Al-Idarah: Jurnal Kependidikan Islam, registered in p-ISSN: 2086-6186 and e-ISSN: 2580-2453, is a peer-reviewed journal of original research and writing on Islamic education management and education management in general. The biannual journal, regularly issued in June and December, aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulates knowledge, values, and skills. Abstract

"Merdeka Belajar Program is a policy aimed at encouraging students to master competencies and knowledge that are essential and applicable as they enter the world of work. This article presents the Design Of The "Merdeka Belajar" Program for students of High School of Education, UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design, and data is gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data is then analyzed through the condensation stage, data display, and conclusion. Based on the results of the three-month implementation of the Teaching Campus program at Madrasah Aliyah Wuluhan Jember, it was found that Tarbiyah faculty students of UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember were able to organize the Campus Teaching Class XI program more effectively and with better preparation, particularly concerning the administrative system for students, field supervisors, and registered schools. All parties involved at Madrasah Aliyah Wuluhan Jember, especially the teachers, showed consistency and progress in the methods, media, and adaptations introduced for an interesting and effective learning process in line with current conditions."

Abstract

The high cost (cost) of honorary coaches from outside, causing the school budget to swell. Therefore, schools need the implementation of knowledge management, to improve teacher competence to improve student achievement outcomes. The purpose of this study was to analyze knowledge management in improving student achievement outcomes. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Nitikan Yogyakarta, the reason for choosing SD Muhamadiyah Nitikan Yogyakarta as the object of research to analyze the implementation of knowledge management. This type of research is a qualitative approach, the subject of this research is the teacher. Subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, to obtain accurate information. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique followed the Mules and Huberman model with data display, data reduction, and data verification. Data validity by triangulation. The results of this study found that knowledge management can help reduce the cost of achievement. This affects the increasing competence of teachers to maximize the results of achievement. Schools no longer take mentors from outside, because it is enough to minimize the coaches from SD Muhamamdiyah Nitikan Yogyakarta. Both in increasing academic and non-academic achievement results. The implication of this research is to improve the quality of schools and increase the confidence of students and parents in sending their children to school.

Abstract

Ramadan as a month of abundant rewards and forgiveness can also be used as a month of education (tarbiyah). Flash boarding schools, for example, can be one of these educational facilities. This study aims to gather information regarding the implementation of the management of the flash boarding school for Ramadan at the Baeturrohmah Ciroyom Tasikmalaya Mosque Prosperity Board (DKM). This study used a qualitative method with an action research approach. Data were analyzed through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data, it was carried out with observation and triangulation. This research shows that the management functions used to optimize Islamic boarding schools in the mosque prosperity council (DKM) Baeturrohmah Ciroyom Tasikmalaya consist of: 1) Planning, the parties involved are representatives from various walks of life. Matters discussed in the planning include: a) the fixation of the implementation of the flash boarding school; b) the amount of costs to be allocated; c) the committee; and d) the teacher. 2) Implementation, consisting of the maturation of the concept (covering the determination of teaching materials and class divisions, determination of lesson schedules, determination of teachers, and preparation of budgets and sources of funds) and the implementation of flash boarding schools. 3) Supervision and evaluation, supervision activities are carried out by the mosque's prosperity council (DKM) and the implementing committee during the flash boarding school. While the evaluation is carried out by the implementing committee at the time after supervision and at the end of the patient's activities.

Abstract

Changes will always occur in every line of life, so adjustments need to be made for good and progress, especially in the field of education. Change encourages the willingness to adapt and is an opportunity to improve. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation which are then processed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or data verification. The purpose of this study is to analyze change management related to the implementation and evaluation of changes that have been carried out by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Yayasan Pembangunan Kalianda, South Lampung. In findings related to the implementation and evaluation of change, it is known that implementation is carried out in three phases, namely unfreezing, change, and refreezing. Then in the evaluation of change, a thorough analysis is carried out to determine future improvements, ideas, and innovations. In this regard, this research can be a reference in carrying out change management for Islamic educational institutions in the future.

Abstract

Our research aims to explore the relationship between knowledge management and competitive advantage. We have found that Knowledge and its management can significantly impact achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Organizations must effectively generate, utilize, and distribute Knowledge while integrating it with their processes to maintain this advantage. Additionally, managers must be mindful of acquiring the necessary knowledge to enhance organizational performance and achieve sustainability, thereby gaining an edge over competitors. To ensure long-term competitive advantage, businesses should adopt a comprehensive and integrated approach to creating a knowledge management program. This program should serve as a source of sustainable competitive advantage. It is essential to evaluate the significance of knowledge management within the organization and determine how it can contribute to long-term competitive advantage. Abstract

