Abstract

BUMDes Tunas Mandiri Nglanggeran berlokasi di Desa Nglanggeran, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, dan telah berkembang sebagai destinasi wisata sejak 2008. Namun, pengelolaan dan promosi BUMDes masih belum optimal sehingga potensi yang dimiliki belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan. Minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi tantangan utama dalam memperluas promosi. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi pengelolaan media digital sangat diperlukan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran produk BUMDes melalui pengelolaan website secara optimal. Diharapkan, keterampilan pengurus BUMDes dalam menggunakan website dapat berkembang pesat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, analisis situasi, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pengurus BUMDes. Tahapan pelaksanaan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, pembuatan materi pelatihan, hingga pelaksanaan pelatihan pengelolaan website. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengurus BUMDes dalam mengelola website. Pengurus mampu melakukan pembaruan konten dan memanfaatkan fitur website untuk promosi produk. Cakupan pemasaran BUMDes menjadi lebih luas dan informasi produk lebih mudah diakses masyarakat. Selain itu, interaksi dengan konsumen juga meningkat. Walaupun masih dijumpai tantangan teknis, pendampingan berkelanjutan memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi promosi. Keberlanjutan pelatihan sangat dianjurkan untuk menjaga peningkatan daya saing BUMDes di masa depan.

Abstract

Siswodipuran Subdistrict, located in Boyolali Regency, Central Java, is home to a number of historical colonial-era buildings that have yet to be systematically documented. A lack of public and governmental awareness and understanding regarding the historical value and economic potential of these heritage structures poses a significant challenge. This community engagement program aims to support the preservation and visual dissemination of these colonial buildings through digital media as a means of education, research, and strengthening local identity. The methods employed include lectures, discussions, guided historical scriptwriting, documentary video production, and online publication. The Social History Research Group of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sebelas Maret, in collaboration with community partners and the local government, produced a documentary video and media publications highlighting the historical potential of the Siswodipuran area. The outcomes of this program include popular articles, educational videos on YouTube, and increased community participation in cultural heritage preservation. It is expected that this initiative can serve as a model for local historical documentation and encourage the utilization of historical buildings as cultural and economic assets for the community.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in driving regional economic growth, creating employment opportunities, and improving community welfare. In Indonesia, the majority of MSME actors are women (womenpreneurs) who are actively involved in various local economic sectors. However, many of these womenpreneurs still face challenges in formulating systematic business plans and fulfilling business legality requirements.This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of female MSME actors—particularly members of the Persaudaraan Muslimah (Salimah) organization in Pangkalpinang City—in designing business models using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and to increase awareness of the importance of business legality, such as obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB). The activity was carried out through training, outreach, interactive discussions, and simulations of BMC formulation and legality registration via the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.To assess the effectiveness of the training, pre-tests and post-tests were conducted with the participants. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of the BMC concept and business legality, as well as a positive change in their attitudes and readiness to apply both to their businesses. Therefore, this activity has proven effective in encouraging womenpreneurs to develop their businesses in a more structured, formal, and sustainable manner through proper business planning and compliance with business regulations.

Abstract

The development of technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 requires an increase in technological literacy from an early age, including at the junior high school level (SMP). One way to introduce the concept of technology is through automation and robotics education. Based on this, the lecturer and student team from the Electrical Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Garut University, conducted community service activities in the form of education and robotics awareness to 8 MTsN 1 Garut students on May 24, 2025, with a total of 69 participants. The purpose of this activity is to foster interest, insight, and basic understanding of students about the automation system and robotics technology. The method of implementing the activity consists of the delivery of automation and robotics materials, question and answer sessions, and demonstrations of tools in the form of Line Follower robot, robot soccer, and heavy monitoring and sheep height. The results showed high levels of student participation and enthusiasm. Students look active in asking questions and trying to run robots directly. The evaluation was carried out with a satisfaction questionnaire, which showed positive results: satisfaction with the relevance of the topic of 77.33%, how to deliver 80%resource persons, the implementation of activities 78.67%, and the benefits of activities 85.33%. It can be concluded that this educational activity can increase student awareness and interest in automation and robotics technology, and can be applied to become an effective and fun Stem learning model at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Community service activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the female students at Pondok Pesantren Adnan Al-Charish in utilizing Madagascar periwinkle (Catharanthus roseus L.) as a raw material for producing a natural, locally sourced sunscreen in the form of a face mist. Catharanthus roseus contains various secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, terpenoids, phenols, tannins, saponins, quinines, and sterols, with vincristine and vinblastine as the main compounds known for their antioxidant, antimitotic, and potential ultraviolet (UV) protection activities. The method employed was Participatory Action Research (PAR), consisting of observation, survey, preparation, training, and evaluation stages. The training involved 30 female students who directly practiced making face mist from C. roseus leaf extract using the infusion method, combined with PVP and glycerin, followed by pH testing and product packaging. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, with post-test results indicating 89.1% in the high category compared to the pre-test, which was dominated by the low category. This program not only improved participants’ understanding and practical skills but also raised awareness about utilizing local natural resources to develop functional products with beneficial and economic potential.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung is located in a strategic yet disaster-prone area, facing risks such as floods, earthquakes, and fires. The school did not have a structured evacuation route system or evacuation maps displayed in strategic areas, leaving the school community without clear visual guidance for evacuation routes and assembly points during emergencies. This community service activity aimed to develop evacuation route maps based on the actual spatial conditions of the school to improve preparedness. The methods included field observation, manual measurement, visual documentation, and digital mapping using AutoCAD, with design validation involving school stakeholders. The activity produced a proportional digital evacuation map showing routes from all strategic areas to three designated assembly points. Before the implementation, only 16.7% of evacuation-supporting elements were available; after installation and dissemination, the preparedness index improved significantly from an average of 22.7% to 76.7%. The map is clear, easy to understand, and serves as an essential visual reference to support the Disaster-Safe School program. The development of this evacuation route map has improved the structural preparedness of the school and provides a technical foundation for future disaster drills and training.

