Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kegagalan beberapa BMT dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya ketertarikan dan kepercayaan masyarakat muslim untuk menempatkan dananya dilembaga keungan syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh secara persial dan simultan antara variabel Budaya, Pribadi, Promosi terhadap Keputusan Menabung Produk Wadiah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research), Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran angket yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 25.0 Faktor pertama yaitu faktor pribadi. Merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah memilih bank syariah dengan eigenvalue sebesar 36,254 %. Faktor ini terdiri dari faktor usia, pekerjaan, situasi ekonomi, gaya hidup, kepribadian dan konsep diri, motivasi, persepsi, proses belajar, keyakinan dan sikap. Faktor kedua yaitu faktor budaya dengan eigenvalue sebesar 14,037%. Faktor ini terdiri dari budaya, sub budaya, kelompok acuan, keluarga, peran dan status. Faktor ketiga yaitu faktor pemasaran dengan eigenvalue sebesar 11,872%. Faktor ini terdiri dari produk wadiah, promosi yang dilakukan pihak BMT, dan perhitungan bagi hasil yang jelas.

Abstract

Kinerja perbankan merupakan hasil menyeluruh dari proses pengelolaan sumber daya yang telah dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien oleh perbankan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Profitabilitas di perbankan Indonesia maupun Malaysia dari tahun ke tahun menunjukan masih belum stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inklusi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan modal intelektual terhadap kinerja perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel independen yaitu inklusi keuangan, inklusi keuangan digital dan modal intelektual serta menggunakan tiga variabel untuk memproksikan kinerja perbankan yaitu Return On Asset, Pertumbuhan Kredit dan Biaya Operasional dan Pendapatan Operasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan berbankan yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia dan Bank Negara Malaysia periode pengamatan 2019-2022. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi sebanyak 124. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data keuangan Bursa Efek Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, Badan Pusat Statistik, website masing masing perbankan dan sumber lain untuk data jumlah penduduk. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Inklusi Keuangan (IK) yang diproksikan dengan jumlah kantor tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,185 dan Pertumbuhan Kredit dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar. Namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap efisiensi BOPO dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,000. Inklusi Keuangan Digital (IKD) yang diproksikan dengan jumlah agen berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,009 dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap efisiensi BOPO dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,002. Namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Kredit dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,973. Sedangkan Modal Intelektual yang diproksikan dengan VACA berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,000 dan efisiensi BOPO dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,011. Namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Kredit dengan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,539.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter siswa di SD IT Dambaan Ummat Kecamatan Junjung Sirih Kabupaten Solok, mengetahui metode internalisasi nilai-nilai Agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter siswa  di SD IT Dambaan Ummat Kecamatan Junjung Sirih Kabupaten Solok, dan mengetahui hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter siswa  di SD IT Dambaan Ummat Kecamatan Junjung Sirih Kabupaten Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua siswa, dan siswa. Instrumen penelitian adalah pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubberman yang membagi analisis data menjadi tiga yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam terdiri atas tahap transformasi nilai, tahap transaksi nilai, dan tahap transinternalisasi. Tahap transformasi nilai merupakan transfer pengetahuan nilai-nilai agama melalui komunikasi verbal. Tahap transaksi nilai melibatkan interaksi dua arah antara guru dan siswa, memungkinkan pertukaran nilai melalui dialog dan contoh perilaku nyata. Tahap transinternalisasi merupakan fase di mana siswa menginternalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut melalui pengalaman pribadi dan refleksi mendalam. Metode internalisasi yang diterapkan meliputi peneladanan, pembiasaan, pergaulan, penegakan aturan dan motivasi. Hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam di SD IT Dambaan Ummat dapat membentuk karakter siswa yang disiplin, bertanggung jawab, tawadhu’ dan patuh serta ikhlas. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam di SD IT Dambaan Ummat dapat membentuk siswa yang berkarakter disiplin, bertanggung jawab, tawadhu’ dan patuh serta ikhlas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the SAVI approach (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual)through research on student learning outcomes of VIII SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. This researchincludes the experimental class and the control class in class VIII.1. The control class consists of 29students and the Experiment class VIII.2 consists of 32 students. This type of research uses the TrueExperiment method which uses two classes of research samples with a Posttest Only Control design. The results of this study indicate that the SAVI approach affects the drama performance skills of class VIII SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. The technique of analyzing student learning outcomes data is using t-test statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that the posttest value of the experimental and control classes obtained the value of t count = 6.29 which was greater than t table = 1.67 (t count > t table). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis testing criteria obtain t_(count)= 6.29 while t_(table) =1.67 then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. This means that the influence of the SAVI approach (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectual) on the drama performance skills of eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 35 Palembang is significant.