The problem in this research is that many parents are interested in sending their children to the Superior Islamic Primary School (IUT) Padang Sibusuk because of the Tahfiz program at this school even though the students live far from the school location. This research aims to determine the management of the Tahfiz program at the Superior Integrated Islamic Primary School (IUT) Padang Sibusuk. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) Planning for the Tahfiz Program at the Superior Integrated Islamic Elementary School (IUT) Padang Sibusuk, 2) Implementation of the Tahfiz Program at the Superior Integrated Islamic Elementary School (IUT) Padang Sibusuk. 3) Evaluation of the Tahfiz Program at the Superior Integrated Islamic Elementary School (IUT) Padang Sibusuk. This type of research is carried out qualitatively using research methodscase study (case study). The sampling technique is carried out by:Porposive Sampling. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, in-depth interviews (interviews) and documentation. The results of the Tahfiz Program Management research at the Superior Integrated Islamic Elementary School (IUT) Padang Sibusuk are: Planning for the Tahfiz program starts with student entry selection based on Al-Qur'an reading and memorization, setting student memorization targets at grade level, Tahfiz notebooks learners. The implementation of the Tahfiz Program at the Superior Integrated Islamic Elementary School (IUT) Padang Sibusuk is carried out according to the schedule prepared at each class level for 2 hours of learning in class and one hour after school, where the activity process begins with students writing down the verses to be memorized, correcting the verses by the Tahfiz teacher, students memorize the corrected verses, after the students have memorized the students continue to deposit the verses. The evaluation of the Tahfiz program at the Padang Sibusuk Superior Islamic Elementary School (IUT) has not been fully carried out as fully as possible, this is because the principal only receives reports from the Tahfiz teacher on what percentage of students have achieved the memorization target at the end of the year.

Abstract

Many previous studies have analyzed the activities of educational institutions to build and improve the image of their institutions. Considering the importance of the image of educational institutions, there are educational institutions that delegate special tasks to improve the image of this institution to public relations. This interesting research was conducted to examine the influence of the image of educational institutions on consumer behaviour in choosing the Islamic Education Management (MPI) study program at IAIN Ponorogo. As is known, every educational institution's marketing efforts ultimately result in consumer purchasing decisions. Consumer decisions in purchasing can be understood as one of consumer behaviour. This research includes quantitative research. Data were collected using a questionnaire tool using Google Forms for 112 respondents from 165 populations. The research results show that the educational institution image variable has a significant and positive effect on consumer behaviour in choosing a major in the MPI study program at IAIN Ponorogo. The coefficient of determination shows that the consumer behaviour variable in choosing the MPI study program at IAIN Ponorogo is influenced by the image variable of the educational institution by 42,9% while the remaining 57,1% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. Based on the test results, it was found that the linear regression equation Y = 1.001x+18.944, meaning that every 1 unit change in the image of an educational institution will positively influence consumer behaviour in choosing the MPI study program at IAIN Ponorogo by 1.001.

Abstract

The quality of good educators can be supported by several factors and indicators. One of the factors is the leadership of the madrasa principle, where a madrasa principle must have the ability to influence, direct, and mobilize teaching staff to achieve the goals of an educational institution. The results of pre-research at MTs 1 Bandar Lampung show that there are still several teaching staff who still need to meet the criteria for quality teaching staff. The problem formulation is whether there is an influence of the leadership of the madrasa principle on the quality of educators at MTs 1 Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the leadership of the madrasa principle on the quality of educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a field research approach. Meanwhile, the population in this study was 43 responses from MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung teaching staff. And the sample used is the Slovin Technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests, and linearity tests. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression techniques. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive influence between the leadership of the Madrasah Principle on the Quality of Educators at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung with the correlation between the independent and dependent variables being 0.668. Apart from that, R2 amounts to 0.438 at a significance level of 5%. This means that the contribution of the variable.

Abstract

In the past few decades, there has been a significant amount of research on how the behavior of staff members can enhance organizational performance. This study investigates how organizational citizenship behavior impacts teacher performance in state madrasahs in Pesawaran Regency using a quantitative research design. Data was collected through a Google form distributed online to 222 randomly chosen individuals from the total population. The research had 148 respondents who completed questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 25 software for Windows. The results indicate that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant impact on the performance of state madrasah teachers, with a coefficient of determination of 0.493 (49.3%). This demonstrates that organizational citizenship behavior influences the performance of state madrasah teachers, while 50.7% of the performance is influenced by other unstudied factors. Furthermore, the organizational citizenship behavior variable's significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

Adapun permasalahan yang ditemukan besifat positif yakni peneliti  ingin mengetahui lebih komprehensif  tentang  gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi yang dimiliki kepala madrasah dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari. sehingga peneliti bertujuan menganalisis tentang kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri  Kota Bandar Lampung. data diatas ditemukan melalui metode riset lapangan varietas kualitatif. Investigasi proses penalaran deduktif serta induktif, dan analisis dinamis dari ikatan antara peristiwa yang bisa diamati, lebih ditekankan dalam riset kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompetensi kepala madrasah di MAN Kota Bandar Lampung telah diimplementasikan dengan baik, gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah diimplementasikan dalam beberapa kebijakan seperti melaksanakan rapat rutin madrasah sebagai ajang komunikasi, diskusi dan konsolidasi, memberi ruang dan  kesempatan kepada para guru untuk memberikan kritik dan saran yang konstruktif, memberi kebebasan kepada para guru untuk menyampaikan ide/gagasan nya untuk kemajuan madrasah, bertanggung jawab bersama atas persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi warga madrasah, memberi tugas kepada guru sesuai kemampuan, menetapkan visi, misi dan tujuan madrasah, mendorong para guru untuk melanjutkan  studi, memberikan penghargaan kepada para guru yang berprestasi, berupaya keras untuk meningkatkan prestasi madrasah khususnya bidang akademik dan ekstakurikuler). kompetensi kepala madrasah. Kompetensi Manajerial diwujudkan dalam bentuk membuat perencanaan berupa Rencana Kerja Anggaran Madrasah (RKAM), melakukan pembagian tugas mengajar dan bimbingan guru sesuai kualifikasi akademik masing-masing, memimpin proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran, melaksanakan evaluasi belajar secara berjenjang seperti UTS dan  UAS untuk peserta didik,  UKG  dan PKG untuk guru.
