Abstract

PTP. NUSANTARA XIV (PERSERO).merupakan perusahaan public produk konsumen berbasis tebu yang terintegrasi dan terkemuka yang memproduksi tebu menjadi produk gula pasir. Produk yang diproduksi dalam skala yang besar, sehingga membutuhkan gudang yang besar, dan diperlukan manajemenen pergudangan yang baik untuk mengelola barang-barang tersebut. Selama ini perusahaan hanya menggunakan sistem gudang yang standar atau sistem gudang manual dengan melibatkan banyaknya karyawan dan akan melibatkan banyaknya pengeluaran biaya perusahaan, Dan ketika sistem gudang masih menerapkan sistem manual memerlukan banyaknya waktu yang sangat lama dalam pengempulan atau pengimputan data baik data gudang,pemesanan dan pengiriman barang dan Salah satu hal yang sering terjadi pada system gudang yang belum menerapkan WMS yaitu mengalami kesalahan data adalah informasi tentang stok dan inventori yang dimiliki oleh bisnis. Stok dan inventory yang tidak akurat ini akan membuat PT bisa kehilangan stok sewaktu-waktu,maka dari itu penelitian ini menerapkan simulasi penerapan warehouse management. Diketahui nilai sig unutk pengaruh Sebelum penerapan WMS terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.900 > 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 0.130 < 2.365 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh Sebelum Penerapan Wms terhadap Kinerja Gudang . Diketahui nilai sig untuk pengaruh Sesudah Penerapan WMS terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.008 < 0.05 dan nilai t. Berdasarkan output diatas diketahui nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh Sebelum penerapan WMS dan Setelah penerapan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Gudang adalah sebesar 0.03 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung 14.327 > 4.46 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H3 diterima yang berarti pengaruh Sebelum penerapan wms dan sesudah penerapan wms secara simultan terhadap Kinerja gudang.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the resources that exist in the organization which consists of people and their activities this is the most resources compared to other resources. At the Camming Sugar Factory, human resources are the main means to achieve the desired goals of the company, especially in the production section in order to achieve maximum production results with the aim of maintaining the survival of the company and employees being able to perform optimally in the form of work productivity. To achieve this goal, qualified human resources are needed, one way is through a good and correct selection process. The performance of employees at the camming sugar factory is said to be less than good. This can be seen from the conditions that have occurred in the Camming sugar factory, namely the threat of bankruptcy with an average loss of more than Rp. 100 billion per year due to production results which are only 30 percent of the maximum potential since 2001. Based on the parameters that cause losses at the Camming Sugar Factory which is thought to be caused by weak management which is considered to be the main trigger, it is necessary to research and review what factors influenced the decline of the factory..The method used in this research is linear regression method, in which the method can determine the hypothesis and the relationship between the independent variable and the bound variable. The research results obtained from the coeficients table obtained a significance value of 0.000 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Selection variable (X) affects the Performance Variable (Y). From the statistical calculation of the t test, t count is 6,731 from t table then H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant and positive effect of the employee selection process on the performance of employees at the Camming Sugar Factory. Thus the hypothesis is proven

Abstract

Ahza Abadi Pharmacy Makassar is one of the businesses in the field of drug sales. In some data processing processes, there are problems due to manual recording of data into an archive book so that unwanted things often happen, such as what happened in the record book or damage to the book, while selling and buying transactions carried out without evidence. transactions thatoften occur between employees and buyers. This study aims to create an information system design to overcome problems in conducting transactions and storing data so that employees can easily input data and print receipts for buyers as proof of transactions. This research uses the prototype method in designing information systems that focus on the presentation of input and output in the form of use case diagrams and activity diagrams. Abstract

Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) Makassar merupakan salah satu perusahaan di bidang pelayanan peminjaman dana maupun pengkreditan barang. Pelayanan peminjaman yang diberikan oleh perusahaan sebagai usaha dalam memenuhi kepentingan umum maupun kepentingan perorangan dengan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memberikan kepuasaan kepada konsumen. Tingkat pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen sebagai salah satu aspek penting dalam perusahaan ini, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen serta tingkat kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan dimensi tersebut dengan metode SERVQUAL (Service Quality). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) masih sangat perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar harapan konsumen dapat terpenuhi, terlihat dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dengan persentase nilai harapan masih lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai persepsi setiap dimensi. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pada setiap dimensi menunjukkan nilai bukti fisik (tangible) 93,46%, keandalan (realibility) 94,38%, daya tanggap (responsiveness) 94,82%, jaminan (assurance) 91,27%, empati (empaty) 95,76% nilai rata rata 94%, artinya tingkat kepuasan baru memenuhi 94% dari harapan konsumen. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kerja Dosen Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Muslim Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui variable yang dominan berpengaruh diantara variabel kompetensi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis Regresif Linear berganda. Berdasarkan uji F variabel bebas (kompetensi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah beberapa dosen Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Muslim Indonesia dengan jumlah responden 52 orang yang didapat melalui kuesioner. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisa menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Muslim Indonesia. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Muslim Indonesia. (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Sebagai variabel yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan, maka kompetensi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja perlu dipertahankan terhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Muslim Indonesia terutama pada indicator-indikator yang mendukung sehingga kinerja dosen dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This research is focused on the desire of companies to change their yogurt packaging from thin plastic pouches to stronger ones. The purpose of packaging redesign is not only to overcome the problem of packaging durability but also to make new packaging more attractive to consumers so that the selling value is higher. Thus, packaging that is technically feasible and represents the customer's preferences for the company's products is needed. In addition, companies must also consider the long-term environmental impact. Redesigning the packaging using the eco-design concept and the Kansei Engineering Method. Eco-design is used to determine the environmental impact of packaging, while Kansei Engineering is used as a product design tool. The eco-design assessment of the suggested packaging shows that the packaging is more environmentally friendly than the current packaging. Abstract

