Abstract

This research was motivated by a new policy issued by UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTIK) as the manager by presenting a Field Experience Practice (PPL) model that was different from the previous year, namely Practice-Based Field Experience. domicile. This was done as an effort to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 Virus which had just hit Indonesia and of course also had an impact on the implementation of the education system at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi, so it was necessary to find alternatives related to this problem. This Domicile-Based Field Experience Practice Model involves various parties in its implementation, namely administrators/faculties, supervisors, and tutors who will directly interact with students who will carry out Domicile-Based PPL. This research is a survey research using a quantitative descriptive approach, namely the method used to answer problems using precise measurement techniques for certain variables, resulting in conclusions that can be explained. The data collection techniques for this research were interviews and questionnaires. As the object of research are PAI students class of 2019 who are participating in Domicile-Based PPL. Data analysis was performed by interpreting the recapitulation of the tabulated data obtained. The results of research in the field show that there is a match between the experience gained and felt with the expectations desired by 2019 PAI students who have carried out the process of implementing Domicile-Based PPL. This is based on the recapitulation that has been processed by researchers with the acquisition of a student satisfaction index in the management/faculty domain obtaining a percentage of 72.6% in the satisfied category, for supervising lecturers obtaining a percentage of 76.4% in the satisfied category, and for teachers Pamong gets a percentage of 73.8% in the satisfied category. With the acquisition of these scores, the 2019 batch of PAI student satisfaction index was obtained for the Implementation of Domicile-Based PPL UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi of 74.3% in the satisfied category.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews, it can be seen that the lack of use of instructional media, the teacher only uses the lecture method. This study aims to determine the feasibility and response of students to the use of platform learning media. The technique used in the research was the Borg and Gall model Rnd method which was limited to the seventh stage, namely product revision. The results of the research showed that the percentage of the assessment of media experts, linguists and material experts were 82.2%, 86.6%, 98.7%, respectively. The average expert score is 89.16%, which means that the average expert score has reached the criteria set in the range of 80.≤x≥100% which is very feasible to use without repair. In the readability test the teacher obtained a percentage value of 81.5% and the student readability test obtained a percentage of 88% with very valid information. While the average percentage of student response assessments is 90%. The conclusion of this study can be stated that the media has received a positive response from students and is suitable for use in mathematics learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The title of this article is "The Relationship between Using Ice Breakers and Students' Learning Motivation in Studying Fiqh at MAN 4 Religions". Compiled by Nadia Kasuma and NIM 2119 118 UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. 2023. Led by Dr. Afrinaldi, M.A. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the use of ice breakers and the motivation to study Islamic law among MAN 4 Agam students. The author conducted this research because the researcher found several problems in teaching fiqh to Man 4 Agam school students. Where is the problem? Students lose concentration when the teacher explains the material in such a way that learning becomes monotonous and uncomfortable. Apart from that, many students make noise during learning when the teacher is explaining. The type of research used by the author is correlation with quantitative data processing. The sample consisting of classes X MIPA1, X MIPA 2, X IPS1 and X IA was taken as a sample of 93 students. The research instrument is in the form of a survey or questionnaire and processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21. Based on the blood pressure test, there is a significant relationship between the independent variable ice breaker and the dependent variable student learning. ". Motivating". and there is a significant value between the independent variable and (two-sided). 0.009 > 0.005, then there is a significant relationship between the ice breaker variable and student learning motivation. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This article summarizes the profile and views of education according to Ibnu Khaldun, a leading Muslim philosopher and sociologist. Ibnu Khaldun emphasized the importance of education in helping humans recognize their identity and understand their existence as creatures of Allah. Even though humans are equipped with reason, education has a crucial role in directing human behavior in accordance with Islamic norms. In the study of Islamic education, Ibnu Khaldun explained teaching methods, curriculum and pedagogical thinking which are closely related to Cultural Structure. This paper uses a library study approach to formulate Ibn Khaldun's views on Islamic education by referring to works such as the Muqaddimah and As-Sifa'. In this research, Ibnu Khaldun reveals important concepts about the role of educators, learning methods, and educational evaluation which are still relevant today. The analysis of this paper displays continuity between Ibn Khaldun's views and modern theory, which emphasizes the holistic development of human potential and spiritual values in education. This research provides relevant and in-depth insight into Ibn Khaldun's thinking regarding education, showing how his ideas regarding humans, curriculum, teaching methods, and educational evaluation still have strong relevance in the current educational context.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Emile Durkheim's theory of moral education and its relevance to children's education, especially in the Indonesian context. Qualitative research with a narrative study approach is used to collect information from various literature sources, including books, journals, magazines and the internet, which is appropriate to the focus of the problem raised. Emile Durkheim, a pioneer in sociology, explained that moral education is an important foundation in developing individuals who have high social and moral awareness. For him, morality is not only related to individual rules, but is closely related to social norms that enable harmonious living in society. Durkheim's theory is relevant in overcoming the challenges of moral education in Indonesia, including moral decay, globalization, pluralism and radicalism. The implication is to encourage the development of a curriculum that integrates general lessons with religious and moral subjects, organizes extracurricular activities that encourage cooperation and creativity, and applies active and critical learning methods. Durkheim's concept provides relevant guidance for the moral education of children in Indonesia. Applying this theory can help children understand universal values, build involvement in the community, and strengthen collective awareness of the values that bind society. Educational measures such as synchronized integration, extracurricular activities, and the use of active learning methods are key in creating a learning environment that supports holistic moral development for children in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing an inductive thinking learning model using html 5 package (H5P)-based learning media on students' learning motivation and learning responsibility. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 29 students of class XI TKJ 1 SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques with SPSS-assisted linear regression. The results of the study prove that the inductive thinking learning model using html 5 package (H5P)-based learning media has a significant positive effect on students' learning motivation and learning responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) To find out learning outcomes before using Student Facilitator And Explaining learning at MTsN 1 Bener Meriah. 2) To find out the learning results after using the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning at MTsN 1 Bener Meriah. 3) To find out whether there is a significant influence after using Student Facilitator And Explaining learning on social studies learning outcomes at MTsN Bener Meriah. The research used was quantitative research with an experimental method approach and the population and sample in this research were students at MTsN 1 Bener Meriah in class VIII-1 totaling 30 students and VIII-4 totaling 28 students. Based on the analysis of the data obtained: 1) the social studies learning results of class VIII MTsN 1 Bener Meriah students show an average score of 40.50, while in the control class the average score is 37.14. 2) The social studies learning results of class VIII MTsN 1 Bener Meriah students obtained an average score of 70.70. Have good learning outcomes. 3) through the results of hypothesis testing, the tcount was 9.457 and the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from Student Facilitator And Explaining learning on the learning outcomes of students in social studies subjects in class VIII MTsN 1 which are truly cheerful.

