Al-Idarah: Jurnal Kependidikan Islam, registered in p-ISSN: 2086-6186 and e-ISSN: 2580-2453, is a peer-reviewed journal of original research and writing on Islamic education management and education management in general. The biannual journal, regularly issued in June and December, aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulates knowledge, values, and skills. Abstract

The low quality which will automatically produce quality education is believed to be the cause of the low quality of human resources. The demand for increasing educational productivity lies not only in improving and increasing the quality of input and output, but also in the quality of the process which is driven by the managerial strength and leadership of education managers both at the central level (education bureaucrat level), at the institutional level (Principal). Based on the description of the background of the problem above, the author can formulate the problem as follows: How is the visionary leadership on the Spirit of Integrity indicator at MAN I Bandar Lampung and MAN I Metro. How is visionary leadership in the Agent of Change indicator at MAN I Bandar Lampung and MAN I Metro. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach. By using the exspos facto method, namely searching for facts on natural objects with the right interpretation. Research location MAN I Bandar Lampung and MAN I Metro. Research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the data analysis, the following findings and conclusions were obtained: First, MAN 1 Bandar Lampung shows more prominent collective leadership, principals, deputy principals and educational consultants, united in moving the school organization. Visionary leadership at MAN I Metro is seen as more prominent individual leadership, because the principal often carries out work without needing his subordinates. Meanwhile, MAN 1 Bandar Lampung is seen to be more prominent in its democratic leadership

Abstract

Policies are intended to be solutions and answers to various problems experienced by society. Analysis of policy formulation is intended to be able to find out about the formulation process and various other stages in the preparation of a policy as well as who the actors are who took part in the formulation of the policy. The Islamic boarding school independence policy initiated by the Ministry of Religion has a good idea as an effort to increase human resources that are independent from an economic perspective who can then continue the role of da'wah and community development among Islamic boarding schools and the wider community. The problem faced is the uneven implementation of Islamic boarding school independence policies throughout Indonesia. Lack of knowledge regarding the ideas and policies themselves is also another problem faced, therefore researchers aim to conduct studies to analyze the formulation and process of developing Islamic boarding school independence policies. The method used in this research is a literature study based on the theory of policy formulation initiated by Dunn. The results of this research show that the formulation and process of formulating policies is in accordance with Dunn's theory. Apart from that, it was also found that the results need to be further improved regarding the distribution of Islamic boarding school independence policies because this policy has quite an important urgency in improving human resources in Islamic boarding schools and is one of 7 programs. work that is a priority for the Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

At present, there is an effort to revitalize the function of kuttab in Indonesia through kuttab al Fatih.  This study aims to analyze the kuttab al Fatih curriculum, especially in the field of life skills education as an Islamic educational institution. This research is a type of library research with descriptive and analytical methods. Sources of data are taken through literature review from books, articles, and literature relevant to the topic of discussion. The analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that there is a distinctiveness of the Kuttab al Fatih curriculum which is drawn from the Qur'an and Hadith as well as the books of salaf scholars.  The link to the main Islamic references is also seen in learning the life skills of its students. The study in this research can add insight into the urgency of the kuttab concept as an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia. This research produces new discussions about the types of general and specific skills taught in the learning process at kuttab al Fatih.

Abstract

Program management includes planning, staffing, organizing, directing, coordinating, and budgeting. The focus of this research is to describe the planning, organization and staffing at arabic intensive course. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews with tutors, and documentation. The subject of this research is the Al-Azhar arabic intensive course Pare in 2023. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research: 1) Program planning management uses modern methods to provide convenience to course participants who are constrained by distance by using online and traditional platforms, which means direct/face-to-face meetings. 2) The management of organizing the program uses a top down method, namely the manager gives direct verbal orders to members. 3) Staff placement with the presupervisory program type means that position filling is carried out by section leaders to select, determine and place staff according to needs

Abstract

The problems found are positive, namely that the researcher wants to know more comprehensively about efforts to improve the managerial performance of school principals through a directive and collaborative approach at SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung, SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung and SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year so that The researcher aims to analyze the Managerial Performance of School Principals Using a Directive and Collaborative Approach at SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung, SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung and SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda in the Odd Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The data above was found through qualitative field research methods. Investigation of deductive as well as inductive reasoning processes, and dynamic analysis of ties between observable events, are emphasized in qualitative research. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between motivation on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung, SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung and SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda, so that hypothesis 2 is accepted, Managerial Supervision Guidelines for Implementing Duties of School/Madrasah Supervisors (Directorate of Educational Personnel, 2009 : 20) states that managerial supervision is supervision relating to aspects of school management that are directly related to increasing school efficiency and effectiveness which includes planning, coordination, implementation, assessment, development of educational human resource (HR) competencies and other resources. In carrying out managerial functions, school/madrasah supervisors act as: 1) collaborators and negotiators in the process of planning, coordinating and developing school management 2) assessors in identifying weaknesses and analyzing school potential 3) information centers for school quality development 4) evaluators of the meaning of supervision results . Abstract

