Abstract

Competition among educational institutions, resulting in a minimum number of students enrolled. In addition, the pandemic conditions that occurred also influenced consumers in choosing educational institutions. Even in various areas, private schools are threatened with closure due to the pandemic, which has reduced people's interest in sending their children to private schools. The purpose of this study was to find out: how does the marketing mix influence students' decisions to attend Adzkia Integrated Islamic School, how much influence does the marketing mix have on students' decisions to attend Adzkia Integrated Islamic School. This type of research is a quantitative research with ex post de facto method. The population in this study were Adzkia Sukabumi IT Middle School and High School students. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Before being used to obtain objective data, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was first carried out. After the data is collected, then the data is processed and analyzed using the classical assumption test and simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix which consists of product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and process has a significant influence on students' decisions to attend Adzkia Integrated Islamic School with a tcount of 3.854 greater than the ttabel value 1.665 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. While the coefficient value of the adjusted R aquare shows that the marketing mix has an influence of 16.5% with a calculation of 100% -16.5%, then 83.5% is another factor that influences students' decisions in choosing to study at SIT Adzkia Sukabumi

Abstract

In madrasah, student management can be a place to raise standards and performance. In order for educational institutions to measure the success of student achievement, students are properly supervised. Student management is an initiative to manage children from the time they start school until they graduate. Planning, mentoring, evaluation, and transfer are student management tasks that must be completed before graduation. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of students at SDIT Ummatan Wahidah. The research methodology is a qualitative research method with a phenomenon-oriented approach in conducting research. information was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings of the study indicate that SDIT Ummatan Wahidah was established for 10 years creating outstanding students with the concept of student management at SDIT Ummatan Wahidah through student planning activities, student development, student evaluation, and transfers.

Abstract

The digital era as the impact of the science and technology revolution is a necessity that cannot be avoided by humans. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused learning to be diverted through online media. Not only subject teachers, but BK teachers also get the impact of technological developments and the covid-19 pandemic at the same time. This study aims to determine the relationship between cybercounseling management and the digital competence of guidance and counseling teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Ciamis Regency. This research is descriptive, the approach used is quantitative with the type of correlation. The technique of data collection is done by using a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The data analysis technique was carried out in stages, starting from the validity test and the data reliability test. Then a statistical analysis was carried out consisting of a partial analysis per indicator and variable interpretation. Then the correlation analysis was carried out including the normality test of the data, the linearity test of the data, the correlation test, and the coefficient of determination test. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the Pearson correlation was 0.756. Based on the correlation coefficient interpretation table, 0.756 is in the interval 0.60 - 0.799, or is included in the strong category, it can be concluded that the relationship between cybercounseling management and the digital competence of BK teachers in MTs Kab. Ciamis has a strong relationship.

Abstract

The principal of the elementary school is the leader in thw basic education unit whose task is to carry out the management of the elementary education unit he leads. The principal of the elementary school is the leader in the basic education unit whose task is to carry out the management of the basic education unit he leads. A good principal can shape the learning carried out by teachers is also good, resulting in good student and teacher achievement. The role of the principal as a manager can assist in increasing the creativity of teaching teachers to produce quality students. This study aims to describe the principal’s strategy in planning programs, organizing, mobilizing and supervising school programs in increasing learning creativity for teachers. This research is a case study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected by means of observation, inteviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the managerial role of elementary school principals in increasing learning creativity for teachers has been going well with the roles og: (1) planning an activity program bu detailing the needs of students and education personnel, planning a curriculum that will run well, and creating a cultural climate that conducive; (2) create an organizational structure that involves parents through the school committee and completes the necessary infrastructure; (3) setting a good and calm example at work, motivating and rewarding personnel both morally and materially, improving welfare and involving educational staff in training; (4) leading and supervising in order to improve the school goals that were formulated together.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the important tools that determine the success of achieving educational goals in schools. The achievement of educational goals implemented in the application of the right curriculum depends on good curriculum management. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of curriculum management at SMPIT Assyifa Boarding School Wanareja Subang in an effort to achieve institutional goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The Educational Objective of SMPIT Assyifa Boarding School Wanareja Subang is "Creating a Generation of Rabbani who are Pious, Smart and have Leader Character". 2) To achieve the educational goals set by the institution, the curriculum applied at SMPIT Assyifa Boarding School Wanareja Subang is the "Assyifa Curriculum" which is a combination of the MAPADI Curriculum, the National Curriculum and the Dormitory & JSIT Curriculum

