Abstract

Masalah literasi selalu menjadi masalah yang menghantui masyarakat di Indonesia, rendahnya penyebaran satuan pendidikan yang menjadikan banyak masyarakat kita masih memiliki tingkat literasi rendah seperti minat baca yang kurang dikarenakan mereka belum bisa membaca, menulis dan menghitung. Masalah ini menjadi pokok perhatian dikarenakan jika generasi penerus kita mengalami masalah ini, maka akan menjadi masalah yang besar dikemudian hari. Dari yang kami observasikan, kami melihat bahwa banyak anak-anak usia sekolah yang memiliki minat literasi yang kurang termasuk kemampuan untuk calistung. Untuk itulah kami ingin membuat sebuah program kerja yang bisa mengatasi masalah ini, yaitu program kerja calistung dengan target anak-anak di Desa Cimerang, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Metode yang kami gunakan adalah kami mendatangi sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Desa Cimerang dan kami melakukan penyuluhan dan melakukan praktek mengajar kepada anak-anak tersebut dengan harapan bahwa minat literasi mereka akan meningkat. Kegiatan ini akan kami lakukan selama beberapa hari agar anak-anak terbiasa dengan kehadiran kami dan cara mengajar kami. Dari observasi yang kami peroleh selama beberapa hari kami bertandang ke sekolah yang ada di Desa Cimerang, kami memperoleh hasil di mana tingkat literasi anak-anak sekolah di Desa Cimerang mengalami peningkatan yang cukup baik dan secara tidak langsung juga mendorong orang tua murid untuk meningkatkan minat literasi mereka juga.

Abstract

Membaca merupakan keterampilan yang diperlukan sebagai aspek dasar setiap siswa. Namun kemampuan membaca yang kurang pada siswa sekolah dasar khususnya kelas 1 dan 2 belum berkembang dengan baik. Kurangnya kemampuan membaca siswa juga berdampak pada kemampuan menulisnya yang terletak pada (1) cara pengucapan huruf yang runtut dan tidak jelas, (2) pembacaan suku kata, (3) penulisan yang mengandung kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan literasi membaca dan menulis pada siswa melalui media pembelajaran berupa flashcard Alphabert di SDN Turipinggir 1 Megaluh Jombang. Dari hasil sosialisasi peningkatan kapasitas, rata-rata nilai posttest siswa adalah 54 yang termasuk dalam kriteria “cukup mampu”. Kesimpulan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang terlihat pada diri siswa dari sebelum dilaksanakan tes dan setelah dilakukan tes

Abstract

Elementary school is the first level of formal education for students in pursuing education. Where education in elementary schools has a contribution in building students' knowledge base used at the next level of education, therefore the implementation of learning in elementary schools must run optimally so that the objectives of holding elementary school education can be achieved. Reading skills are a way to get information about something written. Reading and writing skills are skills that a person acquired after they enter school. Therefore, these two types of language skills are the main learning offerings for students in lower elementary schools. These two skills materials are presented in one initial reading and writing package. Reading and writing must be immediately mastered by students in elementary school because these skills are directly related to the entire student learning process at school. In relation to this, the community service team and SDN 1 Mancilan found 13 students from grades 3-6 who experienced difficulties in reading and writing. Based on this, the community service team carried out reading and writing guidance for the 13 students by applying learning media in the form of modules, learning media in the form of spelling circles and standing words using spelling, syllable, and word method approach. To increase students' interest in literacy, the community service team carried out socialization and training on making wall magazine for grade 5 and 6 students using the Learning by Doing or LBD method.

Abstract

Education is a process of maturing the quality of life. Humans carry out education in order to improve and increase their standard of living. Basic mathematics is a branch of mathematics which is often referred to as arithmetic, which studies the arithmetic operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Based on the results of a survey by conducting interviews with several class II and III students, many class II and III students at SDN Betek I did not master basic multiplication calculations, had difficulty calculating quickly and lacked interest in counting because the learning media was too monotonous and lacked variety. The aim of training in using multiplication smart board learning media is to increase students' interest in counting and provide media that is more fun and interesting for students so that students do not get bored easily when learning to count. Implementation of community service activities uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Action and participatory methods are implemented in mentoring activities to introduce learning media created by the community service team. The result of this community service activity is that students' abilities have increased after being given training in using learning media in the form of multiplication boards and students are finding it easier to solve problems related to basic arithmetic material, especially multiplication, students are also more likely to solve basic arithmetic story problems in everyday life.