Kepala madrasah sebagai pemimpin  kelembagaan transformatif memiliki tanggung jawab yang berat terkait dengan kemajuan sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan anak bangsa serta kemajuan lembaga pendidikan, Guna merespon tantangan kompetisi global dan tuntutan mutu pendidikan nasional, maka upaya peningkatan kompetensi kepala madrasah sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan by design yang terstruktur, sistematis dan terukur outcomenya. maka dibutuhkan adanya kerjasama yang sinergis, kreatif dan inovatif dari segenap pemangku kebijakan, baik di lingkungan Kementerian Agama maupun kementerian pendidikan nasional di provinsi lampung, Jenis Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian yaitu mencari dasar pijakan/ fondasi utnuk memperoleh dan membangun landasan teori, kerangka berpikir, dan menentukan dugaan sementara atau  asumsi penelitian serta dianalisis dengan konten analisis untuk dapat diambil kesimpulan . Abstract

Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan kebijakan baru berupa kurikulum merdeka. Namun tidak semua sekolah siap dengan penerapannya karena kesulitan dalam administrasi ataupun kompetensi pedagogik guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Dasar Penggerak Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Terdapat empat hal esensial yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini, yakni (1) guru PAI memahami kurikulum merdeka dan meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan cara aktif mengikuti pelatihan yang diselenggarakan pemerintah dan sekolah, aktif dalam komunitas belajar, dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Perencanaan pembelajaran dibuat dalam modul ajar dan modul Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan terlebih dahulu melaksanakan asesmen non kognitif untuk mengetahui profil belajar siswa, (2)  pembelajaran intrakulikuler PAI dilaksanakan secara terdiferensiasi di dalam kelas dengan mengutamakan kebutuhan belajar siswa, sedangkan pelaksanaan P5 berkolaborasi bersama guru-guru lain dengan tujuan utama menguatkan karakter siswa, (3) evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian siswa melalui asesmen formatif dan asesmen sumatif, (4) upaya guru PAI membentuk karakter siswa dilakukan melalui pembelajaran dalam kelas, proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, pembiasaan budaya sekolah dan pendidikan karakter, dan ekstrakulikuler. Pembentukan karakter siswa SDN 196 Sukarasa mulai dirasakan dalam perbaikan ibadah dan akhlak namun terus membutuhkan proses.

Abstract

This research is motivated by efforts to develop an Educational Marketing Strategy to increase the interest of new students at MIN 1 Pringsewu. The aim of this research is to find out the most effective educational marketing strategy to increase the interest of new students at MIN 1 Pringsewu. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and source triangulation. Data sources for this research include the Principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Chair of the New Student Admissions Committee, Head of Administration, and Parents. The research results show that the educational marketing strategy implemented has succeeded in producing several findings, including: 1) Educational products that emphasize quality, curriculum excellence and extracurriculars; 2) Free pricing policy with no registration fees; 3) Strategic location that is easily accessible and close to public facilities; 4) Promotion through print and electronic media; 5) Competent Human Resources according to qualifications; 6) Physical evidence in the form of adequate facilities and documentation of school achievements; 7) The learning process uses a curriculum that has been approved by the government, supported by qualified teaching staff and adequate supporting facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of Madrasah Heads and Supervising Teachers in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur. has quite complex problems, one of the causes is that the movement of extracurricular activities is not optimal enough due to a lack of coordination between the Head of the Madrasah, the guidance teacher, and the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur. This research describes the management of Madrasah Heads and Supervising Teachers in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur which includes Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. This research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, as well as a type of sociological research using a field survey method. The informants involved in this research were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, mandatory extracurricular supervisor and selected extracurricular supervisor at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur. The research results show that 1. Madrasah Head Management in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur, namely developing existing systems starting from Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. 2. Management of Supervising Teachers in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur is quite good starting from Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. 3. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in Optimizing Extracurricular Activities at MTs Baitul Makmur, supporting factors such as appreciation for winners of extracurricular activity competitions, inhibiting factors are things that hinder such as the regeneration of extracurricular members at MTs Baitul Makmur

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the activities of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan on the theme of local wisdom with the title of traditional games by using discrepancy evaluation model. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with the data analysis techniques that included data summary, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results of this study concluded that the design component focuses on the availability of documents, the implementers, and the input from students which later are compared with real implementation. Local wisdom was used for the P5 program theme with the aim to introduce the history of traditional games in Indonesia, foster the spirit of togetherness, promote traditional game culture, and increase students’ teamwork. In the installation component, it was concluded that the requirements and completeness of the project implementation were done by the P5 team with input from all 7th grade students. In the process component, it was concluded that the entire activities ran smoothly, but there was a gap as the post-test was not implemented. In the result component, it was concluded that the implementation of the P5 program on the theme of local wisdom focused on traditional games run as planned. The program is categorized as good and can be re-implemented, while still considering the evaluation of the program output.