Abstract

PAUD (Early Childhood Education) schools have an important role in establishing the foundations of education at an early age. Efficient and timely administrative management is needed to ensure the school's daily operations run smoothly. In an effort to improve teacher administrative management, the use of an Integrated Information System (PAUD SITE) was proposed as a potential solution. This system will integrate various administrative aspects, such as managing schedules, attendance, teacher personal data, announcements, and communication between the teacher and the school. This research involves an in-depth analysis of how the implementation of the PAUD SITE can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher administrative management. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with school administrative staff and teachers, as well as a survey given to teachers and related schools. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of the PAUD SITE in teacher administration management in PAUD schools. The practical implications of this research can be used as a guide for PAUD schools wishing to introduce or increase the use of an integrated information system in their daily operations.

Abstract

This research is based on the gap between what reality should be and the actual situation, namely related to public speaking abilities. This ability can be seen as an essential and valuable skill. In reality, there are still many students who do not understand the concept of public speaking and feel embarrassed when speaking in front of a public audience. This research aims to explore the urgency of public speaking and analyze the best practice of public speaking in increasing student self-confidence. This research used a quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design, carried out by measuring the subject's understanding, providing treatment, and re-testing the research subjects. The research subjects were HMPS MPI 2021-2022 administrators, totaling 33 students. Primary data was obtained through pre-tests, and post-tests, and interviews, while secondary data was obtained through books, articles, and websites. The results of this research show that: 1) Public speaking is a very important skill for students because it can be used as preparation when returning to society; Train and increase self-confidence in facing the world of work, project presentations, and business negotiations; Improve your ability to express yourself well and be more appreciated. 2) Best practice as the best practice in increasing student self-confidence (HMPS MPI 2021/2022 Period) is carried out through Public Speaking Class training. The results of this training showed changes in the understanding of public speaking before and after the training, where 22 out of 33 students (66.67%) were in the "High" category. As many as 8 out of 33 students (24.24%) were in the "Medium" category. As many as 1 out of 33 students (3.03%) were in the "Low", No Increase" and "Decrease" categories.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning management of Al-Qur’an memorization (Tahfidz Al-Al-Qur’an) at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi. The approach employed in this study was descriptive approach, utilizing qualitative methods with data collection instruments such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this research undergoes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the learning management of Al-Qur’an memorization at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi has been effectively implemented. This Al-Qur’an memorization learning is facilitated through the collaboration among the school principal, the Chairman of the foundation, the Curriculum Vice Principal, the Student Affairs Vice Principal, and the Tahfidz teachers who are responsible for optimizing the Al-Qur’an learning process and providing greater understanding of the importance of memorizing the Al-Qur’an for the students. This achievement is closely related to the adjustment of planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation processes of Al-Qur’an memorization learning at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi.

Abstract

Digitalization in education encourages teachers to adapt in creating learning experiences that are relevant and meet the needs of students in the technological era. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education. AI supports teachers by providing tools that promote creativity and innovation in teaching. This study uses a qualitative literature review approach to analyze the development of AI technology in supporting learning, identify types of AI that can enhance teachers' creativity and innovation, and explore the challenges and opportunities of using AI in education. The findings of the study indicate thatAI plays a crucial role in supporting teachers' creativity and innovation. It helps enhance the quality of learning through tools that enable personalization and efficiency in the teaching process. Although AI holds great potential, its implementation in education still faces challenges, such as limited training for teachers and the risk of over-dependence on technology

Abstract

As time progressed, scientific leadership began to develop along with the growth of scientific management, which is better known as the science of leading. Leadership is a very important thing in school-based management. Principals as leaders have different leadership styles according to their character. Leadership characteristics contained in Qs. Ali Imran verse 159, namely: Meek and gentle. Being soft-hearted makes a leader more sensitive to what is happening around him. He is able to feel what other people feel. The research method used is a qualitative approach, namely field research. as a key instrument. In this research, the method used to collect data was observation, interviews, and documentation. Writing results: (1) a leader must be able to be a unifier in the midst of the diversity of Muslims and is also expected to be able to advance the lives of Muslims in the future; (2) There are many stories in the Qur'an that describe how a leader carries out his duties as a leader, it can help success educators while carrying out their duties; (3) Quality or good qualities in educational institutions must be built as early as possible which can be grown through the family environment. Reflections of a leader's good attitude include factors, one of which arises through religious norms.