Abstract

Prosocial behavior is an important social skill for early childhood to build positive interactions with their surroundings. This study aims to improve the prosocial behavior skills of children aged 5–6 years through finger puppet games at RA Al Adzkiya 02, Cianjur City. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles, which include the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that finger puppet games can improve various aspects of prosocial behavior, such as sharing, helping, working together, and understanding other people's feelings. In each cycle, there was an increase in children's prosocial behavior observation scores, which shows the effectiveness of this method. Children become more active in interacting, more empathetic towards peers, and more easily understand the concept of cooperation and helping each other. Thus, finger puppet games can be used as an interesting and effective learning strategy in developing early childhood social skills. Teachers and educators are advised to integrate this method into learning activities in order to stimulate children's social-emotional development optimally.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Study of Teacher Codes of Ethics Regarding Respect for Human Rights”. This research analyzes how teachers as educators and mentors have a crucial role in shaping the character and morals of students. Therefore, understanding and implementing a code of ethics that upholds human rights is very important. Using qualitative methods, this research analyzes various regulations, teachers’ professional codes of ethics, and other related literature. The research results show that the code of ethics for teachers in Indonesia explicitly includes teachers’ obligations to respect students’ human rights. This includes the right to receive an adequate education, the right to be free from discrimination and violence, and the right to participate in the learning process. However, the implementation of the code of ethics still faces various challenges, such as teachers’ lack of understanding of human rights, lack of supervision and enforcement of the code of ethics, and the existence of a school culture that does not fully support respect for human rights. This research concludes that the implementation of a teacher’s code of ethics in respecting students’ human rights is very important in ensuring that students feel respected and valued in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, teachers must understand and implement the applicable code of ethics in respecting students’ human rights.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of two-dimensional (2D) animation video media on the results of learning science on the water cycle material. The method used in this study is the experimental method with a quasi-experimental type. The design in this study is a non-equivalent control group design. The design of this study involved two classes, the experimental class, namely class V B, which was taught using two-dimensional (2D) animation video media and the control class, namely class V A, which was taught without using two-dimensional (2D) animation video media. The sample used was students in classes V A and V B of UPT SD Negeri 57 Gresik totaling 54 students. The data collection technique used a learning outcome test. Based on the results of the research on the Independent Sample T-test which showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0,000 which means ≤ 0,05 then is rejected and is accepted which means there is an influence of two-dimensional (2D) animation video media on the results of learning science on the water cycle material.
