Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education requires learning innovations that are adaptive to the characteristics of the millennial generation, especially in complex courses such as State Administration Law (HAN). At FHISIP University of Mataram, conventional lecture methods still dominate, causing boredom and low understanding of students to abstract concepts such as the principle of legality and discretion of public officials. Responding to these challenges, this service project developed VIP-HAN (Innovative Video of Learning Law of State Administration) as an interactive and easily accessible technology-based learning media. The implementation method consists of six stages: consultation with mentors, coordination with the Head of the Constitutional Law Section, collection of materials, video production using CapCut and Canva applications, socialization in class, and evaluation through Google Form questionnaires. The video material is compiled based on RPS and academic literature, with a storytelling approach and infographic animation to make it easier to understand. The evaluation showed that 85% of students found it helpful to understand abstract concepts, and 78% of lecturers appreciated the efficiency of teaching time. The discussion included technical challenges, adaptive strategies, and cross-disciplinary collaboration in content development. The project also sparked further innovations in the faculty environment, such as the development of podcasts and digital simulations by other study programs. In conclusion, VIP-HAN has proven to be effective as a hybrid learning solution that supports the digitization of legal education. Institutional support and strengthening of lecturer capacity are the key to the sustainability of this innovation in the future.

Abstract

The Indonesian legal system still contains gender bias embedded in the substance, structure, and culture of law. This community service activity aims to: (1) enhance gender legal literacy among academics, legal practitioners, and the general public through a book review; (2) disseminate empirical findings on gender injustice in the Indonesian legal system; and (3) promote the Mubadalah perspective as an alternative framework in Islamic family law reform. The book review activity of "Mata Hukum, Mata Perempuan" was conducted on November 9, 2025, in North Lombok, involving keynote speakers, the author, and three reviewers from various disciplines. This book integrates legal feminism with the Mubadalah perspective to analyze gender bias in marriage law, the juvenile criminal justice system, child marriage prevention, and women's participation in state administration. The activity results showed high enthusiasm among participants in understanding structural gender injustice in Indonesian law. Discussions generated concrete recommendations for more gender-responsive legal reform, including revision of the Marriage Law, strengthening dual accountability mechanisms in the juvenile justice system, and empowering local customary institutions in preventing child marriage. The Mubadalah perspective proved effective as a bridge for dialogue between feminism and Islam in the context of Indonesian Muslim society.

Abstract

In the world of sports, an athlete's success is not only determined by intensive training but also by proper physical recovery management. One aspect that is often overlooked yet very important is recovery through sports massage techniques. The main problem identified is the lack of specialized teams or skilled personnel serving as sports masseurs or sports therapy experts in most sports branches under KONI Kota Mataram. The goal of this training is to ensure that each sports branch under KONI Mataram has competent supporting personnel in the field of sports massage, namely sports therapists. The method used in this service is the expository method, which is a learning method delivered by first providing lectures that explain supporting materials such as injury massage, discussions, definitions, principles and concepts of the subject matter, as well as providing examples of practice exercises, demonstrations, qustions, and assignments, as well as knowledge training both in theory and practice. The research results can be concluded to provide an understanding of the basic theory and practice of sports therapy in sports massage for the measurement team under KONI Mataram, preparing the measurement team, and improving athletes' recovery quality through skilled personnel in the field of sports massage.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a major public health challenge in Indonesia, including at the local level. This study aims to describe the implementation of stunting prevention and management programs in Gunjan Asri Village, North Lombok Regency, focusing on stunting prevention awareness campaigns and the provision of supplementary feeding (PMT). This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving posyandu cadres, village officials, health center staff, and parents of children under five. The findings show that the awareness campaign conducted on August 30, 2025, successfully improved community understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition, parenting practices, and child health, although its effectiveness still requires repeated activities to sustainably change behavior. Meanwhile, the supplementary feeding program held on September 6, 2025, contributed positively to improving children’s nutritional intake, particularly for six children identified as stunted, but its implementation was constrained by limited funding, resulting in a one-time activity. These findings highlight that awareness campaigns and supplementary feeding can serve as effective strategies in supporting the acceleration of stunting reduction, but greater consistency, budget support, and cross-sector collaboration are required to ensure optimal and sustainable impact.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasing competition, professional competence has become a key factor determining individual success in the workforce. The internship program at Bank BTN serves as an effective means to develop students' professional competencies, encompassing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary in a work context. Through practical experience, students not only acquire technical skills but also build character and a strong work ethic. This program encourages the development of interpersonal skills, such as communication and teamwork, which are essential in the workplace. Although students face challenges such as adapting to new work environments and pressure to meet expectations, this experience provides valuable learning opportunities. Therefore, collaboration between educational institutions and industries, including Bank BTN, is crucial to create optimal internship experiences that support the professional competency development of students.