Abstract

The limited fishing fleet has become a major problem for small-scale fisheries in many regions of Indonesia, one of which is Cot Seurani Village, Muara Baru District, North Aceh Regency. Due to the lack of fishing fleets, many fishers in Cot Seurani Village have to find other jobs to make ends meet. If this situation is allowed to continue, it will inhibit the development of the marine and fisheries sector as well as the welfare of local fishers. To address the above issues, Armada Terapung (Arung) serves as an alternative platform for fishers to conduct fishing activities and can be utilized as a potential fishing area. The objective of this activity is to socialize and educate fishers about ARUNG as a platform for fishing activities. The methods used in this activity include socialization and education for fishers community through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is that the Arung technology socialization and education activities were carried out well executed and received a positive response from all participants. The partner groups gained a good understanding of the general overview of Arung, its functions, construction, and how it can be optimally utilized by all parties. The safety of fishers during fishing activities on Arung is an important consideration during the construction of Arung. The conclusion of this activity is that the socialization and education of fishers on Arung technology has provided fishermen with a good understanding and has provided a lot of positive input for the development of Arung's design before it is put into operation.

Abstract

This community service is carried out as a solution to strengthening digital villages in Mangkubumi Village, Sadananya District. The Human Resources and Digital Village facilities in Mangkubumi Village itself are qualified, but their management is not optimal. The training was carried out directly in Leuwihalang Hamlet, Mangkubumi Village, Sadananya District. This training was aimed at the Karang Taruna of Mangkubumi Village as many as 10 people. In the training process the service team presents two presenters with different content. The service team takes material that will be delivered by the speaker regarding news writing and graphic design. Training is held 3 times a week with a series of training activities, namely presentation sessions, discussions, and writing training. Human Resource Strengthening Training to Support Digital Village Management in Mangkubumi Village has been carried out. Karang Taruna Desa understands how to optimize digital village management in Mangkubumi Village. Strengthening Human Resources Through Digital Literacy in accordance with the needs of the Village Youth Organization, where so far Mangkubumi Village has qualified Human Resources and Digital Village facilities. This training can certainly give birth to youth from Mangkubumi Village who are qualified to manage Digital Villages. Keywords :

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have proven to be able to overcome the wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. Resilience to the impact of the crisis occurred because of the entrepreneurial capabilities possessed by MSMEs, especially at the home industry level. However, these small businesses are not free from problems. The problem that occurs is the lack of understanding of increasing management capacity, including production management and marketing management. Therefore, the community service team from Universitas Muria Kudus assisted Roti Global to improve its entrepreneurial capabilities through various training and implementation of machine technology that helps the production process. Roti Global is located in Piji Village, Dawe District, Kudus Regency. The methods used were Focus Group Discussion (FGD), socialization of improving the production process, marketing training, application of technology and observation and impact analysis. In the end, the goal of the Universitas Muria Kudus team's community service was achieved

Abstract

The 2025 Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Cendekia Abditama (UCA) in Legok District focused on providing simple financial report literacy training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSME actors in this area lack basic knowledge and skills in recording financial transactions and preparing essential financial statements such as income statements and cash flow reports. This program aimed to enhance the financial management capabilities of local businesses to support more informed business decision-making. The implementation method included seminars, technical training sessions, and direct assistance using a participatory approach to ensure active engagement of participants. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and application of simple financial recording techniques. They became more capable of calculating profits, monitoring cash flow, and evaluating their business performance. Several MSMEs began to adopt more systematic financial practices. This training effectively contributed to increased profitability and strengthened the economic independence of the Legok community. Therefore, the program demonstrated a positive impact on MSME empowerment through the improvement of basic financial literacy.
