Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan guru di MTs YPKS Padangsidimpuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal. Sebagian besar guru masih menggunakan metode konvensional dan belum mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya daerah ke dalam media ajar digital. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru melalui pelatihan Digital Storytelling berbasis cerita rakyat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop, dan pendampingan produksi video yang diikuti oleh 52 guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre–post test, observasi aktivitas, dan refleksi peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi digital guru sebesar 43,3%, partisipasi aktif mencapai 80%, dan tingkat kepuasan 88,5% (kategori sangat baik). Seluruh peserta berhasil menghasilkan minimal satu produk video pembelajaran berbasis cerita rakyat yang layak digunakan. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan hard skills guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi digital, tetapi juga memperkuat soft skills berupa kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan literasi budaya.Abstract: This community service program was motivated by the limited digital competence of teachers at MTsS YPKS Padangsidimpuan, where classroom instruction is still dominated by conventional methods and teachers have not yet integrated local cultural values into digital learning media. The program aimed to enhance teachers’ digital skills through Digital Storytelling training using local folk tales. The implementation consisted of socialization, workshops, and guided video production involving 52 teachers and education staff. Evaluation was conducted through prepost tests, activity observations, and participant reflections. The results showed a 43.3% improvement in teachers’ digital competence, 80% active participation, and 88.5% satisfaction rate (very good category). All participants successfully produced at least one feasible digital storytelling video based on local folklore. This program not only strengthened teachers’ hard skills in using digital applications but also improved soft skills such as creativity, collaboration, and cultural literacy.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa wisata memiliki potensi besar dalam mengembangkan pariwisata berbasis alam dan budaya.Namun masih banyak pengelola desa wisata menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran digital, terutama terkait keterampilan mengelola media sosial, membuat konten kreatif, dan memanfaatkan teknologi mobile. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola desa wisata melalui pelatihan TourMo (Trend of Utility Resources-based Mobile System), sebuah inovasi berbasis media digital seluler yang dirancang untuk memperkuat strategi komunikasi dan promosi pariwisata. Fokus pada pengembangan hard skill dalam produksi konten digital dan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis seluler serta komunikasi kreatif (soft skill). Evaluasi dilakukan melalui 15 pertanyaan pre-test dan post-test. Metode kegiatan mencakup pelatihan interaktif, pendampingan pembuatan konten digital, serta simulasi penggunaan TourMo dalam praktik pemasaran. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 10 peserta yang terdiri dari tim inti pengelola media sosial desa dan pelaku UMKM lokal. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan untuk menilai peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil rata-rata skor Pre-Test adalah 49, sedangkan rata-rata skor Post-Test meningkat menjadi 85. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi atau pelatihan yang diberikan berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta. Implementasi TourMO diharapkan memperluas jangkauan promosi, memperkuat citra destinasi, dan mendorong peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan.Abstract: Tourism villages have great potential in developing nature- and culture-based tourism. However, many tourism village managers still face challenges in digital marketing, particularly in terms of social media management skills, creative content creation, and mobile technology utilization. The objective of this activity is to improve the capacity of tourism village managers through TourMo (Trend of Utility Resources-based Mobile System) training, a mobile digital media-based innovation designed to strengthen tourism communication and promotion strategies. The focus is on developing in digital content production and the use of mobile-based applications (hard skills) as well as creative communication (soft skills). The evaluation was conducted through 15 pre-test and post-test questions. The activity methods include interactive training, assistance in creating digital content, and simulations of using TourMo in marketing practices. The training was attended by 10 participants consisting of the core team of village social media managers and local MSME actors. The activity was evaluated to assess the improvement in participants' understanding and skills before and after the training. The average pre-test score was 49, while the average post-test score increased to 85. This indicates that the intervention or training provided had a positive impact on improving participants' knowledge and abilities. The implementation of TourMO is expected to expand the reach of promotion, strengthen the image of the destination, and encourage an increase in tourist visits.

