Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan kecepatan (speed) dalam olahraga futsal bagi peserta ekstrakurikuler di SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung. Latar belakang penelitian ini dikarenakan rendahnya kemampuan kecepatan para siswa saat mengikuti permainan futsal, sehingga diperlukan suatu model latihan yang lebih terarah, menarik, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah Borg & Gall yang telah disederhanakan, Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas lembar validasi ahli, angket respons peserta didik, dan tes kecepatan. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan persentase sebesar 97,41%, yang menandakan bahwa model latihan kecepatan yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Uji coba pada kelompok kecil maupun kelompok besar juga menunjukkan respons positif dari peserta didik, dengan kategori kelayakan berada pada tingkat “baik” hingga “sangat baik”. Hasil tes kecepatan memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan speed siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model latihan yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model latihan kecepatan yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan speed pemain futsal tingkat SMA. Produk akhir dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan rujukan bagi pelatih, guru Pendidikan Jasmani, dan pembina ekstrakurikuler dalam merancang program latihan kecepatan yang lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle power and hand-eye coordination on the overhand serve skill in volleyball among extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. The study used a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population consisted of 20 students, all of whom were included as the sample using total sampling technique. The instruments used were a pull and push dynamometer to measure arm muscle power, a ball toss and catch test to measure hand-eye coordination, and a test to assess the overhand serve skill in volleyball. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant relationship between arm muscle power and overhand serve skill with a correlation of r.hitung 0,638 > r.tabel 0,444, indicating that the better the arm muscle power, the higher the serve ability of the students. 2) There is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination and overhand serve skill with a correlation of r.hitung 0,716 > r.tabel 0,444. 3) There is a significant relationship between arm muscle power, hand-eye coordination, and overhand serve skill with a correlation of r.hitung 0,742 > r.tabel 0,444. This study emphasizes that the success of overhand serve skills in volleyball depends on both physical strength and proper movement coordination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Audio Visual media on straight kick ability at the Tapak Suci Bandarjaya pencak silat club. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 30 students, divided into two groups: the Audio Visual group given Audio Visual Media treatment and the control group without Audio Visual treatment. The measurement instrument used was a pencak silat straight kick ability test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in 1) the Audio Visual group with a Tcount = 15.401> Ttable = 2.145 and p Ttable = 2.048, which means that audio visual media has a more real influence in improving straight kick ability. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that audio-visual media is effective and recommended as a training method to stimulate the development of students' psychomotor and cognitive abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of overuse injury risk and to analyze train-ing factors related to the level of overuse injury risk. The population in this study consists of Ad’Sport Soccer School players aged 13-17 years, totaling 30 players, with a total sampling method where the entire population is used as the sample. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The instrument employed to collect data is a closed questionnaire, with data analysis using descriptive statis-tical percentages. The results of the study indicate that the level of overuse injury risk based on training factors, as assessed from all indicators, falls into the very high category, with a percentage of 33%, corresponding to 10 players. The risk of overuse injury, assessed from the warm-up and cool-down indicators, falls into the very high category at 30%, corresponding to 9 players. The risk of overuse injury, evaluated from the training frequency indicator, is categorized as low at 40%, corresponding to 12 players. The risk of overuse injury, based on the train-ing duration indicator, is categorized as moderate at 40%, corresponding to 12 players. The training intensity indicator is categorized as moderate at 43%, cor-responding to 13 players. The rest and recovery indicator is categorized as low at 30%, corresponding to 9 players. Overall, the risk of overuse injury is catego-rized as moderate at 37%, corresponding to 11 players.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of interpersonal communication between management, coaches, and football athletes in Bandar Lampung City in enhancing achievement motivation in football. Using a qualitative narrative approach, the study aims to understand how five key attitudes openness, empathy, supportiveness, positivity, and equality contribute to communication effectiveness and their impact on team performance. Through purposive sampling, data were collected using semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed to identify communication patterns influencing athletes’ motivation and performance.The results indicate that openness in communication helps create an environment characterized by mutual respect and honesty, while empathy strengthens emotional relationships within the team. Support provided by management and coaches significantly assists athletes in overcoming challenges, while positivity and equality establish a foundation for productive and harmonious communication. Through effective interpersonal communication, management, coaches, and athletes are able to build a cohesive team, maintain focus on shared goals, and maximize their potential to achieve optimal performance. These findings underscore the importance of interpersonal communication in sports development, particularly in enhancing motivation and team achievement in football in Bandar Lampung City.
