Abstract

Salah satu tujuan negara kita dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945 alinea ke empat adalah mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Dalam prakteknya pembelajaran IPS di sekolah kegiatan pembelajarannya biasa lebih dikuasai oleh guru (teacher center) yaitu dengan kegiatan ceramah sehingga hasil belajar masih dibawah KKM, siswa kurang cakap dan tidak percaya diri. Hal ini karena model pembelajaran yang digunakan belum memusatkan pada aktivitas siswa. Dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) selama proses pembelajaran diharapkan bisa melibatkan siswa untuk belajar dalam kelompok-kelompok heterogen sehingga aktivitas dan motivasi belajar siswa lebih terarah dan bermakna, selain itu model STAD dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, siswa aktif dan mampu bekerja sama. Tujuan penerapan model STAD ini mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuisioner untuk mengukur minat belajar dan tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh: 1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensional. 2) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan minat terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa. 3) Pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki minat tinggi, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensional. 4) Pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki minat rendah, tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model discovery learning dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran discovery learning dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the use of active learning role reversal questions to improve Civics learning outcomes on globalization material for Class VI Semester I SD Negeri 3 Gunturharjo. The research design is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects for Class VI Semester I SD Negeri 3 Gunturharjo the academic years 2019/2020 totaled 11 students. The indicator of success is at least 75% of the total number of students getting a score of 75. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show: (1) The use of active learning role reversal questions to improve the results of Civics learning on globalization materials through: the teacher makes questions, explains activities, divides groups, assigns discussions, assigns individual questions, questions and answers (switching roles), and feedback. (2) Civics learning outcomes for Class VI students in Semester I of SD Negeri 3 Gunturharjo increased: Pre-action 4 students (36.4%) averaged 66, Cycle I had 8 students (73%) averaged 74, and Cycle II had 10 students (91%) an average of 86. The learning is successful according to the KKM indicator ≥ 75 (91% ≥ 75%).

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the meaning of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, to know the characteristics of the Problem Based Learning model, to know the Problem Based Learning learning plan, to know the steps/syntax of Problem Based Learning learning, to know the strengths and weaknesses of the learning model. Problem Based Learning.Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a curriculum model that deals with students' real world problems. This learning model places problems as the core of the learning process, meaning that without problems, learning will not be possible. The purpose of this paper is to find out the meaning of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, to know the characteristics of the Problem Based Learning model, to know the planning Learning Problem Based Learning, knowing the steps/syntax of learning Problem Based Learning, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the Problem Based Learning learning model. Student involvement in learning cycle I was 64.25% (high) and increased in cycle II to 80% (very high). The teacher's performance value in the first cycle was 80.15 and increased to 95% in the second cycle. From the increase in the numbers above, it can be concluded that the PBL model can improve student learning outcomes and activities as well as teacher performance in learning mathematics with integers in grade VI SD Negeri 012 Sagulung, Batam City

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengkaji mengenai dampak penggunaan gadget bagi perkembangan sosial peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Artikel ini merupakan hasil kajian dan analisis dari berbagai literatur yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Adapun model yang saya gunakan adalah studi literatur atau lirature riview. Sehingga hasilnya menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik di tingkat sekolah dasar menggunakan gadget hanya untuk bermain game online, membuat konten di aplikasi tiktok, dan menonton film animasi yang seharusnya gadget dapat dipergunakan untuk menggali pengetahuan atau dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi peserta didik dalam mengembangkan wawasannya. Sehingga dalam hal ini sangat diperlukan pengawasan yang intens oleh orang tua selaku penanggung jawab utama agar selalu mengingatkan dan memberikan kontrol pada semua kegiatan anak dalam menggunakan gadget sehari-hari. Hal ini harus dilakukan untuk meminimalisir sisi negatif dari dampak penggunaan gadget pada anak serta guru harus dilibatkan agar sinergitas antara orang tua dan guru dapat berjalan dengan optimal. sudah seharusnya peserta didik di tingkat sekolah dasar dapat diarahkan untuk selalu melakukan eksplorasi kegiatan yang lebih mengasah kepada kemandirian, motorik maupun pengetahuannya