Abstract

Abstrak: PEKKA merupakan sebuah organisasi non-profit yang berkomitmen pada pemberdayaan perempuan kepala keluarga. Di Kabupaten Karawang, Lokasi center serikat Pekka terletak di Desa Kalibuaya, Kecamatan Telagasari. Salah produk unggulan Pekka Karawang adalah Mie Cangkang Rajungan (Mie Caruka) dan keripik tempe trembesi (Keripik Tempe Basiah). Tempe basiah dapat dikembangkan menjadi keripik tempe sebagai oleh-oleh khas Karawang, sedangkan Mie Caruka masih bertekstur basah sehingga mudah basi dan butuh teknologi untuk mengeringkan mie agar lebih tahan lama. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan Kelompok Pekka dalam hal produksi produk unggulan dan pengemasan. Metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan pelatihan kepada 20 anggota Pekka Karawang. Penilaian perubahan pengetahuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test serta kuesioner skala likert untuk menilai perubahan sikap Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa, (1) terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan anggota pekka Karawang sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakannya sosialisasi sebesar 80%; (2) terdapat perubahan sikap dilihat dari peningkatan minat terhadap produk keripik tempe basiah dan mie cangkang rajungan dengan skor 355 kategori tinggi; dan (3) terdapat peningkatan keterampilan anggota Pekka Karawang dalam membuat dan mengemas keripik tempe basiah dan mie cangkang rajungan.Abstract: PEKKA is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering female heads of families. The Pekka union center is situated in Kalibuaya Village, Telagasari District, within Karawang Regency. The flagship products of Pekka Karawang are Crab Shell Noodles (Mie Caruka) and Trembesi Tempeh Chips (Keripik Tempe Basiah). Basiah tempeh can be developed into tempeh chips as a typical Karawang souvenir, while Mie Caruka still has a wet texture, making it easily perishable and requiring technology to dry the noodles for longer shelf life. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of the Pekka Group in terms of producing superior products and packaging. The empowerment strategies employed included socializing, mentoring, and training for 20 members of Pekka Karawang. Knowledge change assessment was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires, as well as a Likert scale questionnaire to assess attitude changes. The results of the activity showed that: (1) there was an 80% increase in the knowledge of Pekka Karawang members before and after the socialization; (2) there was a change in attitude, as evidenced by an increased interest in basiah tempeh chips and crab shell noodles with a score of 355, which is a high category; and (3) there was an improvement in the skills of Pekka Karawang members in making and packaging basiah tempeh chips and crab shell noodles.

Abstract

Abstrak: UKM Tahu Ngaran merupakan industri rumah tangga yang produktif secara ekonomi. Mitra diketuai oleh pak Muhtadi yang beranggotan 7 orang yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Gunungpati Semarang. Setiap harinya Tahu Ngaran mampu produksi 11-13 kali proses produksi tahu. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu tungku masakan belum menggunakan teknologi dan mitra belum melakukan branding produk dan pengemasan produk tahu. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM untuk meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan produktivitas UKM Tahu Ngaran, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan mitra. Untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan maka metode yang dilakukan meliputi sosialisasi, praktek, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui tanya jawab secara langsung kepada mitra dan pengamatan saat kegiatan berlangsung. Setelah kegiatan program selesai tim akan melakukan pemantauan akan keberlangsungan program di lokasi mitra. Hasil PkM diperoleh tungku masakan yang memberikan hemat waktu perebusan 33,33% dan penghematan kayu bakar 33,33%. Dengan demikian mitra dapat meningkatkan laba sebesar 67,26% sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan UKM Tahu Ngaran. Produk Tahu Ngaran sudah dipasarkan berkemasan dengan nama brand “Tahu Ngaran”.Abstract: UKM Tahu Ngaran is an economically productive home industry. The partner organization, led by Mr. Muhtadi, consists of 7 members and is in Gunungpati District, Semarang. Daily production at Tahu Ngaran involves 11 to 13 batches of tofu processing. The primary challenges faced by the partner included the use of non-technological cooking stoves and a lack of product branding and packaging. The objective of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity was to enhance energy efficiency and productivity for UKM Tahu Ngaran, thereby improving the welfare of the partners. To achieve this objective, the methodology employed involved a series of steps: socialization, practical training, mentorship, and evaluation. The evaluation was conducted through direct interviews (Q&A) with the partners and observational monitoring during the activity. Upon completion of the program, the team will continue to monitor the sustainability of the program at the partner's location. The results of the PKM included the implementation of a new cooking stove, which yielded a 33.33% reduction in boiling time and a 33.33% saving in firewood consumption. Consequently, the partner was able to increase profit by 67.26%, successfully improving the welfare of UKM Tahu Ngaran. The Tahu Ngaran product is now marketed in branded packaging under the name "Tahu Ngaran".

