect the decline in health levels in the community. In addition to this, facilities and infrastructure factors still do not satisfy service users.
