Abstract

Learning processes are facilitated by means of technological technique. Educators in the age of Industry 4.0 need the tools to keep up with the rapid pace of technological change. The low enrollment in Islamic religious education courses at the secondary level is one issue that Google Classroom is aiming to address. The researchers at Palu City's Integrated Model Public High School wanted to know how they might best use Google Classroom to teach Islamic religious education. There were a total of 47 participants, including 27 male and 20 female students, and data was gathered from them using interview, observation, and documentation procedures. The findings of this study have the potential to expand our understanding of Islamic religion and, more specifically, the ways in which Google Classroom can be used to teach subjects within the realm of Islamic religious education. They can also serve as a point of reference in the literature of the education and university sectors, providing guidance as policymakers consider how best to implement such ideas. The findings revealed that Google Classrooms in the field of Islamic Religious Education help researchers gain experience and the skills they need to apply that experience in society, and also provide a knowledge contribution to the field in the form of a discourse model for teaching and learning in the field of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

The purpose of learning planning is to ensure that instruction is organised and carried out in a way that achieves the aims of the curriculum. Before settling on the Merdeka Curriculum, the Indonesian school system went through at least eleven curricula. An essential skill for any educator is the ability to craft lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum at any given time. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using data from learning plan documents made by prospective biology teachers and analyzed by researchers based on the emergence of science process skills. The analysis process also uses the National Education Standard document on Merdeka Curriculum. The results of this study are: 1) lesson plans made based on the curriculum before K13 and the Merdeka Curriculum had around 8-15 pages, while the lesson plans based on the revised 2013 curriculum and the Merdeka curriculum were 1-1.5 pages. The material and evaluation of learning in the lesson plans for the revised K13 and the Merdeka Curriculum are provided using links or barcodes. 2) the discovery of process skills indicators in the form of basic process abilities and the ability to integrate processes into learning objectives. 3) lecture methods, online learning resources, and multiple choice questions are the most widely used in lesson plans. In the lesson plans analyzed, there has not been an explicit finding of product or project-based learning activities characteristic of the Merdeka Curriculum's learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) method for selecting and evaluating online courses. The pairwise comparison method determined a set of criteria and weights, including course quality, instructor experience, accreditation, student engagement, flexibility, technical support, and cost. The study used a mixed-methods approach, which means it combines quantitative and qualitative data. The ELECTRE method was then applied to rank five online courses based on their suitability for the participants' needs and expectations. The concordance and discordance indices were calculated for each course, and the net flow was used to determine the ranking. The results showed that the ELECTRE method can be a useful tool for participants in choosing and evaluating online courses based on a set of tailored criteria and weights. Future research could investigate how the results of the ELECTRE method can be combined with other methods to enhance the accuracy and validity of the ranking. Overall, the ELECTRE method provides a useful framework for participants to decide which online course is best suited to their individual preferences and goals.

Abstract

A teaching device is a medium that can be used to convey material from a teacher to students. The delivery of material designed in the form of multimedia aims to make it easier for students to understand the material both in the form of desktop and web-based applications. A common problem faced by students is that there are still many who have not achieved satisfactory learning achievement. With the existing limitations, learning tools that support learning achievement are absolutely necessary. This research focuses on increasing student enthusiasm for learning in the Ulumul Quran course. Learning activities with multimedia-based applications aim to increase students' enthusiasm for learning, so that the material is absorbed more quickly and students are not bored. Initial observations included a literature review and interviews to identify class issues for lesson analysis and possible remedies. In developing the solution, the problem is identified based on course material, class schedule, student characteristics, class atmosphere, learning methods/approaches, process assessment, and learning outcomes. Then analyse data and demands and design a multimedia-based e-learning system. The conclusion of this study states that students are able to increase their enthusiasm for learning the subject 'Ulumul Qur'an. There is an increase in student enthusiasm for learning with multimedia-based learning. This can be seen in the average N-Gain value obtained 0.466. The significant value obtained from the calculation results is smaller than the significant level α = 0.05 (0.000 0.05) than H0, which states that there is no difference in the enthusiasm for learning of students who study.