Abstract

Abstrak: Bullying, baik konvensional maupun digital, masih menjadi ancaman serius bagi kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Rendahnya empati siswa serta keterbatasan kompetensi guru BK dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi membuat layanan pencegahan bullying belum optimal. Program PKM VIBES (Virtual Reality as a Bullying Prevention Strategy) bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas guru BK dalam merancang layanan berbasis virtual reality (VR). Kegiatan dilakukan melalui workshop berbentuk blended learning dengan mitra MGBK Kota Surakarta yang melibatkan 33 guru BK SMA/SMK. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, diskusi kelompok, simulasi VR, penugasan mandiri, serta mentoring. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest, posttest, dan refleksi. Hasil kegitan ini terlihat pada peningkatan kemampuan rata-rata paserta sebesar 69,4% dari sebelum ke sesudah pelatihan, melampaui target minimal 30%. Selain itu, 72,7% guru mencapai indikator kunci berupa kemampuan menjelaskan sekaligus menggunakan VR dalam layanan BK. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis para peserta, tetapi juga memperkuat soft skill berupa empati, kreativitas, dan kemapuan berkolaborasi para guru BK.Abstract: Bullying, both conventional and digital, remains a serious threat to students’ psychological well-being. Low levels of student empathy and limited competence of school counselors in integrating technology have hindered the optimization of bullying prevention services. The PKM VIBES program (Virtual Reality as a Bullying Prevention Strategy) aims to enhance counselors’ capacity in designing virtual reality (VR)-based services. The program was implemented through a blended-learning workshop in collaboration with the MGBK of Surakarta, involving 33 high school counselors. The methods included socialization, group discussions, VR simulations, independent assignments, and mentoring. Evaluation was conducted using pretests, posttests, and reflections. Results showed an average improvement of 69.4% in participants’ competence from pre- to post-training, exceeding the minimum target of 30%. Furthermore, 72.7% of counselors achieved key indicators, namely the ability to explain and use VR in counseling services. This program not only improved participants’ technical skills but also strengthened their soft skills, including empathy, creativity, and collaboration.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat pesisir di kawasan rawan banjir melalui pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan mitigasi bencana dan pembinaan keagamaan. Wilayah pesisir sering menghadapi risiko tinggi akibat bencana banjir, yang tidak hanya merusak fisik tetapi juga berdampak pada kondisi psikologis dan spiritual masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat melalui dua pendekatan utama: mitigasi bencana seperti pelatihan dan simulasi, dilanjutkan pembinaan keagamaan melalui penyampaian materi serta diskusi bersama. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 65% terkait pemahaman risiko bencana, keterampilan mitigasi, dan tanggap darurat. Tercatat 85% dari total peserta yang hadir dalam sosialisasi menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dalam sesi diskusi dan simulasi. Masyarakat menunjukkan kesadaran yang lebih tinggi akan pentingnya kesiapsiagaan bencana, yang terlihat dari inisiatif untuk membentuk kelompok siaga bencana di tingkat RT/RW, dan terjadi perubahan perilaku positif, seperti adanya partisipasi aktif dalam latihan simulasi evakuasi dan kesediaan untuk menyiapkan tas siaga bencana. Selain itu, terjalinnya hubungan yang lebih erat antara masyarakat, pemerintah daerah, dan organisasi Muhammadiyah serta terciptanya keharmonisan di lingkungan wilayah pesisir.Abstract: This community service program aims to increase the capacity of coastal communities in flood-prone areas through a holistic approach that integrates disaster mitigation and religious guidance. Coastal areas often face high risks due to flooding, which not only causes physical damage but also impacts the psychological and spiritual conditions of the community. The implementation method focuses on increasing community capacity through two main approaches: disaster mitigation such as training and simulations, followed by religious guidance through the delivery of materials and group discussions. The results of the community service show a 65% increase in knowledge related to understanding disaster risks, mitigation skills, and emergency response. It was recorded that 85% of the total participants who attended the socialization showed active participation in the discussion and simulation sessions. The community demonstrated a higher awareness of the importance of disaster preparedness, as seen from the initiative to form disaster preparedness groups at the RT/RW level, and positive behavioral changes, such as active participation in evacuation simulation exercises and willingness to prepare disaster preparedness bags. In addition, closer relationships were established between the community, local government, and Muhammadiyah organizations and the creation of harmony in the coastal area environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rendahnya literasi keuangan rumah tangga di Kecamatan Lanrisang, Kabupaten Pinrang, menyebabkan banyak keluarga kesulitan mengelola pengeluaran dan cenderung boros. