Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic pressure, social support, and mental health from a sharia perspective on the achievement of Muslim students receiving the KIP-Kuliah (Kiliyah Student Assistance) at the Medan State Polytechnic. This research fills a gap in research that is still dominated by partial studies and has not integrated these three variables simultaneously within a framework of sharia values, particularly in the context of KIP-Kuliah students receiving vocational education. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 179 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results showed that academic pressure had a negative and significant effect on student achievement with a value of -0.180, social support had a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.303, and mental health from a sharia perspective also had a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.380. Together, these three variables explained 19.7% of the variation in student achievement, while 80.3% was influenced by factors outside the research model. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach that integrates academic, social, and spiritual aspects in improving the achievement of KIP- Kuliah recipient students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and pocket money usage on the financial management of students majoring in Islamic Finance and Banking in Medan. The sample used in this study consisted of 140 respondents who were students majoring in Islamic Finance and Banking at the Medan State Polytechnic, the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, and the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra in Medan City, who were given questionnaires. This study used a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. This study conducted a Pearson correlation test, partial test (t), simultaneous test (f), and determination test (R2) with a significance level of 5% (α=0.05), processed with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the variable of Islamic financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management, the variable of spiritual intelligence does not have a significant effect on financial management, and the variable of pocket money usage has a significant effect on financial management. The variables of Islamic financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and pocket money usage significantly affect the financial management of students in the Islamic Finance and Banking Study Program in Medan City.

Abstract

This research is about the impact given by the availability of Ease of Use of Applications and Kergasan Products sold online to millennial generation purchasing decisions in online shopping. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaire and literature study. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression with t test, f test, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. The results showed that the characteristics of millennials who shop online are consumers of the majority of women, aged 20, and the results of this study also show that ease of application and diversity of online products can positively and strongly influence millennial generation purchasing decisions. online purchasing decisions. The ability to influence is indicated by a figure of 47.5% while the remaining 52.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
