Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis life skill di SLB Negeri Purworejo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum berbasis life skill, yang meliputi: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan jenis-jenis life skill. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri Purworejo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Wakil Kepala bagian Kurikulum, Tim Kurikulum, Kepala Sekolah, dan guru sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif melalui tiga langkah yaitu, reduksi, display, dan verifikasi. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum berbasis life skill di SLB Negeri Purworejo adalah baik, dilakukan dengan membuat tujuan jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang. Pengorganisasian kurikulum berbasis life skill dilakukan melalui adanya surat keputusan mengajar bagi para guru, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan dilakukan secara baik dengan adanya praktik life skill yang meliputi kecakapan personal, kecakapan komunikasi, kecakapan akademik, dan kecakapan vokasional. Evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui tahap penilaian sikap, penilaian pengetahuan, dan penilaian keterampilan.

Abstract

The background to this research is the enormous technological advances, especially in the fields of information and communication. One of the schools that implements the use of information and communication technology as a means of promotion is Sabilina Islamic Elementary School, Bekasi. This research aims to find out how the promotion management process is based on information and communication technology which includes the planning process, organizing, implementation, promotion, evaluation, and promotion results using information and communication technology at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The object of this research at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School, Bekasi. This research data collection technique uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research show that Sabilina Islamic Elementary School uses several media in its promotion, including social media, Facebook, Instagram, and websites. In the promotion management process, Sabilina Islamic Elementary School implements several stages. First, is promotion planning, which includes determining targets for selecting content and so on. Second, Sabilina Islamic Elementary Schools created special teams for this implementation which have been divided into their respective divisions of work. Third, create content according to a predetermined plan. Fourth, the promotion evaluation process is carried out once a year, namely at the end of each year so that the promotion process can continue to develop well. Fifth, from this research positive results were obtained in the promotion process using information and communication technology at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School. This can be seen from the many positive responses from parents of students and the number of prospective parents of students who interact on social media at Sabilina Islamic Elementary School

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work climate on teacher work stress at SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. This research is survey research which examines the influence of work climate on work stress. The population of this study were teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Medan with a total of 38 teachers. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple statistical regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that work climate has a significant influence on teacher work stress, with an influence size of 12.7% and the rest determined by other circumstances. These findings indicate that work climate is not the only factor that influences teachers' work stress levels, but is an important element that can be improved to reduce stress and improve teacher well-being. Several aspects of work climate that influence work stress include social support, workload, communication, and rewards.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies of lecturer’s competency development at STAI al-Azhary Cianjur, as well as to identify the challenges and solutions encountered in this development process. The issues addressed include budget limitations, time constraints, and monitoring systems that affect the effectiveness of the lecturer’s competency development programs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case study, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document studies. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to provide an in-depth overview of the situation faced. The findings indicate that STAI al-Azhary has implemented various competency development programs, such as training, seminars, and research support, which have significantly enhanced the pedagogical and professional abilities of its faculty members. However, challenges regarding budget and time management remain obstacles that need to be addressed. This research also emphasizes the importance of strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented, allowing administrators to make necessary adjustments. These findings offer insights for higher education administrators to formulate more effective strategies for lecturer’s competency development, aimed at achieving better quality education in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menemukan model pembelajaran berbasis riset, implementasi pembelajaran berbasis riset dan Mendapatkan gambaran hasil pembelajaran berbasis riset di Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metode penelitian pengembangan. Tahapan utama penelitian adalah penemuan model, validasi pakar, ujicoba terbatas, ujicoba meluas, dan penetapan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan salah satu pengembangan pembelajaran ke model pembelajaran berbasis riset adalah pembelajaran dengan langkah-langkah pada kegiatan inti pembelajaran sebagai berikut; (1) memberikan informasi pokok tenang materi yang sedang dipelajari, (2) menunjukkan hasil-hasil penelitian dosen yang berkenaan/bersentuhan dengan materi yang sedang dibahas, (3) membagi mahasiswa dalam kelompok diskusi, (4) memberikan penugasan kepada mahasiswa dalam bentuk diskusi dalam kelompok-kelompok.