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mencatat, menganalisis, dan mengontrol pengeluaran menggunakan pendekatan sains data. Metode pelatihan mencakup sosialisasi, praktik penggunaan aplikasi “Catatan Keuangan”, serta workshop analisis pola konsumsi boros. Mitra kegiatan adalah ibu rumah tangga dan pelaku UMKM lokal sebanyak 25 orang. Evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait literasi dan manajemen keuangan, dari rata-rata skor 4,08 (pre-test) menjadi 8,16 (post-test). Lebih lanjut, peserta juga menyatakan berkomitmen untuk melakukan pencatatan keuangan harian secara rutin.Abstract: Low household financial literacy in Lanrisang District, Pinrang Regency, causes many families to struggle to manage their expenses and tend to overspend. This community service activity aims to improve community skills in recording, analyzing, and controlling expenses using a data science approach. The training method includes socialization, practical use of the "Financial Notes" application, and a workshop on analyzing wasteful consumption patterns. The activity partners are 25 housewives and local UMKM. Evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-tests. The results of the training activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of financial literacy and management, from an average score of 4.08 (pre-test) to 8.16 (post-test). Furthermore, participants also expressed their commitment to regularly recording their daily finances.

Abstract

Abstrak: Limbah pertanian, khususnya sekam padi, masih belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan sering menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan di wilayah pedesaan. Di sisi lain, keterbatasan inovasi dan peluang usaha menyebabkan petani sangat bergantung pada hasil panen sebagai satu-satunya sumber pendapatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan petani dalam mengelola limbah pertanian berupa sekam padi menjadi sekam bakar yang bernilai ekonomi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi, dengan pendekatan edukatif dan praktis. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 22 anggota Kelompok Tani Kalumpang Jaya dan mencakup penyampaian materi, demonstrasi pengolahan sekam padi menjadi sekam bakar, pembuatan media tanam, serta pengemasan produk. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pretest dan posttest dengan instrumen sebanyak 15 butir pernyataan untuk mengukur pengetahuan dan sikap peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan peserta meningkat sebesar 339%, dari kategori sangat rendah (0,193) menjadi kategori sangat tinggi (0,847). Selain itu, sikap peserta meningkat sebesar 116%, dari kategori rendah (1,933) menjadi kategori sangat tinggi (4,175). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam pengelolaan limbah pertanian yang ramah lingkungan dan berpotensi meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.Abstract: Agricultural waste, particularly rice husk, has not been optimally utilized and often causes environmental problems in rural areas. On the other hand, limited innovation and business opportunities have made farmers highly dependent on crop yields as their sole source of income. This community service activity aims to improve farmers’ knowledge, attitudes, and skills in managing agricultural waste, specifically rice husk, into economically valuable rice husk charcoal. The activity was implemented through several stages, namely preparation, training, and evaluation, using an educational and practical approach. The training involved 22 members of the Kalumpang Jaya Farmers Group and included material presentations, demonstrations of rice husk processing into rice husk charcoal, preparation of planting media, and product packaging. Evaluation was conducted using pretest and posttest instruments consisting of 15 statement items to measure participants’ knowledge and attitudes. The evaluation results showed that the average level of participants’ knowledge increased by approximately 339%, from the very low category (0.193) to the very high category (0.847). In addition, participants’ attitudes increased by approximately 116%, from the low category (1.933) to the very high category (4.175). These findings indicate that the training activity was effective in enhancing farmers’ capacity to manage agricultural waste in an environmentally friendly manner and has the potential to sustainably improve the local community’s economy.