Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Literasi Digital, Inovasi Produk, dan Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa pada era ekonomi digital. Transformasi digital yang pesat menuntut UMKM untuk beradaptasi dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang inovatif agar tetap kompetitif di pasar yang semakin dinamis. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), melibatkan 100 responden pelaku UMKM yang aktif menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Digital, Inovasi Produk, dan Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM. Literasi Digital meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperluas pasar, sementara Inovasi Produk mendorong terciptanya nilai tambah dan diferensiasi produk. Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial secara signifikan memperkuat interaksi dengan konsumen serta efektivitas promosi. Nilai R-square sebesar 0.690 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 69,0% variasi dalam kinerja pemasaran UMKM di Sumbawa. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya upaya peningkatan kapasitas digital, inovasi berkelanjutan, dan optimalisasi media sosial bagi UMKM agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Modal Inovasi, Orientasi Pasar, dan Penggunaan Teknologi terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Keberlanjutan UMKM di tengah persaingan yang dinamis menuntut adanya adaptasi strategis melalui penguatan kapasitas inovasi, pendekatan yang berpusat pada pelanggan, serta adopsi teknologi yang relevan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 100 pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Modal Inovasi, Orientasi Pasar, dan Penggunaan Teknologi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,788 menandakan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan sebesar 78,8% variasi dalam keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM di Sumbawa. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan bahwa untuk mencapai keberlanjutan jangka panjang, UMKM memerlukan strategi terintegrasi yang berfokus pada pengembangan modal inovasi, penguatan orientasi pasar, dan optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi guna meningkatkan daya saing dan ketahanan bisnis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Augmented Reality media on learning activities and spatial thinking skills of students by using Augmented Reality media in learning geography at SMA N 1 Talamau, West Pasaman Regency. The method in this study is a quantitative method, the research design used is a quasi experimental design with a research design of nonequivalent control group design. Data collection is done by observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis with percentages, t-test (Independent sample t-test), and N-Gain. The results showed that the percentage of learning activities in the experimental class was 83.25%, including a very effective category. While the control class of 61.73% is included in the less effective category. Then the results of data analysis of students' spatial thinking abilities in the independent sample t-test show the results of two sided p (sig2-tailed) <0.001 smaller than 0.05 indicating that there is a significant difference between the two sample groups. Strengthened by the results of the N-Gain% of students' spatial thinking ability of the experimental class of 61.2477% including the moderately effective category and N-Gain% in the control class of 23.2252% including the ineffective category.

Abstract

Business competition in the culinary industry, especially restaurants in strategic areas such as Kemang, Jakarta, requires business actors to implement appropriate marketing strategies in order to increase sales volume. However, there are still obstacles in several elements of the marketing mix that prevent sales from being optimal. This study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing strategies through the 7P marketing mix approach to increase sales volume at Ecaps Restaurant. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach. The research subjects consist of three key informants: the Head of Marketing, Supervisor, and Sous Chef, who serve as both the population and sample of the study. Data collection techniques were conducted using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by formulating findings based on the 7P marketing mix elements, which include product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The results indicate that the Place, Process, and Physical Evidence elements have been implemented effectively and support increased sales volume through strategic location placement, service aligned with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer comfort. However, challenges were identified in the Product element, such as unpopular menu items, pricing that has not established a strong value perception, and promotions that have not maximized external collaborations. The People element also faces challenges in human resource management. These findings indicate that the integration of the 7P marketing mix strategy contributes positively but requires regular evaluation of each element to address the dynamics of consumer behavior. This study is expected to serve as a practical reference for culinary business operators in designing adaptive marketing strategies in the era of competitive competition.

Abstract

This research originates from the phenomenon of the limited presence of structured travel patterns in church-based religious tourism in Jakarta, as well as the tendency of tourists to visit only the most popular churches. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential of religious tourism through the three main components of tourism: attractions, amenities, and accessibility, and to develop an effective and engaging travel pattern. This study uses a qualitative approach with methods including field observations, in-depth interviews with church visitors and administrators, and visual documentation. Five historic churches were selected as the objects of study: Tugu Church, Pniel Church, Immanuel Church, Sion Church, and the Jakarta Cathedral. The results show that each church possesses a unique appeal in terms of historical value, architectural features, and spirituality. In terms of amenities and accessibility, there are significant differences between locations, which affect the travel patterns of visitors. Three main travel patterns were identified: single point, stop over, and complex neighbourhood. The study concludes that a systematically designed travel pattern can improve the quality of the tourism experience and broaden the distribution of visitor flows. The researcher suggests that the government and church administrators develop integrated religious tourism packages and involve local communities in tourism management.