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard adalah metoda yang dikembangkan Robert S. Kaplan dan David P. Norton untuk mengukur setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi dalam rangka merealisasikan tujuan organisasi tersebut. Balanced Scorecard semula merupakan aktivitas tersendiri yang terkait dengan penentuan sasaran, tetapi kemudian diintegrasikan dengan sistem manajemen strategis. Balanced Scorecard bahkan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai sarana untuk berkomunkasi dari berbagai unit dalam suatu organisasi. Balanced Scorecard juga dikembangkan sebagai alat bagi organisasi untuk berfokus pada strategi. Penilaian kinerja dengan Balance Scorecard diterjemahkan dalam empat perspektif yaitu: (1) perspektif finansial, (2) perspektif konsumen, (3) perspektif bisnis internal, dan (4) perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Bagaimana Balanced Scorecard diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan Islam merupakan tujuan dari penulisan ini.

Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang, kemajuan lembaga pendidikan sangat dituntut oleh adanya arus kuat persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan. SMP Plus Al-Istiqomah, ditemukan beberapa perubahan diantaranya: perubahan etika guru dan perubahan sarana sekolah. Manajemen perubahan menurut Lewin terdiri dari proses Unfreezing (mengenal perlunya perubahan), Changing (berusaha menciptakan kondisi baru, Rerfeezing (menggabungkan, menciptakan dan memelihara perubahan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan temuan-temuan dari fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Adapun sumber data utama adalah kepala sekolah sebagai key informant yang dilanjutkan dengan snowball process. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya tahapan dalam manajemen perubahan. Pada tahap perencanaan, manajemen perubahan tersebut meliputi: mengkaji kebutuhan perubahan, mengemas substansi perubahan, mengidentifikasi faktor perubahan, dan menetapkan rencana operasional perubahan. Sementara pada tahap pelaksanaan manajemen perubahan meliputi: komunikasi perubahan, menjaga perubahan, pelaksanaan perubahan, dan keterlibatan seluruh pihak. Pada tahap pengendalian manajemen perubahan meliputi: penyesuaian rencana dan penguatan perubahan. Adapun faktor penunjang dalam perubahan terdiri dari: lingkungan, mutu sekolah, citra yang lebih baik, dan lingkungan. Faktor penghambatnya meliputi: lingkungan, dan keterbatasan dana.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen diklat di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung yang mencakup profil, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat penyelenggaraan diklat, serta hasil menejemen penyelenggaraan diklat teknis fungsional peningkatan kompetensi guru di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan menyalin dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan penafsiran deskriftif semata-mata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Teknis Fungsional Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung terdiri dari perencanaan yang meliputi:   (1) analisis kebutuhan diklat, (2) rapat kerja, (3) rapat koordinasi, (4) startegi pendekatan, dan (5) penyusunan bahan. Pelaksanaan diklat dilakukan melalui: (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan dan (3) tahap pelaporan. Evaluasi yang terdiri dari: (1) evaluasi terhadap peserta, (2) evaluasi terhadap Widyaiswara, dan (3) evaluasi terhadap penyelenggara.

Abstract

Curriculum management in Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) in the era of Society 5.0 involves balancing traditional Islamic values with the need for modern competencies. Society 5.0 promotes the use of digital technology to enhance human well-being, offering Pesantren opportunities to innovate without losing their religious identity. This study examines how Pesantren Darunnajah manages its curriculum to address these demands. Using an exploratory qualitative approach, data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the Pesantren upholds core principles panca jiwa, panca bina, and panca dharma as the foundation for character development. Its curriculum integrates three systems: Tarbiyatul Mu’allimin wal Mu’allimat Al-Islamiyah (TMI), the Modern Boarding School System, and the Madrasah System. Curriculum management follows stages of planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. To respond to Society 5.0, the Pesantren integrates technology in learning, develops competency-based curricula, strengthens social emotional skills, collaborates with external institutions, and reinforces Islamic values. Overall, the study highlights the Pesantren’s ability to adapt to contemporary challenges while maintaining its identity and educational relevance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyse the dualism of management (top-down approach and Madrasah-Based Management/MBM) in the implementation of the education subsidy programme for orphans, with a focus on developing madrasah management that is responsive to the local needs of the community. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design conducted at Al-Khairiyah Citangkil Private Madrasah Aliyah, Cilegon, Banten. The findings indicate that the educational subsidy programme provides significant opportunities for orphans and economically disadvantaged students to access quality education. On the one hand, the top-down management approach ensures programme standardisation, policy control, and financial accountability. On the other hand, Madrasah-Based Management allows contextual adaptation to local needs and institutional conditions, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of educational services. This study implies that effective synergy between top-down policy frameworks and the flexibility of Madrasah-Based Management is essential for developing an inclusive and sustainable education system that empowers madrasahs to respond to the educational needs of their local communities.
