Abstract

This study examines the communication strategies employed by GadgetIn, a prominent Indonesian technology education YouTube channel, during May 2024. As digital platforms become increasingly important for technology education, understanding effective communication strategies is crucial for delivering complex technical information to general audiences. The research analyzes eight videos published by GadgetIn in May 2024, employing observational and documentation methods to examine content delivery, visual presentation, and audience engagement strategies. The study reveals that GadgetIn successfully maintains viewer engagement through consistent informal yet informative presentation styles, averaging over 1 million views per video. Key findings demonstrate the channel's effective use of multimedia elements, including infographics, product comparisons, and split-screen demonstrations, while maintaining a balance between technical accuracy and accessible presentation. The research concludes that GadgetIn's success in technology education stems from their ability to combine accurate information with engaging delivery methods, creating an effective model for digital technology education. Their approach reflects a deep understanding of audience preferences and modern content consumption patterns, successfully simplifying complex technological concepts for general viewers while maintaining content credibility and entertainment value.

Abstract

Compared to the four language skills, listening is the first language skill acquired by a language learner. Nevertheless, Students frequently had low performance in listening. They also had a notion that listening can be hardly acquired. Thus, new methods need to applied in listening activities, one of them is using YouTube. This study is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were 49 students of Akademi Kesehatan John Paul II Pekanbaru. Tests and Interviews were carried out to collect data. In cycle 1, the students’ score increased from 50 to 65.10. In cycle 2, the students obtained the average score of 71.02. In conclusion, the use of YouTube in listening activities can improve students’ listening skills. The result of interview revealed that students are more interested in learning English through YouTube. They can learn pronunciation and how to express ideas the same way native speakers did.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the practices of placement, career development and employee welfare at MA PP Darussalam Kasomalang, and to examine their impact on work effectiveness and the quality of the organisational environment. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involved educators, administrative staff, and management as research subjects. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, then analysed thematically to identify relevant patterns. The results showed that employee placement based on a match between individual competencies and organisational needs contributed to increased productivity and job satisfaction. The career development programme implemented, although still limited, is able to encourage employee motivation and loyalty. Meanwhile, employee well-being, which includes physical, psychological and work-life balance aspects, plays an important role in maintaining retention and creating a harmonious working environment. The relationship between placement, career development and employee welfare proved significant in supporting the achievement of the institution's overall goals. This research makes a practical contribution to human resource management in educational institutions by recommending more structured strategies in employee placement, provision of comprehensive career development programmes, and improved welfare policies.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a local culture-based healthy living model to increase the awareness of SDN 06093 students about healthy eating habits and personal hygiene. The method used was a simple intervention based on local culture, which involved the introduction of healthy traditional foods and personal hygiene practices in full-day activities. The results showed that this approach was effective in improving students' understanding of the importance of healthy eating habits and hand washing. This model makes an important contribution to the development of practical culture-based health education strategies, especially in resource-limited settings.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Sparkol VideoScribe oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Negeri 1 Empat Lawang dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada kemajuan teknologi yang dapat mendukung proses belajar mengajar, di mana VideoScribe sebagai alat inovatif memungkinkan pembuatan konten yang interaktif dan menarik secara visual. Metodologi menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan guru PAI dan analisis literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa VideoScribe berhasil menarik perhatian siswa, terutama bagi mereka yang memiliki preferensi pembelajaran visual, meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti ketersediaan proyektor yang terbatas dan konektivitas internet yang tidak stabil. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun VideoScribe menawarkan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pendidikan agama, penting untuk mengatasi masalah infrastruktur dan keterlibatan agar semua siswa dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi ini dalam pengalaman belajar mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya dukungan lebih lanjut untuk integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

Planning the development of interactive learning media to improve understanding of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material is an important step in efforts to improve the quality of education in the digital era. Interactive learning media can create a more interesting and effective learning experience, by allowing students to interact directly with teaching materials through various multimedia elements such as text, images, audio, video, and animation. Interactive media-based learning provides an opportunity for students to understand Islamic religious concepts more deeply and applicatively, according to their characteristics and needs. In developing this learning media, careful planning is needed, starting from determining learning objectives, selecting appropriate materials, to designing an easy-to-use interface. In addition, technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), mobile applications, and e-learning can be utilized to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. With the implementation of good interactive learning media, it is hoped that students' understanding of PAI material will increase, and can shape their character and spirituality in everyday life.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of marketing strategies at PT Astra Internasional Tbk. In this research we will carry out an analysis of the company so that we can analyze how marketing from Pt Astra Internasional Tbk. The type of research used is quantitative research using secondary data where we take existing marketing data. The result is to create statistics regarding previous marketing analysis at Pt Astra Tbk so that we can make decisions on future sales. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide motivation to employees to increase sales and support the company's existence.

Abstract

The teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha are applied in Pancasila education in elementary schools with the aim of fostering constructive thoughts, speech, and behavior in order to develop good character in students. Using descriptive qualitative method, this research was conducted at SD Negeri 4 Tegalinggah. Information was collected through literature review, interviews and observations. The findings of this study demonstrate the effectiveness of Tri Kaya Parisudha in fostering character aligned with Pancasila. It consists of three components: Manacika (thinking good), Wacika (speaking good), and Kayika (doing good). This method has been shown to improve students' good attitude both inside and outside the classroom, which contributes to the achievement of the Pancasila learner profile

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping a knowledgeable and morally upright generation, with teachers holding a key position. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of a professional teacher according to the perspective of the Qur'an. Using a qualitative approach with a library research method, this study analyzes relevant Qur'anic verses on education and the role of teachers, along with supporting literature such as tafsir, hadith, and books on Islamic education. The results reveal that the Qur'an emphasizes the role of teachers not only as knowledge transmitters but also as moral and spiritual guides. The concept of a professional teacher in the Qur'an encompasses dimensions of knowledge, morality, and social responsibility. This research contributes significantly to the development of Islamic education and provides guidance for educators to fulfill their roles with integrity and responsibility in line with Islamic teachings.