Abstract

The rapid development of the culinary industry in the era of globalization has impacted changes in consumer patterns, particularly among Generation Z, who are heavily influenced by modern culinary trends and social media. This phenomenon poses challenges for the sustainability of traditional foods, which are increasingly less favored due to shifting consumption preferences. This study aims to analyze the influence of changes in food preferences and the impact of culinary trends on Generation Z's purchasing interest in traditional foods in Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative method with a population of Generation Z aged 18–28 years who have purchased traditional Jakarta-style food. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of a Likert-scale questionnaire, while data analysis utilized multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS software. The validity and reliability tests showed that the research instruments were valid and reliable. The T-test indicated that changes in food preferences and culinary trends significantly influenced purchasing interest in traditional food, with calculated t-values of 5.742 and 4.940, respectively, which were greater than the critical t-value of 1.984, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The F test also showed the simultaneous influence of both independent variables with an F value of 46.501, which is greater than the F table value of 3.09. These findings prove that Generation Z tends to be interested in culinary innovations that combine elements of traditional food authenticity with modern culinary trends that are visually appealing and viral on social media. This study is expected to serve as a reference for strategies to preserve traditional food through adaptive innovation.

Abstract

Dharmasraya Regency is one of the newly established autonomous regions in West Sumatra Province, formed through the division of Sawahlunto/Sijunjung Regency. This article examines the process of Dharmasraya’s formation, focusing on the background of the idea for regional expansion, the accompanying socio-political dynamics, and the role of local elites in advocating for the establishment of the regency. This study employs historical research methods, including heuristic stages, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The findings reveal that the creation of Dharmasraya Regency was driven not only by administrative needs but also by factors such as development disparities, the region’s economic potential, and the political aspirations of the local community. Despite various obstacles encountered during the formation process, the persistence of local elites played a significant role in shaping the future development of Dharmasraya.

Abstract

Bhūmi Kaḍiri is a wide area of ​​political power by Pangjalu Kingdom government at the 11th-12th centuries AD. The scope of authority area can be known based on the distribution of cultural heritage elements that form the cultural area, including Kediri Region and surrounding areas. The elements of cultural heritage are the King's Gift Inscriptions, Quadrate Inscriptions, and Artifact of Miniature Houses (Durung). The distribution of cultural heritage in Bhumi Kaḍiri shows the existence of a geopolitical space that was purpose constructed by the Pangjalu kings and their high officials to maintain political power and regional sovereignty from enemy attacks. This study uses a historical research method with a landscape archeology approach. The results of the study show that Bhumi Kaḍiri has a natural landscape in the form of lowlands surrounded by mountains as natural fortresses. Meanwhile, the gaps in the lowlands between the two mountains became the residence of soldiers and people who loyally protected the kingdom as a fortress of the soul. The geo-political construction of Bhūmi Kaḍiri is a heritage of knowledge about regional defense in ancient civilization on the Brantas River in the 11th-12th centuries AD.

Abstract

This study takes the title: ‘’The Influence of Perceived Exaggeration and Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention Mediated by Attitude Toward Advertising (A Study on Skincare Products in Indonesia)’’. The aims of this study is to develop a framework to investigate the mediating role of attitude toward advertising for the relationship between perceived exaggerated, brand trust and repurchase intention.The sample in this research was 250 respondents who were taken using a purpose random sampling method. Further, structural equation model with the help of AMOS 29.0 software was used to test the relationship among the proposed constructs. This paper has considered perceived exaggerated and brand trust as exogenous construct, attitude toward advertising as a mediating construct and repurchase intention as endogenous construct. The result it shows that: (1) perceived exaggerated has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. (2) brand trust has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. (3) perceived exaggerated has a significant positive effect on attitude toward advertising. (4) brand trust has a significant positive effect on attitude toward advertising. (5) attitude toward advertising has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. (6) attitude toward advertising mediate the effect of perceived exaggerated on repurchase intention. Abstract

Materi matematika mengenai keliling dan luas bangun datar masih menjadi salah satu materi yang sulit dipahami oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan E-Book Berbasis Model Contextual Teaching Learning Pada Materi Keliling dan Luas Bangun Datar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan metode R&D (Penelitian dan pengembangan), yang dikembangkan oleh model ADDIE, yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah E-Book Berbasis Model Contextual Teaching Learning. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa E-Book berada pada kategori Sangat Layak dengan skor rata-rata 4,67 dari ahli media dan 4,65 dari ahli materi. Dengan demikian, E-Book berbasis CTL ini dinyatakan layak, cukup praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik pada materi keliling dan luas bangun datar.
