Abstract

INCREASING COMMITMENT TO THE PROFESSION THROUGH PERSONALITY STRENGTHENING, AND TEACHER EMPOWERMENT, MEDIATED BY JOB SATISFACTIONIn general, this research aims to find strategies and ways to increase Commitment to the Profession in Permanent Teachers of Private Elementary School Foundations in Cipayung District, East Jakarta so that it can become input and recommendations for related parties, namely teachers, school principals, school administrators, and education authorities. Apart from that, we also found a new synthesis regarding commitment to the profession, personality, empowerment and job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the private elementary school level because private teachers have a commitment that is certainly different from civil servant teachers. This research uses quantitative research with a path analysis approach, which is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to find information about what we want to know. The population in this study were private elementary school teachers with non-GTY status who taught in Cipayung District, East Jakarta. The population is 278 teachers from 10 private elementary schools in the Cipayung sub- district, East Jakarta. Of the 278 permanent foundation teachers at private elementary schools in Cipayung sub-district, East Jakarta, 165 non - GTY people will be sampled. This study found that Personality has a significant effect on teacher professional commitment with a path coefficient of 3.624 (p-value 0.01). Empowerment also contributes significantly with a path coefficient of 4.317 (p- value 0.01), and job satisfaction shows a significant effect with a path coefficient of 2.732 (p-value 0.01). The indirect effect of personality and empowerment on teacher professional commitment is mediated by job satisfaction, each with a coefficient of 0.2095 and 0.2769 indicating an important role of job satisfaction as a mediator. The results of the research show that personality has a direct and very  significant  positive  effect  on  commitment  to the profession through job  satisfaction  so  that strengthening  personality  through  job  satisfaction  can  indirectly  increase  commitment  to  the profession and empowerment has an indirect effect on commitment to the profession through job satisfaction, thereby strengthening empowerment. Through job satisfaction it can indirectly increase commitment to the profession.

Abstract

THE APPLICATION OF THE SNOWBALL THROWING TECHNIQUE COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL IN IMPROVING STUDENTS' UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGERS OF EVIL IN CLASS X OF MADRASAH ALIYAH YASTI IN THE SUBJECT OF MORAL FAITH Character education in Islam plays an important role in shaping students' morals, including their understanding of the dangers of hasad (envy). However, at the Madrasah Aliyah (MA) level, students' understanding of the negative impacts of hasad remains low, partly due to less interactive teaching methods. This study aims to improve students' understanding of the dangers of hasad through the Snowball Throwing technique. This research employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study were 21 tenth-grade students at MA Yasti Cisaat. The results show that optimizing cooperative learning through the Snowball Throwing technique is effective in enhancing students' understanding of hasad, as well as increasing engagement and learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject. This is evidenced by an increase in the average learning score from 77.62 to 93.81 and mastery learning from 76.19% to 100% in the second cycle. Additionally, student and teacher activity levels also improved significantly, proving that the Snowball Throwing model can create a more interactive and effective learning environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana pengaruh marketing sosial media terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli barang dengan minat beli sebagai variabel intervening. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh perkembangan pesat media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen saat mereka membuat keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengirimkan kuesioner ke 96 pengguna media sosial yang aktif dan pernah membeli barang melalui platform tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran sosial media berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), yang dibantu oleh perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Selain itu, minat beli telah terbukti menjadi faktor intervensi yang meningkatkan pengaruh iklan sosial media padakeputusan pembelian pelanggan. Hasilnya strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan minat dan keputusan pembelian pelanggan Qiaghi Dimsum Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of moral education in shaping the character of female students from broken homes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Putri Pondok Pesantren As’ad Jambi. A qualitative approach was employed using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving teachers, dormitory supervisors, and students. The findings indicate that moral education helps shape positive character through relevant materials such as patience, independence, empathy, and respect for teachers and parents. Social interaction in the classroom, empathetic teaching strategies, and collaboration between teachers, caregivers, and parents significantly influence the development of personality and spirituality among broken home students. In conclusion, moral education plays a crucial role in holistically and sustainably fostering character, independence, and spiritual growth in students from broken home backgrounds.