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi memberikan banyak manfaat yaitu untuk efesiensi. Proses akuntansi juga dapat diefisiensikan dengan software akuntansi. Tim pengabdian memperkenalkan Accurate Accounting Software dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa SMK di bidang keuangan dan akuntansi. Accurate Accounting Software merupakan aplikasi akuntansi yang membantu pencatatan pembukuan yang sering digunakan secara umum pada perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia. Pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan pemaparan materi dan praktek langsung penggunaan Accurate Accounting Software yang diikuti sebanyak 30 siswa. Sebagai bentuk evaluasi, siswa mengikuti pre-test dan post-test sebanyak 14 pertanyaan. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan sebanyak 34% siswa memperoleh nilai 50 dan sebanyak 66% siswa memperoleh nilai di bawah 50. Hasil post-test menunjukkan sebanyak 17% siswa memperoleh nilai di 70-80, sebanyak 33% siswa memperoleh nilai 60, sebanyak 13% siswa memperoleh nilai 50, dan sebanyak 37% memperoleh nilai di bawah 50. Hal ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat siswa terhadap software akuntansi dan tentunya akan menjadi pengalaman berharga bagi siswa.Abstract: Technological developments provide many benefits, namely efficiency. Accounting processes can also be streamlined with accounting software. The community service team introduced Accurate Accounting Software with the aim of improving the competence of students at SMK Negeri 6 Medan in the field of finance and accounting. Accurate Accounting Software is an accounting application that assists in bookkeeping, which is commonly used in companies in Indonesia. The training was conducted face-to-face with material presentations and hands-on practice using Accurate Accounting Software, which was attended by 30 students. As a form of evaluation, students took a pre-test and post-test. The pre-test results showed that 34% of students scored 50 and 66% of students scored below 50. The post-test results showed that 17% of students scored between 70-80, 33% scored 60, 13% scored 50, and 37% scored below 50. This indicates positive results in improving students' understanding and interest in accounting software and will certainly be a valuable experience for them.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kontribusi UMKM terhadap kuatnya perekonomian sebuah negara, tidak selalu selaras dengan peningkatan kualitas usaha. UMKM sering terkendala oleh terbatasnya sumber daya untuk mengembangkan usaha, termasuk dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi (HPP), dan menentukan harga jual. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman UMKM mengenai konsep dasar akuntansi biaya, dan mempermudah UMKM untuk mengelola keuangan melalui aplikasi berbasis website. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Indikator keberhasilan program meliputi 4 aspek yaitu pemahaman akuntansi biaya, kemampuan menghitung HPP, kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, dan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website, yang dievaluasi pada saat sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian melibatkan 30 mitra UMKM dari Forum Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh mitra UMKM yang terlibat memahami konsep dasar akuntansi biaya, 80% mampu untuk menghitung HPP, 65% mampu menyusun laporan keuangan secara sederhana dan 75% mitra UMKM mampu menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website untuk perhitungan HPP.Abstract: The contribution of MSMEs to the strength of a country's economy is not always in line with improvements in business quality. MSMEs are often constrained by limited resources to develop their businesses, including in calculating the cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and determining selling prices. This community service activity aims to improve MSME understanding of basic cost accounting concepts and make it easier for MSMEs to manage their finances through a website-based application. The implementation method of the community service activity began with the stages of socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and evaluation. The program success indicators included four aspects, namely understanding cost accounting, the ability to calculate COGS, the ability to prepare financial reports, and the ability to use a web-based application, which were evaluated before and after the training. The community service activity involved 30 MSME partners from the Gresik Regency Small and Medium Industry Forum (IKM). The results of the activity showed that all MSME partners involved understood the basic concepts of cost accounting, 80% were able to calculate COGS, 65% were able to prepare simple financial reports, and 75% of MSME partners were able to use web-based applications for COGS calculations.
