Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Paccinongang pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualittaif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dapat efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Paccinongang. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada siklus I terlihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I sampai dengan siklus II. Pada siklus I, persentase hasil belajar siswa sebesar 38,2%. Selanjutnya pada siklus II, persentase hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 94%. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dapat efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Research on the Effectiveness of Using Edmodoworld-based Learning Media in Increasing Craft Learning Motivation for Class XI Science 1 Students at Sma Negeri 4 Jeneponto. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using Edmodoworld-based learning media in increasing craft learning motivation for class XI Science 1 students at Sma Negeri 4 Jeneponto. The sample in this research was students in class XI Science 1 of Sma Negeri 4 Jeneponto for the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 34 students. The research design used in this research is One Group Pretest-Posttest, where research is carried out by comparing the conditions before and after learning. The results of research and data analysis regarding comparisons of statistical scores, comparisons of learning motivation categories, and comparisons of levels of completion have proven that there has been an increase in students' learning motivation in the Crafts subject for class XI Science 1 at Sma Negeri 4 Jeneponto.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' lack of interest in reading, resulting in students' low literacy skills in learning Indonesian. This research aims to develop Big Book learning media for learning Indonesian with material about being careful everywhere.This type of research and development uses research and development (R&D). This Big Book development model uses the ADDIE learning model.The results of the development of the Big Book media were declared very valid based on the results obtained from the validator which were obtained with an average of 95.15% in the very valid category, practicality results with an average of 90.5% were categorized as very practical and for the results of student effectiveness with an average of 91.8% categorized as very effective. Thus, it can be concluded that the Big Book media created is valid, practical and effective for teachers to use in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Inovasi dalam pengelolaan sampah menjadi salah satu kunci utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini mengkaji peran penting daur ulang sampah dalam mengurangi beban sampah yang terbuang, sekaligus mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Penekanan juga diberikan pada penerapan gaya hidup berkelanjutan yang meliputi pengurangan, penggunaan kembali, dan daur ulang (3R), serta bagaimana kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang efisien dapat meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan hidup. Inovasi teknologi dalam pengolahan sampah, seperti pemanfaatan sampah organik menjadi energi terbarukan dan pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi produk bernilai, turut menjadi solusi dalam mengurangi jumlah sampah yang mencemari alam. Melalui pendekatan kolaboratif antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta, diharapkan pengelolaan sampah dapat lebih efektif, mendukung pengurangan emisi karbon, dan menciptakan ekosistem yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Artikel ini juga menyoroti pentingnya edukasi dan sosialisasi untuk membangun budaya pengelolaan sampah yang bertanggung jawab, guna mencapai kota dan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, serta berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA dan IPA dengan menggunakan metode tugas mandiri pada siswa kelas VI C UPT SPF SDN Maccini II Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan/pelaksanaan dan observasi, serta refleksi pada setiap siklusnya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI C UPT SPF SDN Maccini II kota Makassar berjumlah 24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Indikator keberhasilannya adalah ≥75% dari jumlah siswa telah mencapai KKM yang ditentukan yaitu 75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode penugasan pada mata pelajaran IPAS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar UPT kelas VI C. Siswa SPF SDN Maccini II Kota Makassar. Meskipun belum dilakukan tindakan, hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas VI C di UPT SPF SDN Maccini II Kota Makassar hanya 7 (29%) siswa yang mencapai KKM. Pada kegiatan tindakan siklus I terjadi peningkatan yaitu 10 (45%) siswa yang mencapai KKM. Dan pada siklus II sebanyak 20 (83%) berhasil mencapai nilai ketuntasan. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar dari siklus I dan siklus II juga meningkat yaitu dari 74 menjadi 80.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuhnya minat baca siswa di SDN 035 Tarai Bangun. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah telah berjalan cukup baik, ditandai dengan adanya berbagai kegiatan yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Namun, minat baca siswa masih bervariasi, dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan membaca di rumah dan ketersediaan bahan bacaan. Faktor pendukung utama adalah keberadaan perpustakaan yang nyaman dan program literasi yang beragam, sementara kurangnya dukungan orang tua menjadi salah satu penghambat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa, terutama melalui kerjasama antara sekolah, siswa, dan orang tua.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the change management carried out and the application of different leadership styles and workloads. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of change management, leadership style and workload on employee performance at the Padang Panjang City Library and Archives Office. The type of research used is field research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test) with the help of SPSS 26.0 for windows. The results showed that partially change management affects employee performance at the Padang Panjang City Library and Archives Office. Leadership style affects employee performance at the Library and Archives Office of Padang Panjang City. Workload affects employee performance at the Library and Archives Office of Padang Panjang City. Then in simultaneous testing it was found that together change management, leadership style and workload affect employee performance at the Padang Panjang City Library and Archives Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the underhand passing ability in volleyball among 10-grade students at SMK N H Moenadi. The research employs an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving two groups: an experimental group that implements PjBL and a control group that uses conventional teaching methods. Data were collected through tests of underhand passing skills administered before and after the application of the learning model. The findings indicate that the average pre-test score of 36 students was 61.92, while the average post-test score was 84.06, demonstrating a significant improvement between the pre-test and post-test results. The research shows a notable increase in the underhand passing skills of students who participated in PjBL compared to the control group. The implementation of PjBL not only enhances students' technical skills but also fosters collaboration and problem-solving among them. Thus, the PjBL model proves to be effective in improving students' underhand passing abilities in volleyball, providing a more meaningful and relevant learning experience.

Abstract

Learning media can originate from the utilization of plastic waste, which is an innovative step to enhance environmental awareness among students. This article outlines a community service activity conducted in Class VI B at UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai, titled "Learning Media with Plastic Waste." The primary objective of this activity is to educate students about the importance of recycling and reusing plastic waste in their daily lives. The process begins with the collection of plastic waste around the school, followed by guidance that involves students in recycling that waste into teaching aids and environmentally friendly learning media. The active involvement of students not only teaches them recycling techniques but also cultivates their creative skills and teamwork. The results of this activity show an increase in student creativity and their understanding of important environmental issues. Feedback from teachers and students has been very positive, indicating that this learning method is considered innovative and beneficial. It is hoped that this activity can serve as a model for other schools in integrating environmental education into their curricula. By utilizing local resources such as plastic waste, schools can encourage students to be more active in preserving nature. This aligns with sustainable development goals, particularly in the fields of education and waste management, which are crucial for a better future.