Service is any activity that is intended or intended to provide satisfaction to customers, but in fact, there are still several service systems that are always complained about by the community, including the problem of family cards (KK) and identity cards (KTP) because these services are the most dominant in the Sepee District Office. This study aims to obtain the quality of service in the district so that it can be repaired or improved the service system. This study uses the integration of Service Quality (Servqual) with a 5-dimensional approach to service quality, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Assurance, Responsive, and Empathy with the integration of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to create a development and planning process in setting specifications for community needs and evaluating strengths and weaknesses on the service process. The results of Servqual and QFD integration in this study can be seen from the Q value which is not in accordance with service quality standards, the Q value shows 0.86 meaning that service quality cannot be said to be good because 0.86 ≤ 1. Based on the Cartesian diagram, 8 attributes are found. In quadrant A high-expectation value and low-performance value). According to the community, the highest attribute whose perceived value is low but whose expectation value is high is that service facilities and infrastructure are complete and sophisticated.

Abstract

Palm oil plantations are one of the agricultural commodities in Indonesia that play a crucial role in food availability and the economy. This research employs the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model as an integrated performance measurement system. The BSC measures company performance from both financial and non-financial perspectives. The study aims to measure the performance of the palm oil industry at PT. KMP Masamba, and covers four perspectives namely financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth. The weighting of performance measurement elements is done using the analytical hierarchy process with the assistance of Expert Choice software. The results are expected to assist PT. KMP Masamba in determining necessary improvement priorities. The performance measurements from each perspective, ranked from highest to lowest, are as follows: customer perspective (0.148), internal business perspective (0.048), learning and growth perspective (0.047), and financial perspective (0.030). The overall company performance score is 0.543, indicating satisfactory performance and approaching high targets. Based on these conclusions, recommendations for this research include periodic performance measurement by the company to assess its comprehensive condition and improve functional activities with low performance, to improve their performance indicators.Keywords - Analytical Hierarchy Process, Balance Scorecard, The Performance Measurements.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang transportasi. Salah satu aplikasi yang populer di Makassar adalah Maxride. Maxride merupakan perusahaan rintisan teknologi asal Indonesia berkantor pusat tepatnya di Kota Makassar yang bergerak di bidang layanan transportasi dan gaya hidup di mana perusahaan ini menyediakan aplikasi mobile yang mempertemukan pengemudi dengan pelanggan secara cepat dan mudah. Namun berdasarkan beberapa review pengguna pada Google Playstore maupun AppStore masih mendapatkan masalah terkait layanan dan kualitas sistem. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna ojek bajaj di Makassar melalui aplikasi Maxride yang ditinjau dari aspek usability sehingga dapat diketahui permasalahan terkait aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode USE Questionnaire yang mencakup 4 aspek usability yaitu usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, dan satisfaction. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh pada pengukuran usability aplikasi Maxride dimana pada variabel usefulness memperoleh nilai sebesar 68,98%, 48,38% pada ease of use, 74,06% pada ease of learning, dan 70,98% pada variabel satisfaction. Serta nilai usability secara keseluruhan mendapatkan nilai yang layak sebesar 65,60%. Berdasarkan hasil uji usability, aplikasi Maxride di Makassar menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang layak dengan nilai 65,60%. Namun, dari empat variabel usability yang diteliti, variabel Ease of Use (Kemudahan Penggunaan) mendapat skor terendah sebesar 48,38%, yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Skor ini jauh dari nilai usability yang ideal dan berpotensi mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, aspek kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi Maxride memerlukan perbaikan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.

Abstract

The background of this research focuses on the importance of OHS in the manufacture field, especially considering the high number of work accidents reported by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This research aims to identify and assess the risk of hazards at PT Bumi Sarana Beton using Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determining Control (HIRADC) and provide solutions to reduce work accidents. The HIRADC method is used to identify hazards, assess risks, and determine appropriate controls in accordance with the AS/NZS 4360: 2004 standard. The results showed that the production work area has several high risks such as pinching, respiratory distress, and slipping. Effective risk control implementation is expected to improve work safety and productivity. These findings have important implications for the management of PT Bumi Sarana Beton to improve OHS policies and provide adequate training and protective equipment for workers. In addition, this research is also expected to be a reference for other industries in implementing OHS optimally to reduce the risk of work accidents and improve workers' welfare
