Abstract

This research is important to determine children's language acquisition and development according to studies of phonology and morphology in Indonesian language learning. The method used in this research is qualitative method with a case study approach. Through this qualitative method, the phonetic system of Edwin Omar Malik Erdogan (2.6 years) and Edward Nazhan Naik Erdogan (4 years), who are students at PAUD Al-Karimah, will be described. These two subjects were used as research samples from ten students to make the findings more accurate regarding learning outcomes and descriptive evidence of early childhood language acquisition at PAUD Al-Karimah. The result of this study was the Acquisition of phonology in their daily lives. Edwin and Edward obtained five vowel sounds Indonesians produced. The vowel sound consists of [a], [i], [u], [e], [o]. So it can be concluded that Edwin and Edward have mastered all vowel sounds, and there are consonant sounds, as many as 19 consonants Indonesian produced by Edwin and Edward. The consonant sounds consist of [b], [c], [d], [g], [h], [j], [l], [m], [n], [p], [s], [t], [w], [y], [G], [S], [ṭ], [?]. Abstract

This study aims to explore participatory-based budgeting procedures and their role in reducing budgetary slack in Islamic boarding schools. Using a qualitative approach, the research method was conducted at a pesantren-based madrasah in the City of Kudus involving foundation administrators, school principals, leaders, teachers, and plan participants. Primary and secondary data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The findings of this study reveal that budgeting in Islamic boarding schools is based on participatory budgeting. Bottom-up budgeting is done from the lowest unit in the organization. The lower unit is the party with a deeper understanding of the smallest practical problems. Having the same responsibility for preparing the budget, lower units are expected to allocate budget items proportionally. Even though we hope that the participatory pattern will not cause slack, the facts show the potential for budgetary slack. This relaxation occurred because of a conservative attitude to anticipate uncertain conditions.

Abstract

Persistence is important for students to form a personality with tough character in facing difficulties based on faith in Allah SWT. This study aims to develop an Islamic Perspective Learning Persistence instrument and find its correlation with learning outcomes. This research approach is quantitative research using exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The development of the Islamic Perspective Learning Persistence instrument is then carried out to study the effect of Islamic perspective learning persistence on learning outcomes with multiple linear regression tests. Respondents are students at MAN 3 Jombang class XI, with a sample representing class XI as many as 156 male and female students. The results showed that there were five factors formed from the EFA test of Islamic perspective learning persistence, namely the intention of worship because of Allah, patience with effort, istiqomah or never giving up, husnudzan towards Allah and husnudzan towards one's abilities. The study's results with the Simultaneous test (F) and the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that Islamic perspective learning persistence simultaneously influences student learning outcomes. The dominant factors that support learning outcomes from an Islamic perspective are patience with effort (11.0%) and husnudzan to Allah SWT in helping students’ learning difficulties (8.2%). The other three factors proved to be less dominant in improving students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the relationship between the idea of Rangga (masculinity) in the Maja Labo Dahu culture of the Bima people based on sociological studies and social education. The approach used in the research is a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documents. The results showed that several religious doctrines are directly related to preserving the idea of male dominance over women, which in turn allows the formation of a discourse of violence in the Bima Maja Labo Dahu cultural community. The doctrines are related to (1) the meaning of the origin of the creation of women from men and for men; (2) the meaning of Adam's expulsion from heaven caused by women; (3) the meaning of Rangga for men in gender roles as a figure who protects and dominates women; and (4) the meaning of wife beating as something legitimized by community culture. This understanding and meaning tend to position men as a figure who bears the idea of Rangga, masculine, male, which is then legitimized as a protector and dominator of women. Women are controlled, subordinated, and used as property. So that the impact of Rangga's thinking on Maja Labo Dahu Culture not only resulted in women becoming victims of domestic violence but also women were not given ample space to contribute to improving community growth and economy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of children's character from the psychological perspective of Islamic education at MTSN 2 Cirebon because Islamic character is expected to be possessed by students studying at Islamic schools. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach and uses library research. Qualitative research has been happening before the researcher is in the field. Based on this, the authors decided the stages of writing this article were as follows: (1) collecting data, (2) selecting the required data, and (3) analyzing the data so that appropriate conclusions can be reached. The research results collected, selected, and analyzed show that character is a series of motivations, attitudes, behaviors, and skills to do the best. This good character must be supported by knowledge of goodness, the desire to do good, and the ability to do good deeds. Abstract

This study aims to develop a multidimensional curriculum evaluation model (ECM) for the Independent Curriculum in Elementary Schools (SD). Independent Curriculum is a curriculum that allows teachers to design quality learning based on students’ needs and environment. It focuses on enhancing students’ character and competencies through the Pancasila student profile project. A comprehensive, systematic, and continuous evaluation model is required to ensure Independent Curriculum’s quality and relevance. The research method is R&D using the ADDIE model with five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects are teachers, principals, supervisors, and curriculum experts. Data are collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that ECM has six evaluation dimensions: context, input, process, product, impact, and meta-evaluation, which suit the Independent Curriculum’s characteristics in SD. ECM can evaluate various curriculum aspects: objectives, content, strategies, media, learning resources, assessment, learning outcomes, and curriculum impact. ECM also has a computer application program that simplifies the evaluation process and reporting. ECM receives positive feedback from the subjects and is valid, reliable, practical, and effective. The study concludes that ECM can improve Independent Curriculum quality in SD.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the existing Nyadran tradition literature as material for social studies development in junior high schools. In addition, it is also intended to create a conceptual model related to the use of the Nyadran tradition. This article is a conceptual article that covers the basics, basic competencies, and curriculum. This research is qualitative research with case study methods. The data collection technique is derived from interviews with the main data source of the Klumutan village community, while the other data is from the documentation of the profile of the Klumutan town and the photographs of the implementation of traditional Clumutan. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data validity testing using source triangulation and methods Analysis techniques using interactive data analysis models: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. The results of this research consist of three conclusions. First, the Nyadran tradition can be used as a source of social studies development in junior high schools. This is because this tradition contains moral teachings and local wisdom relevant to the vision of social science, namely civics education. Moreover, the oral tradition, which is part of anthropology and history, has the same characteristics as social studies material, which combines social science disciplines. The two high social values of the Nyadran tradition can be used as a source of social science learning. These values mean moral, social, cultural, spiritual, and environmental. Third, the development of oral traditions as teaching materials can be carried out through three stages, namely: (a) the analysis stage (defining the oral traditions and their relevance to the curriculum); (b) the design and development stage (determining the form and structure of the learning materials needed); and (c) implementation stage.
