Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan sebuah pendekatan manajemen yang lebih fokus terhadap pelaksanaan semua fungsi organisasi secara terintegrasi pada perbaikan bahkan peningkatan kualitas secara berkelanjutan. Perkembangan UMKM di Provinsi Maluku sendiri tidak terlepas dari berbagai masalah pada umumnya yang terjadi di Indonesia, hal ini juga yang dialami oleh pelaku UMKM di Negeri Waai Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM negeri ini, maka perlu dan penting untuk memahami dengan lebih jelas hubungan antara implementasi TQM dengan keunggulan bersaing pada UMKM. Sehingga melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini, sebagai tim PkM Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pattimura bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan mendalam tentang implementasi TQM untuk keunggulan bersaing. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat dengan lebih menekankan pada pendekatan transmisi konten. Materi yang diberikan diantaranya adalah beberapa prinsip utama dari TQM, pentingnya TQM, dan beberapa langkah yang harus dilakukan sebagai implementasi TQM bagi UMKM yang disertai dengan bukti empiris. Dengan pemahaman yang baik dari pelaku UMKM di Negeri Waai akan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan, efisiensi operasional, serta fokus kepada kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan melibatkan seluruh aspek dalam UMKM ketika mengimplementasikan TQM, maka dapat memperkuat UMKM untuk tetap berkelanjutan dan dapat mencapai serta meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Kampung Sanan has been designated as a tourist destination for small, household-based industries with a mainstay product, tempe chips. Data on tourist visits in 2023 will average 250 people/month. Tourists are met at the entrance gate of Sanan Village, by the Tour Guide team and greeted with a typical Sanan welcoming dance, namely the Oglek Tempe Dance. There is a problem that is an obstacle for dancers because they do not have their own make-up equipment nor do they have the skills to apply make-up independently for corrective stage make-up when they want to dance. This causes it to be ineffective and uneconomical because when they want to dance they have to go to the salon or bring in a make-up artist. The aim of the service activity is to provide corrective stage make-up training for the Oglek Tempe dance team so that they are skilled at applying make-up independently. The training method applies demonstration methods and guided practice methods, while for enrichment tutorials are provided in video form. From the results of the activity evaluation, 5 participants were not yet skilled, 10 people were skilled and 5 people were quite skilled.

Abstract

The absorption and performance of graduates are part of the outcomes that must be achieved by every college, including Akademi Kesehatan John Paul II Pekanbaru (AKJP II Pekanbaru). Users of graduates hope to get workers who have insight, skills, and work behavior that can adapt to the vision, mission, and goals of the organization. Therefore, Akademi Kesehatan John Paul II Pekanbaru carries out activities to make graduates ready to work apart from trying to achieve the target of competent students in the national competency test to graduate on time. Because of that, AKJP II Pekanbaru held an interactive seminar and discussion activity "The Influence of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Behavior" for 2022/2023 graduates which was held on January 14, 2021. The activities was held at AKJP II Pekanbaru started with the opening, delivery of material, and interactive dialogue. Through this activity, participants understand the importance of an employee having an organizational commitment, which means the employee has an emotional bond with the employing organization and wants to remain part of the organization. Employees who have organizational commitment will behave in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Organizational behavior must be realized so that an employee can gain job satisfaction for himself and have a positive impact on the organization.

Abstract

The design and implementation of Edu-Futurism brand guidelines for Kampung Industri Tempe Sanan represent a strategic step to enhance the image and competitiveness of local tempe products in the international market. This project involves a deep analysis of the cultural values and unique features of Sanan tempe, which are then translated into comprehensive brand guidelines. These guidelines encompass visual elements, brand messaging, and consistent communication strategies. The implementation results show increased brand awareness and global consumer interest in Sanan tempe products. This initiative is expected to support international branding efforts and strengthen Kampung Industri Tempe Sanan's position in the global market.

Abstract

The development of an interactive comic book based on Augmented Reality (AR) as a learning medium for art history for early childhood aims to enhance children's interest and understanding of art history material. This program combines AR technology with educational content in comic form, allowing children to interact with visual and audio elements that support the art history narrative. The methods used include designing and developing comic content, implementing AR technology, and evaluating effectiveness through observation and user feedback. The results indicate a significant increase in children's learning interest and understanding of art history. The implementation of this learning medium is expected to support the cognitive and creative development of early childhood.

