Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in improving the quality of relationships in Islamic education guidance and counseling. Interpersonal communication, which involves direct, personal, and often reciprocal interactions, is an important mechanism for understanding students' needs, providing emotional support, and encouraging moral and spiritual growth. Using a descriptive approach and qualitative literature study methods, this research explores the principles of interpersonal communication, the dynamics of relationship development, and their application in the context of Islamic educational guidance. The research results show that effective interpersonal communication can increase mutual trust, understanding and cooperation between counselors and students. This creates a conducive learning environment and supports the holistic development of students in accordance with Islamic values. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of effective communication as the basis for harmonious relationships in guidance and counseling in Islamic education. This research also provides practical insights for Islamic education counselors in optimizing their interactions to achieve better educational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh terhadap penggunaan media semi digital hologram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan literasi dan numerasi siswa di SD Negeri 134/III Pidung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan partisipan dari kelas V dan VI sejumlah 13 siswa di Negeri 134/III Pidung yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran media semi digital hologram. Hasil pengumpulan data diambil melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dengan memvisualisasikan beberapa pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi melalui media semi digital hologram. penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media semi digital hologram terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman  literasi dan numerasi siswa SD Negeri 134/III Pidung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman literasi dan numerasi siswa yang diamati dan di telaah melalui angket yang sudah dibuat untuk penilaian penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam merupakan upaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan akhlak yang baik kepada peserta didik. Salah satu media yang efektif dalam menanamkan karakter ini adalah melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan. Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, memanfaatkan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan sebagai salah satu saluran untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di pesantren ini telah berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter Islam, seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan rasa hormat kepada sesama. Proses manajerial yang diterapkan mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan yang melibatkan seluruh elemen pesantren, mulai dari pengasuh, pembina, hingga santri. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek jasmani, tetapi juga pada aspek rohani dan sosial, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter yang islami.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of Islamic boarding schools which initially only studied religious sciences, but the ever-changing times in all aspects of life are the main challenge for Islamic boarding schools in maintaining their existence. This study aims to determine the implementation of the mu'is education system in the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic boarding school in Mandailing Natal Regency. This type of research is a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Planning the implementation of the mua'is education system at Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic Boarding School begins with affirming and strengthening the vision, mission, goals and curriculum. There are educational units that compile curriculum structures by following the full standard of the government curriculum, namely the Ministry of Religion curriculum and the Ministry of Education and Culture curriculum. The curriculum structure of the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic boarding school includes religious and general subjects with a composition of 70% and 30%; 2) The implementation of the implementation of the mua'is education system at Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic Boarding School is basically the material used based on the books related to aqidah, morals and shari'ah and to support the learning process students are equipped with linguistic and general sciences. In learning activities carried out include teaching materials/contents, approaches, learning methods, and assessments; and 3) The implementation of the evaluation of the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic boarding school uses criteria or assessment standards determined by the pesantren and their respective teachers by means of local Imtihan consisting of imtihan shafahi (oral) and imtihan tahriri (written). Then, related to the provision of diplomas or graduation marks, Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru states that even though santri have passed the final exam, they cannot get a diploma before serving for 1 year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of ethical values in educational supervision using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA method. Based on the analysis of 18 selected articles published between 2018-2024, several studies were found showing that ethical values, such as fairness, responsibility and transparency, play an important role in strengthening the effectiveness of educational supervision. The application of these ethical principles contributes to improving teachers' professional competence, building healthy relationships between supervisors and supervisees and creating an inclusive learning environment. Nonetheless, some challenges were identified, including the lack of clear ethical guidelines, limited training of supervisors and technical barriers in the implementation of technology to support supervision. This study emphasizes the importance of developing ethics-based supervision policies, intensive training and adequate technological infrastructure to support effective supervision. The results of this study provide practical insights for educational practitioners and researchers to strengthen the role of ethics in improving the quality of educational supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan seberapa pentingnya lembar kerja mahasiswa dalam peningkatan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris mahasiswa jurusan BK, 2) Menghasilkan produk lembar kerja mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris berbasis Project Based Learning, 3) Memvalidasi produk lembar kerja mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan pendekatan ADDIE. Pada tahap validasi tahap I, Ahli materi memberikan total skor untuk semua aspek adalah 71 dan ahli bahan ajar memberikan skor 68. Berdasarkan skor tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa yang telah dikembangkan masih jauh dari kategori layak. Oleh sebab itu, penulis meminta masukan dari ahli materi dan ahli bahan ajar, untuk selanjutnya dilakukan perbaikan pada LKM mata kuliah English for Guidance and Counseling. Pada validasi tahap II ahli materi memberikan skor 87 untuk keseluruhan aspek dan ahli bahan ajar memberikan nilai 89. Berdasarkan skor tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Mahasiwa pada mata kuliah English for Conseling layak untuk digunakan di jurusan BK Unimed. Selanjutnya untuk menyempurnakan tahapan pembuatan LKM, penulis juga meminta respon mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ujicoba LKM pada tahap implementasi. Diperoleh hasil yaitu pada Aspek kebahasaan, rata-rata mahasiswa memberikan respon yang sangat positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' understanding of bullying which includes film screening and role playing in increasing students' awareness and knowledge about bullying issues. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with data collection through questionnaires, direct observation during education sessions, and observation of role playing results. The data obtained are grouped based on the category of students' understanding before and after education, the effectiveness of film screening, and student involvement in role playing. The results showed an 85% increase in students' understanding of the types, impacts, and prevention of bullying after participating in education. Students showed an increase in awareness reflected in changes in their attitudes and reactions to the material taught, especially in understanding the importance of preventing bullying in the school environment. In conclusion, the educational method applied has proven effective in increasing students' understanding and awareness of bullying, and can be a useful model to be applied in schools in efforts to prevent bullying. This study contributes to the development of educational methods that are more interactive and touch the emotional aspects of students in overcoming bullying problems in the school environment.