Abstract

Orang tua dalam keluarga berperan sebagai pendidik pertama dan dasar bagi tumbuh kembang anak, orang tua memenuhi peran ini melalui teladan atau praktik pengasuhan yang positif dan efektif. kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) melalui kegiatan Parenting Education dengan tema “Positive Parenting untuk Buah Hati Tercinta di Era Digital” kepada Ibu-ibu di Desa Karobelah memiliki tujuan memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman parenting terhadap anak, mengupas konsep pendekatan parenting terhadap anak, memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan barang bekas dalam penerapan parenting terhadap anak. Metode pendekatan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat(PKM) ini adalah Participatory Action research (PAR), PAR adalah partisipasi yang artinya turut serta atau ikut serta dalam kegiatan.

Abstract

The Seminar on the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at MI Al-Mu’awwanah is an important event aimed at discussing and promoting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Mu’awwanah. The Merdeka Curriculum represents an educational innovation that allows MI to be more adaptive and responsive to current educational developments. This seminar will address key aspects of the Merdeka Curriculum, including student-centered learning methodologies, competency development, and assessments that focus on deep understanding. Additionally, the seminar will also discuss the challenges and opportunities in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at MI Al-Mu’awwanah. It is expected that this seminar will provide valuable insights for educators, teaching staff, and relevant stakeholders in their efforts to enhance the quality of education at MI Al-Mu’awwanah through the innovative and relevant implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Abstract

Learning cannot be separated from learning media which functions to facilitate students' learning activities. Training on making learning media. Flat buildings become key chains in the context of P5 (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project) Merdeka Belajar is an innovative way to integrate education with ecopreneurship principles. This training aims to enable MI Asy-Syafiiyah students to memorize flat shapes through ecopreneurship-based learning media, and so that MI Asy-Syafiiyah students can have an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The approach method for implementing community service activities includes demonstration and workshop (training) methods. For data collection methods, interviews were used with class teachers and school principals. This training was attended by 30 MI Asy-Syafiiyah students. The results of the training socialization which was carried out in 3 stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage, received a good response from the students and teachers of MI Asy-Syafiiyah, marked by an increase in students' understanding of spatial construction and the spirit of ecopreneurship being embedded in the students.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada MDTA Masjid Alfi Syahrin di perumahan Singgalang Kecamatan Koto Tangah, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan secara langsung mengenai tata cara pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan shalat jenazah. Keresahan yang dirasakan karena banyaknya Masyarakat yang menganggap remeh mengenai penyelenggaraan jenazah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan adalah ceramah untuk menyampaikan teori atau pemahaman mengenai tata cara dalam praktek shalat jenazah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Latihan yang sebagai praktek dari teori yang diajarkan dan tanya jawab sebagai evaluasi dalam kegiatan dilakukan tanya jawab agar tidak ada keraguan dalam pelaksanaan shalat jenazah. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan praktek shalat jenazah berjalan dengan baik dan berjalan lancar sesuai dengan yang diinginkan walaupun belum semua anak MDTA Alfi Syahrin dapat menguasai dengan baik materi yang dijelaskan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini mendapatkan apresiasi yang baik hal itu dapat dilihat dengan keaktifan anak MDTA Alfi Syahrin mengikuti pelatihan sampai selesai.

Abstract

This research aims to determine students' reading skills at SDN 04 Lawang Mandahiling through the calistung approach. The method used is classroom action research involving selected class students as research subjects. Data was collected through reading tests and observations during several research cycles. The research results showed that the application of the calistung approach succeeded in improving students' reading skills significantly. These findings provide important recommendations for teachers and schools in efforts to improve students' reading skills at the elementary school level. Keywords: Literacy movement, descriptive quantitative   ABSTRAK Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan membaca siswa di SDN 04 Lawang Mandahiling melalui pendekatan calistung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan melibatkan siswa kelas yang dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes membaca dan observasi selama beberapa siklus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan calistung berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa secara signifikan. Abstract

The lack of understanding of the Gambiran Village community regarding smart parenting in forming children's character in the digital era is the basis for holding a "Smart Parenting Seminar in the Digital Era". The targets of this activity are posyandu members and PKK cadres in Gambiran Village. There were 10 participants in this seminar which was held at the Gambiran Village Hall, as well as Mrs. Aufia Aisa M.Pd.I as the resource person in this seminar. It is hoped that this education will have a positive influence, can motivate parents, posyandu members and PKK cadres in Gambiran Village to continue learning and be able to overcome the problems faced regarding parenting in the digital era. The method for implementing community service activities includes the lecture method, namely seminars, using the CBR (Community Based Research) approach. The results provided from this workshop activity are in the form of a pocket book about understanding smart parenting in the digital era which includes the introduction of technology, restrictions and supervision for children that is easy to understand and learn at any time.