Abstract

Language style is operated to convey ideas and thoughts as well as to express intentions and to show who the speakers themselves. In the era of glory for You-tube, this research focuses on categorizing the language style used by the Indonesian Minister of Education in Najwa program uploaded in Najwa You-tube channel. The researcher used qualitative research to analyze and describe language style used in the transcript of video interview and document analysis. The data of this research is in the form of utterances. The data analysis technique was obtained through qualitative analysis by doing three steps; organizing and familiarizing, coding and reducing, and interpreting and representing. Researchers only found 3 styles, namely: casual style, intimate style and consultative. This research gives contribution in learning the character leadership shown by the Indonesian Minister of Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai Pendidikan yang merupakan bagian terpenting dalam mewujudkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dapat bersaing secara global dengan sumber daya manusia lainnya yang bersal dari luar bangsa kita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hal-hal yang terkait dengan pendidikan karakter, Saat ini Indonesia mengalami krisis yang terkait penyimpangan moral. Sedangkan Karakter adalah dasar fikiran seseorang, karena di dalam pikiran terdapat seluruh program yang terbentuk berasal dari pengalaman hidup atau kejadian yang dialami individu tersebut. Program inilah kemudian membentuk keyakinan dalam diri seseorang sehingga pada akhirnya dapat membentuk dan mempengaruhi pola berpikir individu dan dapat mempengaruhi perilaku individu. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa jika program yang tertanam dalam fikiran manusia tersebut sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip kebenaran, maka perilaku yang diperbuatnya akan berjalan selaras dengan hukum alam dan norma yang berlaku dalam lingkungan sosial.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi yang peneliti lakukan di lapangan terlihat bahwa pembelajaran matematika yang dilakukan masih berpusat pada guru. Model pembelajaran cenderung menitik beratkan pada komunikasi search, aktivitas siswa untuk aktif dalam kegiatan belajar kurang dan pola belajar mereka cenderung menghafal. Materi yang diberikan guru kurang dikaitkan dengan dunia nyata siswa. Kenyataan tersebut merupakan masalah yang harus ditangani dan dipecahkan oleh guru dan pihak terkait lainnya. Untuk dapat membuat siswa tertarik dan mengerti dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah dengan menghubungkan materi yang dipelajari dengan dunia nyata siswa. Dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti melakukan upaya perbaikan dengan menerap kan pendekatan konstektual pada pembelajaran matematika yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pembelajaran kontekstual adalah konsep belajar yang membantu guru mengaitkan antara metode yang diajarkan dengan situasi dunia nyata siswa dan mendorong siswa untuk membuat hubungan antara pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari.Tujuan Utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kontekstual pada materi pembagian bilangan.

Abstract

The leadership of the millennial generation today refers to the concept of western leadership. In fact, Indonesia is a country that has various noble values of the nation. One of these noble values is the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership. According to Ki Hajar Dewantara, the essence of education is an attempt to internalize cultural values into the child, so that the child becomes a complete human being, both mentally and spiritually. This stage of internalization of cultural values is very important in shaping the character of the millennial generation as future leaders of the nation. In addition, in the wayang saga, there are astha brata values that correlate with the noble values of Ki Hajar Dewantara. These two values when applied will form the ideal leader character. Unfortunately, the value of leadership begins to fade with the times. This writing method uses a literature review study with a sociological and historical approach. The purposes of writing this article are, (1) Ki Hajar Dewantara's noble leadership model, (2) actualizing the present noble leadership of Ki Hajar Dewantara, and (3) maintaining the noble leadership of Ki Hajar Dewantara through the noble values of astha brata.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the importance of a project based learning model in social studies learning to improve student achievement. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a naturalistic approach. This research was conducted at SMP IT MTA Karanganyar. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research instrument is the author himself as a data collector. The data validation was done by using triangulation techniques, double checking, and peer question and answer. Data analysis was performed using interactive analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification of conclusion. From the research results it can be concluded that the project based learning model is very important in social studies learning to improve student achievement. The increase in student learning achievement can be seen in the increase in student learning outcomes in material relics of the Hindu and Buddhist kingdoms in Indonesia. Project Based Learning assists teachers in developing student skills in making products that have benefits for students in participating in classroom learning. This condition is the main asset used in implementing the 2013 curriculum to create a generation that is superior, intelligent, creative, has quranic morals and environmentally friendly characters.