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal sebagai negara yang kaya akan keberagaman budaya, termasuk dalam tradisi pernikahan.  Salah satu tradisi yang menarik adalah Tari Milur, sebuah tarian adat masyarakat Suku Komering di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur (OKU Timur).  Tarian ini memiliki nilai budaya yang tinggi, terutama dalam konteks upacara pernikahan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali makna, nilai moral, dan   relevansi   Tari   Milur   dalam melestarikan tradisi masyarakat Komering.  Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer dari wawancara dengan tokoh adat dan data sekunder dari berbagai literatur.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tari Milur tidak hanya menjadi sarana hiburan tetapi juga media pelestarian tradisi yang mengandung pesan moral dan spiritual.  Syair-syair dalam tarian ini mencerminkan nilai-nilai seperti penghormatan kepada orang tua, pentingnya tanggung jawab dalam pernikahan, dan kebersamaan keluarga.Sebagai salah satu tradisi yang kini mulai jarang dilakukan, Tari Milur perlu dilestarikan agar tetap menjadi bagian dari identitas budaya masyarakat Komering. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pelestarian budaya lokal dan menginspirasi upaya lebih lanjut untuk menjaga kekayaan tradisi Nusantara.

Abstract

Education is one of the keys to the progress of a country and nation. Because education is a driver of improving the quality of human resources in order to be able to compete in the increasingly sophisticated competition of national life. Therefore, educational institutions must be able to carry out a more quality learning process. The rapid development of technology requires educators to be able to integrate technology in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of the use of contextual-based interactive learning videos assisted by edpuzzle on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials. This research targets the problems that occur in SMA 11 Muaro Jambi Class XII Phase F. This research is a type of development research with the Lee & Owens model which consists of 5 stages (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Validation from material experts achieved an average score (93.33%), material validation achieved results (95%), teacher assessment questionnaire as practitioners reached (100%), and student assessment questionnaire reached (95.45%) with Very Practical criteria and (96%) with very effective criteria. The results of the study show that the use of contextual-based learning videos assisted by edpuzzle is feasible, practical and effective to be used as a teaching medium.

Abstract

Membaca merupakan keterampilan dasar yang penting untuk dikuasai oleh siswa di kelas 1. Namun, pada kenyataannya, masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca permulaan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kurangnya minat baca, belum matangnya kemampuan pra-membaca, dan metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat. . Metode penelitian yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: bentuk kesulitan membaca permulaan yaitu siswa yang belum sekolah TK, sulit membedakan huruf, belum hafal huruf abjad, hiperaktif, dan berkemampuan akademis rendah. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan ini, guru menerapkan strategi bimbingan belajar membaca tambahan, pengarahan, dan motivasi belajar membaca. Metode pembelajaran membaca yang dipilih meliputi metode dasar, metode kartu huruf, dan metode SAS pemenggalan kata. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang kesulitan membaca permulaan dan strategi guru mengatasinya di SDN 02 Tugu Harum. Temuan ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi guru dan pihak sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran membaca permulaan.