Abstract

Low learning creativity can have an impact on the ineffectiveness of the implementation of learning, this can be seen in the low results in learning Informatics so it is necessary to analyze the influence of the contribution of learning creativity on student learning outcomes. To achieve good learning outcomes, students are required tohave creativity toward learning outcomes in informatics. This research was conducted to test the contribution of creativity to the learning outcomes of informatics. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlation approach. This study took a population of 119 students in class XI IPA MAN 2 Bukittinggi for the 2021/2022 academic year. Then the sampling used proportionate stratified random sampling of 25% so that 31 students were selected as samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire for the independent variable data, namely the contribution of learning creativity and value documentation for the dependent variable, namely the learning outcomes of informatics. The results of this study state that: there is acontribution of learning creativity to the learning outcomes of informatics by 13% of the calculation using the product moment correlation formula, operationally data analysis turns out that the correlation number between variable X and variable Y is positive by paying attention to the magnitude of the rxy obtained, which is 0.365. Then at a significant level of 5%, an r.table value of 0.355 was obtained. It turns out that rxy (magnitude = 0.365) is much larger than r.table (magnitude = 0.355) and the coefficient of determination is 13.20% because rxy is greater than r.table, thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This means that there is a low positive correlation between the contribution of learningcreativity to student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Prior to this, learning the basics of algorithms and programming for class X TKJ SMK N 1 BASO has not used varied learning media so that students lack motivation in learning. This study aims to develop learning media using android in the lessons of the basics of algorithms and programming to and determine the feasibility of the developed learning media. This study uses the ADDIE development method, namely: 1. Analyze (Analysis), 2. Disign (design design), 3. Developme (development), 4. Implementation (implementation), 5. Evaluation (evaluation). This research was conducted at SMK N 1 BASO in early January to late January 2021 and to determine the feasibility of this product. From the product test that the author did, he obtained a validity test with an average value of 0.90 which is very valid, the author's practicality test got an average of 1.0 with a very high category, and the author's effectiveness test got an average value of 0.98, based on the results of this product test, can help students, teachers or lecturers who will conduct research in the field of education so that research can be continued to see the success of using this learning media for students and prospective teachers and teachers can develop material from this design that has been designed.

Abstract

Learning traditional theater arts in class X SMA Negeri 1 Rambang Dangku using the role-playingmethod is carried out with data validity techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Here the researcher gets class X to be studied, assisted by Mr. Ade Setiawan. S.Pd. as a cultural arts teacher to complete the research. The role-playing method is a role-playing method which means that the learning method is part of a simulation that is directed to express historical events, and create actual events or events that will appear in the future. In learning traditional theater arts in class X 1 the material learned is reading scripts that are more directed to realist scripts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the time token learning model on the ability to write procedural texts for class XI students of SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. The research method used is the Poss Experiment - test Only Control Design method. test data collection. The data analysis technique used is a test technique. The results of the study on the ability to write procedural texts for class XI students of SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. The results of the calculation of student learning data valuesusing the t-test (T Test from Anova) contained in a SPSS V 22 program show that which means if the Sig value > 0.05, then the data distribution is homogeneous, and if the Sig value < 0.05 then the data distribution not homogeneous. The result of the calculation of the significant value above the value obtained is a t-test of 0.28 > 0.5. It means that the Sig value > 0.05, the researcher concludes that "There is an influence of the Time Token Learning Model on the Ability to Write Procedure Texts for Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 19 Palembang".

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the condition of children from broken-home families. To find out the impact of Broken Home families on the learning activities of SD N 07 Kubang Putiah students, Agam, West Sumatra. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. The data collection methods used are observation and interview. The subject of this research is a sixth-grade student with a Broken Home family background. Broken Home in this study focuses on children who experience problems in learningactivities at school as a result of their parent's divorce. The results showed that the student's learning activities improved due to special guidance from teachers at school.

Abstract

Based on the initial observations that the writer made at SMP N 2 Padang Ganting, especially in class VII I, the writer saw that the students were less enthusiastic about learning this where it was seen that many students were noisy and talking with their friends and some students came in and out of class when the teacher was explaining the lesson. so that the learning process that the author sees is less effective. In addition, the learning outcomes are also unsatisfactory, where students do not understand the material presented by the teacher, the authors assume that some students still get low scores when the teacher carries out the assessment process onPAI subjects. This research is field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data, the authors conducted observations, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were PAI teachers and class VII I students of SMP N 2 Padang Ganting. After the data was collected, the authors processed it using descriptive analysis. From the results of the research that the authors conducted, it can be concluded that in the implementation of PAI learning in class VII I at SMP N 2 Padang Ganting school, various methods are used because learning PAI has different characteristics. Among the methods used are thelecture method, the question and answer method, and the recitation method (assignments), while other methods such as the discussion method, the drill method (practice), the group work method, the demonstration method, the problem-solving method, the experimental method are very rare. used by teachers. Meanwhile, the media used by the teacher is picture media and sometimes used in focus and using blackboards, textbooks, andworksheets in the learning process. Meanwhile, film and music media were never used by teachers in PAI learning. So by using a variety of methods by PAI teachers in class VII I at SMP N 2 Padang Ganting, students have started to focus their attention on learning.