Abstract

In this community service activity there is a problem, namely the lack of competent human resources in utilizing qualified natural products. Therefore, the existence of UMKM is a business developed by individuals in Sumber Village which aims to increase people's purchasing power for a product. The product is kopt. Where coffe is a micro, small and medium enterprise (UMKM) in the Desa Sumber, Parwantoro, Wonogiri. The Gunung Beojo coffee business was pioneered by Deddy Kusuma Endranto, a resident of Galih dem Sumber, which is the hallmark of the Stumber Village kops, namely zobusta, which was later named Kopi Gummg Brojo the method the author chose is to use the ABCD method which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around the service and damlik areas by one of the communities. The community in question is the people in Sumber Village who have micro, small and medium enterprises specifically for the owners of UMKM Guming Brojo Coffee. conduct training for local residents on how to properly map coffee, procedures for making ground coffee and how to properly taste coffee. Abstract

Ngunut Village is one of the villages located in Parang District which is a place for group 21 community service courses (KPM). Ngunut Village has several resources that can be developed, either in the form of Natural Resources or Human Resources. Several strengths or assets in Ngunut Village have been found, one of which is regarding the village's natural potential which can be utilized to the fullest by making the community the main actor and determinant of Development Efforts. Therefore, with this community service activity the author tries to develop a marketing strategy to increase MSME income. So that MSME actors can be more creative and innovative in planning successful marketing strategies. Now it is a must to have a presence on social media considering its significant influence, an MSMEs can develop faster by having social media for promotion and sales compared to not using it. The purpose of this study was to measure the role of social media as a promotional tool in increasing product marketing from MSMEs that focus on the cake and frozen food business in Ngunut Village, Parang District, Magetan Regency. The method used in this research is the ABCD (Assets Based Community Development) approach, namely identifying the assets owned by the surrounding community. The results of the study show that according to the informants involved, the use of social media as a promotional tool has a very important role in increasing product marketing from MSMEs engaged in the culinary field, especially for small businesses.

Abstract

The BSA Babussalam Mosque is a new mosque endowed in Dukuh Gampeng, Kedungbondo Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency. In Shop Drawing, the mosque architect approached the direction of the Qibla and the area of the land using Google Earth, so that during implementation it was necessary to make adjustments, especially to the condition of the existing land according to the direction of the Qibla in accordance with the applicable provisions, also the Shop Drawing had a lack of details. With this, this community service aims to assist in determining the axle of the foundation and working drawings of the mosque according to the direction of the Qibla. The method used is divided into 2 stages, namely the Preparation Stage and the Implementation Stage. Meanwhile, the implementation stage will be divided into several parts, starting from the Determining the Qibla Direction of the Mosque, the Topographical Measurement Stage, the Data Processing Stage, the Stake Out Stage of the Foundation Axis, the Mosque Design Delineation Stage . The results of this Community Service are the Foundation Points which can be used as a reference for the Bowplank/building profile and working drawings to be used as a reference for the implementation of the BSA Babussalam Mosque construction work.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to provide a detailed account of the strategies employed by the teaching staff at Al Mukhlisin Foundation to enhance the quality of learning, to identify the challenges encountered, and to examine the approaches utilized to overcome these obstacles. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach used in this study. This research employs the principal and teachers as its data sources. The data collection techniques employed in this study are as follows: The research method employed was a combination of three techniques: observation, interview, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that: It can be stated that the quality of learning at Al Mukhlisin Foundation is enhanced by effective teaching and teacher management. Teachers utilize the 2013 curriculum as a reference point when developing learning plans. Teachers implement learning activities based on the 2020/2021 academic calendar, comprising effective week activities and those conducted on a semester-by-semester basis (odd semester and even semester). The challenges encountered include the limited infrastructure facilities available at Al Mukhlisin Foundation. These include in-focus, teacher handbooks and student handbooks, teaching aids as learning media, and computers in the laboratory. The strategies that teaching teachers apply to improve the quality of learning at Al Mukhlisin Foundation are explained as follows. These include the use of electronic books in the delivery of learning, whereby digital literacy is employed as a substitute for the limited existing facilities, such as in-focus, teacher handbooks, and teaching aids as learning media. Furthermore, teachers in the delivery of learning materials vary existing learning methods, thus creating an active, creative, and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