Abstract

Teacher Technology Literacy Development Model in Digital Based LearningMastery of technological literacy for teachers is part of competency and plays a very important role in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. Reading and writing literacy is the most basic literacy that a teacher must master, in order to master other basic literacies. In developing students' writing skills, teachers should ideally have adequate writing skills. With skills in the field of writing, a teacher is expected to be able to have an impact on students' writing abilities so that ultimately the teacher's abilities in the field of writing will produce students with good character and the ability to create. However, it is unfortunate that teachers' abilities in the field of writing still do not meet expectations. Many teachers do not have the ability to write and it is not uncommon for teachers to think that writing is difficult. The low use of the internet in the world of education is also the background to the lack of education on the proper use of digital technology, resulting in misuse of digital technology such as cyberbullying, privacy violations, hoaxes, pornographic content and violence. This misuse is considered a problem in today's digital society due to the low culture of technological literacy. To overcome these negative impacts, an adequate technological literacy culture is needed. Teachers must have good understanding and creative thinking skills, especially in solving various learning problems. Thinking skills and scientific processes must be developed through learning with certain models and media to develop teachers' ability to think creatively, innovatively and productively. The use of multimedia media is a very effective medium for learning, it will help students to find answers with their own efforts based on their abilities and creative thinking skills. The benefits of multimedia media in learning are that it makes the learning process more interesting, more interactive, the quality of learning can be improved, and the teaching and learning process can be carried out anywhere and at any time, and students' learning attitudes can be improved. The aim of the research is to improve teachers' understanding abilities and creative thinking skills in the learning process. The research subjects were teachers at Nurul Iman Islamic Elementary School, Bogor Regency. The research design used is that teachers will divide groups into small groups with 4-5 members in each group. During the learning process, observations regarding the teacher's cooperation when learning with multimedia media are carried out to assess their understanding abilities and creative thinking skills. The observation results of each cycle are evaluated as material for reflection in the next cycle to improve the teacher's understanding and creative thinking skills in accordance with the targets that have been set.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE, E-WOM, AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP ON PURCHASE DECISION WITH BRAND TRUST AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLEThis study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and customer relationship on consumer purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles with brand trust as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. The sample consists of 125 consumers of PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama selected purposively. Data analysis technique employed structural modeling using the PLS-SEM approach. The results show that brand image, e-WOM, and customer relationship have a positive effect on purchase decision, both directly and through brand trust. Brand trust is proven to be a significant intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between the independent variables and purchase decisions. These findings contribute theoretically to marketing literature and provide practical implications for marketing strategy formulation.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to ascertain whether customer satisfaction with the CV is significantly impacted by the speed at which customer goods are delivered and whether they arrive at the destination on time. Transportation services offered by Perdana Express. Quantitative methodologies are used in the study. Interviews and observation are the methods utilized to get data. In this study, 82 respondents/customers made up the sample. Simple random sample with a 5% significance level is the method used for sampling. Utilizing statistical methods and SPSS, the data analysis approach examines the validity and reliability of surveys and performs multiple linear regression analysis using the T and F tests to support the hypothesis. Research findings indicate that the timeliness variable has a close/significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y) in CV transportation services, while the delivery speed variable has a close/significant impact on customer satisfaction. At Perdana Express Rantauprapat, delivery timeliness and speed account for 98.3% of the total, with other variables and factors influencing the remaining 1.7%.Keywords: Delivery speed, timeliness, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to utilize audiovisual media to improve mathematics learning outcomes of second-grade students on the sub-material of patterns around us at UPT SD Negeri Sumurgung I Tuban. This study uses a type of classroom action research (CAR). Nine students in grade II of UPT SD Negeri Sumurgung I Tuban became the subjects of this study. Planning, implementation, observation, and analysis are two phases that form the research process. Observation sheets and tests are one of the tools used. Data were analyzed using percentages. This study resulted in that the mathematics scores of sub-material patterns around us of second-grade students at UPT SD Negeri Sumurgung I can be increased by utilizing audiovisual media. The classical completion rate increased from 55.6% in the first cycle to 89% in the second cycle. Thus, audiovisual media can help second-grade students at UPT SD Negeri Sumurgung I to improve mathematics learning outcomes of sub-material patterns around us.

Abstract

The Implementation Of The Muroja’ah Method In Tahfidz Subject To Improve Students' Ability To Memorize The Qur'anThis research is motivated by the low memorization ability of students in learning the Qur’an, as evidenced by 2025 data: only 20% of students achieved their memorization targets, 52% did not meet the target, and 40% experienced difficulties in memorizing. This problem is caused by weak repetition habits, the absence of a structured muroja’ah (review) schedule, and a lack of student learning motivation. One solution is to optimize the muroja’ah method as a strategy to strengthen and maintain Qur’anic memorization consistently. This study aims to explore the process of implementing the muroja’ah method, the forms of evaluation used, the obstacles encountered, and its impact on improving students’ memorization and learning motivation. The research uses a qualitative approach with a narrative method and a field research design. The subjects of this study include Qur’an teachers, the vice principal, subject teachers, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research was conducted at SMP IT Al-Mamuriyyah, located in Cicurug, Sukabumi. The research findings are as follows: 1) The muroja’ah process is carried out through regular submission and scheduled repetition in class; 2) Memorization evaluation is conducted through direct monitoring and periodic memorization tests; 3) Challenges encountered include low motivation, lack of discipline, and limited time; 4) The impact of applying the muroja’ah method shows an improvement in memory retention, memorization quality, and students’ learning enthusiasm. This study concludes and proposes a model of steps to enhance Qur’an memorization through the optimization of the muroja’ah method, carried out routinely, measurably, and supported by the roles of teachers and parents. This model is accompanied by strategies to overcome students’ motivational and disciplinary challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengalaman belajar peserta dengan menggunakan media video pembelajaran dalam mengikuti pelatihan Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) Manajemen Kemasjidan di laman PINTAR Pusbangkom SDM Kemenag. Media video pembelajaran telah menjadi sarana yang kerap digunakan diberbagai kalangan dan juga dirasa efektif guna untuk mendukung pembelajaran diberbagai konteks, termasuk dalam konteks pelatihan profesional seperti MOOC. Pentingnya mengetahui perspektif peserta dalam menggunakan media video pembelajaran, dapat dijadikan sebagai masukan dan perbaikan di masa depan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam pendekatan studi fenomenologi, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara secara mendalam dengan Widyaiswara, PPID Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang serta peserta pelatihan MOOC Manajemen Kemasjidan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki motivasi yang kuat untuk mengikuti pelatihan, mengalami berbagai kendala, dan merasakan dampak positif dari pelatihan terhadap pengelolaan masjid. Saran yang didapatkan melalui pelatihan ini adalah peserta berharap mendapatkan wadah maupun forum yang disediakan PINTAR Pusbangkom SDM Kemenag sebagai tempat untuk berkomunikasi dengan peserta lain maupun dengan instruktur dari MOOC
