<![CDATA[Anxiety about the rapid flow of globalization raises anxiety about the fading of religious values in students so that character education is very important because it has a positive impact on student character, as well as to deal with the rapid flow of globalization which presents many rapid changes that are very difficult to accept and follow. The condition of Banten society in general has experienced many shifts in values and character, especially in the younger generation. The shift in values and character occurs due to many factors, one of which is the weakening of character education. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. In literature review research, researchers conducted a study of several existing theories and concepts to form a conclusion construction to find out about the construction of character education based on pesantren local wisdom in Banten City. Indicators of character education are said to be good with an increase in the spiritual intelligence of the individual. The nature of istiqomah in a person can provide changes that will produce an understanding and gain new insights. In addition, the nyantri tradition is also a local wisdom found in the city of Banten.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the most effective methods of enhancing the quality of education is the strategic management approach.Management strategy refers to a technique of organising and managing the affairs of the organisation over a period of time. Within education, strategic management assists the organisations to understand themselves, their internal strengths and weaknesses, their external opportunities and threats as well. Such knowledge and understanding helps educational organisations develop better, effective solutions that aim at optimal learning and human resource development and management of the educational structure. The use of strategic management in educational institutions also brings about ongoing creativity, flexibility to change as well as effective usage of resources. Therefore, adoption of such approaches enables the institutions to continually improve the standard of education which in turn results in better student performance, greater stakeholder return on investment and higher competition of the institution in the market. It is therefore clear that strategic management is quite important in dealing with the problems especially in the present education landscape that is progressively becoming complicated as advanced by these institutions of learning]]>

<![CDATA[Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor kunci dalam mempengaruhi kualitas manajemen pendidikan. Abstrak ini mengulas tentang peran kritis pemimpin dalam mengembangkan dan melaksanakan visi, strategi, dan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan. Dengan fokus pada kompetensi manajemen sumber daya dan pembangunan kerjasama yang kuat antara semua pemangku kepentingan, pemimpin pendidikan dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan efisien. Selain itu, kepemimpinan efektif juga vital dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang positif, yang mendukung kolaborasi dan meningkatkan kinerja pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan kepemimpinan transformatif, pemimpin diharapkan dapat menginspirasi perubahan signifikan dalam praktik pendidikan untuk mencapai peningkatan kualitas secara keseluruhan. <![CDATA[This study highlights the importance of leadership effectiveness in Islamic education management with a focus on the influence of Islamic values and managerial capabilities. It was found that the application of Islamic principles such as honesty, justice and ihsan by leaders can create a positive and supportive learning environment. In addition, good communication skills and the ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships also play an important role in building trust and loyalty among staff and students. Meanwhile, managerial skills in strategic decision-making and resource management are key factors in achieving educational goals. The study underlines that support from various stakeholders also greatly influences leadership effectiveness. Thus, the success of Islamic education management depends on the synergy between the application of Islamic values and reliable managerial competencies and optimising the achievement of the vision and mission of Islamic education institutions. The implication of this research is the need for training and leadership capacity building for leaders of Islamic education institutions to face the challenges and dynamics of education in the modern era.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the effect of social education on the level of environmental awareness among students. With the increasing urgency of global environmental issues, understanding the effectiveness of education in shaping pro-environmental attitudes and behaviours is crucial. The research method in this study uses the literature method. The results showed that an environment-based social education programme with increased student pro-environmental awareness and actions. Students involved in the programme demonstrated a deeper understanding of environmental issues, improved critical thinking skills in the context of environmental issues, and more active participation in environmental conservation activities. The findings emphasise the importance of integrating environmental education into the social education curriculum and highlight the crucial role of education in shaping an environmentally conscious generation. The implications of this study include recommendations for curriculum development and teaching strategies that can enhance the effectiveness of social education in building environmental awareness among students.]]>

<![CDATA[Innovation in the management of Islamic education curriculum is an important effort to update and align the educational process with the needs of an increasingly dynamic era. This research examines the perspectives and implementation of such innovations, highlighting the importance of a contextualised approach that considers the needs of learners as well as the relevance of Islamic teachings in the modern context. The research findings show that the success of the innovation depends not only on improving teaching materials, but also on teaching methods that encourage students' active participation and enhance their understanding in technology and global competence. However, the implementation of this innovation faces challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change. Overcoming these obstacles requires collaboration between educational institutions, communities and support from governments and organisations. Thus, innovation in the Islamic education curriculum can play an important role in shaping a generation that is strong in faith and adaptive and competent in facing global challenges.]]>

<![CDATA[Innovation in education management is essential to improve the quality of learning in an ever-evolving era. This study uses the literature method. The results show that innovative strategies that can be implemented by educational institutions to improve student engagement and the effectiveness of the learning process include the utilisation of digital technology, teacher professional development and collaboration with external stakeholders. Then, to implement these strategies, there are common challenges such as resistance to change and budget constraints that can be a barrier to implementing innovation. With a comprehensive and planned approach, as well as high commitment from all members of the organisation, these innovations are expected to provide significant improvements to the quality of education and student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This article examines the relationship between teachers, curriculum and various problems in the education system through critical reflection. Teachers play a central role in curriculum implementation and its influence on the quality of student learning. Nonetheless, they are often faced with various challenges, including lack of welfare, limited professional training and high workloads, which impact on their ability to teach effectively. In addition, rigid curricula that are sometimes irrelevant to 21st century needs often hinder the development of students' cognitive and creative capacities. These problems highlight the need for a more flexible and adaptive curriculum revision and the contribution of all parties in creating a better education system. Collaboration between the government, education managers, teachers and the community is needed to produce an education that not only focuses on academic knowledge, but also on developing important life skills for students.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the dilemma faced by teachers in the face of endless curriculum changes. Constant changes in education standards require teachers to be adaptive and innovative, although they often lack adequate training and support. This difficulty highlights the importance of approaches involving professional capacity building, collaboration between teachers and psychosocial support to help teachers navigate these challenges. With the right strategies, it is hoped that teachers will be more competent and motivated to implement the new curriculum, resulting in significantly improved learning quality and student achievement.]]>
